I took my Jeep to get new tires. They were extremely helpful in finding a tire to meet my needs. Work was done quickly and they even dropped my car off at my work. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend them.

The owner, Tom, is such a professional gentlemen. He will go along with you personality and make you feel at home but also he gets the job done. He has installed a major 6.5 in jeep wrangler JKU lift perfectly no squeaks to this day. He is replacing my breaks adding electrical fitment and majorly changing my engine. Every time i walk in theirs a greeting from an employer and they all know like the back of their hand what theyre doing, I 10/10 recommend Care Care Connection no matter your problem.Overall, tremendous service and beyond outstanding customer service.

I recently moved to Bradenton from Sarasota but had taken my previous vehicle and now my current one to Car Care. 3 years ago, I was laid off and my Dad was ill and I needed to get my car fixed due to an oil leak. Unfortunately, it was going to cost me alot of money that I didnt have and decided not to get it done because of my situation. I was not charged for the diagnostic and I just started crying. I never told them about my situation either. I was just so grateful. Unfortunately my Dad passed away, my job situation had changed and I got another vehicle. Even though I moved to Bradenton, I will drive out of my way to take my car here. They are personable, kind and caring. Thank You!

2 months ago I took my Subaru outback 2011 to them for a car shaking problem at speed started 40mph - 60mph.They saw it and told 2 of the ignition coil is bad needs to be replaced. They did it by $499.00 Labour and parts.Just after one day had same problem started. Went again to them then they said EZR valve is bad can be clean or replace. I Told them to replace. After cpl days they said its not available, they can clean it as new.It was done by them. The bill was $769.00 but they give $200.00 discount. In total i paid almost a thousand dollars.just after 12 days the problem started again.Then took to another guy.He just saw and told me to change the battery. I did and its just driven awesome as before.They are very expensive and told about their care.Not Recommended.

As always Tom & crew treated my car with care. Diffinately will be back for future service on my suburban. They never miss a problem. Use car care connection first and youll be glad you did.

Used these guys for a simple tire swap. When I picked up my car I was told my front brake pads were paper thin and that I should have all four wheels done with new pads and rotors. Being a DIY guy I took the calipers off myself and discovered that that front pads had at least 50% life left in them and the rotors were well within specs. I recommend you get a second opinion before signing on for expensive work by these guys.

I really admire and respect Tom (the owner) and his hardworking mechanics of a first time customer. They handled everything very beautifully. The professionalism and integrity of ownership and service was such a pleasure to finally find. I was very pleased. Tom is very informative, he took the time to explain everything to me and also was very attentive toward my service. I took my 99 Tacoma pickup here yesterday (1/8/18) for an oil change and tire rotation. I made the appointment the previous Thursday or Friday. Shawn couldnt find me on the appointment list but he didnt make a fuss about it and got going on it within a few minutes of opening the shop. About a half hour later I was out the door and the truck handled noticeably better so I guess I really needed the rotation. The price was MUCH better than at the dealer where I have been taking the truck for the past 7 years. Wish I had looked into this place sooner, but Ill be returning from now on.

They were very honest, and very professional. I thought I needed new brakes and they told me I had lots of time left on them. So grateful for mechanics you can trust!

Tom was incredible. I brought my van in and, rather than give me the run around and do a bunch of pointless work, I was told honestly that since I didnt want to keep the vehicle much longer anyway it just wasnt worth the expense of fixing. Tom also offered to check out whatever my next prospective purchase is before I buy to make sure it isnt another dud. If you are looking for an honest, small town feel then you have found it.

Need to be up front about pricing. $320 to charge my battery and replace spark plugs was excessive. Spark plugs should not take an hour of labor. Would have appreciated the battery post connector being replaced instead of the broken one left on. I had no idea what i would be charged until the work was completed. They did get me in and out in the same day.

Great Job!My Mother llives in Sarasota but I live in GA and needed to arrange/take care of the repair needed on her car. The quote given over the phone before the car was even there was a great price and accurate. Was at complete ease with the whole process especially being so far away. They were even willing to have me supply some items as I am in the business and can buy at wholesale prices, that was a big deal and help for me.I will be sending her there again if car breaks again.

He invited me back in to see what he was describing (a very difficult job) but I could tell from his very clear description he knew what he was talking about. Ive taken my personal and business vehicles to Car Care for the past 5 years and have always been happy with their repair work, prices, and recommendations for tires, etc. Tom takes the time to clearly explain what was repaired and why and often provides pictures of damaged parts that were replaced. Its hard to find a car repair shop you can trust but I feel Ive found one at Car Care and will continue taking my vehicles to Tom and the crew.

I have a 2007 Audi A3 that started making a whirring noise from the rear end during a recent road trip. It continued to get louder so, knowing the Audi dealer is very expensive and I dont quite trust them, I took my car to Car Care Connection after reading some reviews. After quickly assessing, they were pretty confident it was the ball bearings so they ordered 2 more for the back set of wheels. Turns out that was exactly what the issue was and I am confident I spent half of what I would have at the dealer.Hopefully I wont have to see these guys again but in the event I need to repair my car again, I will return to Car Care Connection.Thank you guys.

I took my car to Car Car Connections and was more than pleased with the service. I am a young female that has been taken advantage of by mechanics in the past because I know nothing about cars. My car was making a funny noise, so I took it in to their shop not knowing what they would say. I was ready to be hit with a big price but the owner explained how he could fix the problem without charging me for an entirely new part. He saved me a lot of money and I will use them from now on!

Tom and staff took care of a problem we have had for the past 2 years with our car. The dealer has had the vehicle several times and always told us they could not find the problem while it was under warranty. Our last trip to the dealer they found the problem we have been complaining about and wanted almost $1700.00 to fix it. Tom and his staff fixed the problem in less than 2 hours and for about $1400.00 less than the dealer. Thank you

Waste of time and money.I needed my brakes replaced and opted out of replacing my rear rotors from their suggestion. The rear rotors werent in bad enough shape to constitute replacement, but rather needed to be resurfaced. I had them perform this service instead.I visited the Car Care Connection in mid-late April of 2014, based on the awesome Google reviews.On that day, I left with my boyfriend to grab some lunch and came back to the center to find that a caliper busted and absolutely had to be replaced - funny, it was going to cost me the same amount of money I would have spent on those rear rotors I opted out of.The shop guys were nice enough, so I let it go and didnt assume much. I have an older car, things happen. On my way out, they told me that if my brakes felt too loose I could bring the car back and they would tighten them up.Well I am not a complete novice so no, I never took my car back. My brakes never felt right - they didnt stop on a dime, they didnt have a good grip, I generally did not feel safe when stopping my car - it always felt like I was sliding into my stop, even in non-emergency, controlled situations. All of this cost me approximately $540 (give or take) at the time.It is now January 2015 and my brakes are being replaced as I write this because they just arent right. I have been told by my new mechanic that parts were put on crooked, cheap materials were used, things were a mess. The brakes I was originally outfitted with in April of 2014 didnt even make it to a full year. Now I understand some people drive brake-heavy, or they speed a lot & brake a lot, but I am not one of them. Most of my harder stops have been emergency stops on the interstate (which I drive everyday). I am just grateful that I havent had an accident in all honesty - I guess the silver lining is this.Oh, P.S. the rear rotors still dont need to be replaced as of Jan. 2015 and I doubt they ever did in April 2014. In case you were wondering.

Took our car there for a simple oil change...... The car wasnt delivered on time and they gave us the wrong bill...... I am not discussing the quality of work but the quality of service..... The owner, Tom, seems very distracted....... Not going there again.....

Excellent Service!! We were passing through Sarasota on a Sunday evening and discovered a grinding sound from the front end of our 05 Grand Cherokee. So first thing Monday morning we showed up at CCC and asked could they please fit us in so we could get back on the road, even though we had no appointment and they were quite busy. Within an hour they were able to get us up on a rack to diagnose the problem (brake rotors and calipers, both sides), and gave us an estimate of both time and charge. Before starting the repair, Shawn took the time to explain our options for the repair, and made recommendations for where we could find snacks within walking distance while we waited. They got us back on the road by noon, within the estimated time and charge. If I ever break down again anywhere near Sarasota, Car Care Connection will be my first choice.

These guys are awesome. They are honest, knowledgable and very courteous to their customers. They are the first shop Ive been to in my 26 yrs of living that dont abuse customers in trying to up sell in stuff that they dont need. I only had an hour to do an oil change bc I had another appt they got it done in 40 min! Plus Mike let me know 20 min in that Ill be done soon bc he wants to get me to that appt! He gave me the remote and told me I had control of the TV. Im a first time customer and recommend anyone and everyone to come in (just look at the reviews 5 stars everywhere I look). Just before I left Mike introduced me to Tom the owner. Awesome guy. Glad I came in and got to see what an amazing business they have. Keep up the great work!!
