I needed a repair estimate for insurance purposes. I called a few other places before CPR. They all wanted me to pay for the diagnostic for water damage repair, knowing I would not be repairing it. Great experience. Needed to replace the battery and finger print sensor in my 3-year old LG G6 and they promptly provided information and an estimate via email. They also answered questions via telephone. When I brought the phone in for service, they started on it right away and it was done in about 90 minutes. They also helped get the finger print sensor working again. My only complaint is the $5 convenience charge for paying in full over the phone. Difficult to justify. Overall an excellent experience and I would recommend their services to anyone. -Joe M.

I cant say enough good things about my first experience using Cell Phone Repair (CPR) for my HP Laptop repair!! I received a critical blue screen error mid-work day on Friday. Working remotely, having a working laptop is crucial for me. After reading other reviews, I decided to call CPR. I spoke with Peter who understood immediately the error message I had gotten and he did have availability to take a look at it the same day for me. I dropped the laptop off immediately and expressed the sense of urgency in getting my laptop back as soon as humanly possible. Peter is an amazing young man who you can see truly has a passion and expertise for this line of work. He not only knew what the problem was, but was quick to address it for me. Peters customer service skills are top-notch! He is knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with! He even went the extra mile to always stay in contact with me, giving me updates along the way as to what he was finding so nothing would come as a surprise along the way. I ended up needing a new hard drive, which he installed. During this process, he took every precaution to move/save as much information as possible. Even having to manually transfer many files that werent automatically transferred over from the old hard drive, Peter had my laptop up, running (even quicker than before) in less than 24 hours so I wont miss any time from work!!This, having been my first experience using CPR, I would say with the utmost confidence and without any hesitation that I highly recommend CPR for any computer issues. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy - they do NOT take you for a ride by trying to upsell you or oversell you more than what you need. Wanted my two surface pro laptops repaired but they stick to displays and battery replacement only. Franchise rules I needed a display, power switch, ribbon cable and a couple other minor items. Tried it myself: almost, the power switch was the problem plus I cracked my new replacement display I paid $145 for. Today I returned it to Microsoft and paid the $450 exchange fee. Do that before trying it yourself

I brought my IPad in to have the charging port repaired. I told them I needed to have it back within 2 weeks for my grandchildren to use for homework during their visit. They said that would be ample time to complete the repair. When I went in to pick it up, the iPad was not ready. They told me every time I called over the course of the next three weeks that it was being shipped and it would be in their store in 2 days. After a total of FIVE weeks, when I finally picked it up (after dropping my grandchildren at the airport), not only was I not given the discount I had been promised for my inconvenience, but my screen protector was severely cracked in 2 places. They offered to replace it but, wouldn’t you know, the protector for my device was out of stock until the end of the week. That was a week ago. I called today, and not only do they still not have it, but they have no idea when they expect to get it. “It will be at least another week” was what I was told. I’ll say this for them. They are very polite as they lie to your face.

Took my drone there to be fixed they charged me $65 and had it for two weeks I called to find out what was going on and they said they couldnt fix it and had a guy that could for $400-500 so they basically took my money and drone still not working would not recommend them to fix drones

I had a great experience overall. The only thing I would have liked is to have been told initially that my screen replacement would not be OEM equipment. In the future I believe that customers should know that up front. Wont sway me from using CPR again in the future. Just food for thought.

Would recommend this place to everyone! Wife Dropped her phone in the pool and it would not power on at all, it had at least 5 years of photos on it and we had no back up of them. Peter was able to retrieve all of the data off of it and very pleased with the customer service and helpfulness of him and eric as well! When I picked it up, Eric and Peter were able to set me up with a back up on google photos incase this happens again! Well worth the $65 paid!

On the website they are advertising the repair of iPod (any kind), so I called them. They confirmed it. We drove 30 min to their store. Once arrived they said it was a misunderstanding because they dont make repair on the iPod. So why they are advertising it on their website? Not professional.

My Samsung S8 phone started to come apart and I thought the adhesive was failing. I called CPR at 10 a.m. Saturday morning to see if my phone could be inspected. I was told to come.I dont live close so I arrived at 10:35 a.m. Eric took a look and told me that the battery had expanded possibly from overcharging. He told me he could fix it and clean it up for what I thought was a reasonable price.I ran an errand returning 1/2 hour later and the phone was repaired and ready to go.Thank you, Eric.

My experience was awful, they lured me in with a price to replace the battery in my Surface Pro 4, saying that because my screen was already starting to bulge, it would probably be able to be removed without breaking it, so the price would just be for the battery. after I got to the store (wasting 1/2 hour trip there and back) they told me that they usually always break the screen so the repair would be over double. After I informed them that another company quoted me a much lower price for the whole replacement, they refused to meet the price, then after leaving my tablet for the repair (I already invested an hour into this) they called and said they wouldnt repair it. Side note: I was able to remove the screen myself without breaking it, and I have never done it before. DO NOT SHOP HERE

The repair was good; i got my iphone se screen replaced. However, i got there for my 10:00 appointment and the doors were locked and i waited outside for 5 minutes until someone unlocked the doors. Other than that, the service was good!

STOP! Do not take your phone to these inexperienced people. I took my Samsung into these guys to have it repaired. They called me the next day and said sorry...its a paper weight...cant be fixed. They charged me $35 to look at it. They then asked me to donate the phone to them so they would have parts. I said no thanks. I took the phone to their competitor for a second opinion. They said that if CPR wouldnt have tore the phone apart so bad it would have been fixable for sure. My $1,000 phone down the drain. Just a friendly warning to everyone.

Took an iPhone X for repair.Prior to my visit, I’ve made a phone call and asked the estimated price for the repair explaining the issue with the phone.I was advised that it would be $35 if they can fix the issue.After 3 hrs of waiting, went in to check on the phone, they were not able to repair it, however still charged the $35 fee.One of the staff members was nicer however the staff member who has charged for the service they didn’t provide was extremely rude and pretty much was yelling to collect the $35 fee. I cracked the screen on my phone, brought it here, and it was ready in about an hour! Super fast and friendly service. The price for a new screen was less here than other places I had called. The woman at the front is so sweet and helpful. Very happy with my experience and I will continue to come here if I have any other issues with my electronics.

Took my laptop here because I spilt a glass of water on it and another place said that it was not fixable, but after only a week they were able to get it running again after replacing a couple components, and i got to keep my documents! Highly recommend!

I brought my IPhone X here after Ubreakifix said it was unrepairable. Within hours they had it working and backed up with a new screen. I went from possibly having to pay thousands for my data to paying $60 for it. Cant recommend this place enough.

CPR has always been fair when fixing my phones. They do the work quickly. A great team of repair people.

I had a Galaxy S6, one of the phones with a battery that cannot be replaced. I was 2 months out from the end of my phone contract when the battery died. I took the S6 to get my photos off the phone. They wirelessly charged the phone enough to retrieve my photos and some other data. BTW, the technician used all the tricks he knew! The phone still had a 25% charge. The technician said if I could get the phone to recharge I might be able to squeak more usage out of it. I charged the phone up to 75% (it would get very hot while it charged), turned it off and stuck it in a drawer. I then reactivated my old Galaxy Note 4 which I used for about 4 months until I killed it when I slammed my car door on it--not having good luck with phones the past 6 mos. I hauled out my S6 which continued to work until I got a new phone.The S6 still works, so it remains my backup phone. All of this to say, CPR saved my photos/data from my S6 and for no extra charge :-) revived my S6! I recently needed my new phone worked on and I did not hesitate to bring that phone to CPR for service.

The technician was confident and very competent. Before I found CPR, I had been without access to the internet for 5 days - trying to work remotely with my computer guru from home via cell phone. He is generally a whiz but couldnt solve the problem. CPR had me up and running that day. I would highly recommend them!

I had a cracked screen on my Iphone. Made an appt online and got in the same day. My phone was fixed with a high quality screen within 45 minutes.

The battery in my two year old LG G5 was failing so I stopped in after reading the reviews for CPR. They were friendly, helpful and professional in all interactions. Ordered a new battery, called when it was in, and quickly swapped the new one for the old. They also made sure the phone was working properly before I left the shop.

This shop was extremely helpful to me as I have so many cracked screens on my ipads and phone. The young man was professional, polite, and definitely knew his business well. My ipad was renewed in just 3 hours and they telephoned immediately to let me know it was done. Prices are fair and the workmanship was excellent.

Went in the very friendly employee owner took my phone for about a minute then handed it back to me.He had FIXED IT He told me no charge he was glad to help. He refused a gratuity.
