What a wonderful experience! Great teacher!

We found this place on a mysterious Groupon, but went back multiple times! Carla is a great teacher, and makes it more about the experience than the art. Fantastic for couples, groups, adults or kids!

Disappointed, 250.00 for 4 sessions, the first two were great but she has no staff so when a new client came in on third class, wasnt taught a thing, nothing was fired so I couldnt color much, made 7 pieces all together walked out with 3, dont know what happened to the rest. Carla is nice but needs support staff and a bit more organization so you can actually find your work.

Sarasota Clay Company is an excellent place to go if you like working with Clay material or art. You can watch certain items being made/processed over a period of weeks or just pick up a few supplies or ideas. She has all the latest technology and some old-fashioned technology to make your favorite designs, or memories come true. The owner of the company is extremely nice and very knowledgeable of how to make a clay product last for years. Stop by and check out the establishment or visit her website.

What a wonderful space! This is where you can get your hands dirty (like a kid) while creating art and discovering a new passion (now that you’re an adult).Carla is so helpful and encouraging while sharing techniques. There are more than enough materials - textured fabrics, stamps, etc. - to spark your creativity.Had so much fun at our Clay Date while helping to support All Faiths Food Bank. Thank you, Carla!

Carla is an amazing artist and instructor. She is very patient and intuitive so she knows tips to help you become a better Potter. The facility is nice and open with great air flow. There is nothing more relaxing than playing in the clay. I highly recommend this studio and the owner.

Carlas Clay is such a nice way to relax and get your hands dirty! I never thought it would be so much fun to work with clay. Really nice studio lots of room to have a group of friends or family to get together and make some art!! Had a blast!!

We were having a girls weekend and wanted to do something arty. All three of us had always wanted to try pottery. We had a BLAST working with Carla on the pottery wheels. If you want to have a fun hour, get very easy to understand instruction in learning the basics you have to go see Carla. Well be coming back even though none of us live in Sarasota.

Carla is a wonderful and kind person. We have been attending her classes for several years. Our children see Carla as part of our family. She is such a wonderful and very knowledgable teacher and enjoy coming to class everytime we can.

Love coming to this place! It is so fun to join the classes and Carla is so nice.
