Office personnel are totally incompetent!! This was my third home water delivery service since beginning with Waterboy years ago. Recently Waterboy purchased my former water service and wanted me to pay a deposit on all the bottles I had on my account. I kept telling them that I paid a deposit on those bottles long ago and was not going to pay them seventy plus dollars for the bottles again. The incompetent office staff kept telling me I had to pay. I told them to pick up their bottles on next delivery and forget about delivering water again. Lost a longtime customer! NOT GOOD BUSINESS PEOPLE!

Waterboy stopped delivery of water to me with no explanation and no return of emails

Water boy ruined their chances of business with us because they kept calling us and bothering us when we were out of town on business when I specifically said I would call on Monday and order the service. We would have purchased service with them, but after the consistent pestering phone calls we were beyond annoyed with this company.... Next time dont be so irritating and then maybe you would get more business.... This was beyond frustrating for us after we said we would order Monday!
