The service rep who we consult with when we bring our car in for servicing is a consummate gentleman . He explains what needs to be done in detail, this leaves us with no unanswered questions . And when your service department finishes making the repairs ( those guys are great ) our car feels like its brand new . And also your waiting room is excellent . Comfortable seating, a nice assortment of beverages and snacks, and televisions to occupy our time and make the wait go fast . So in plain English you have a class establishment and Im happy we bought our car through your organization . And when it comes time for us to buy another car look for us because thats where well be coming .

Went for car wash, my Lexus died. Devon and Tim were so very helpful in getting it started and washed. Lexus has the very nicest personnel... always.

We had a good experience. Oil change wait time was an hour and half but is expected. No complaints from this guy.
