Slow pumps, never can get a receipt at the pumps. Now have to go inside to pay. Always out of towels and garbage Always on the ground by the pumps. Cant wait ti WAWA us build on the other side of the interstate, also the Rogers market.

The pumps are slow and the credit card machines dont work went to multiple stations and used several credit cards. Call the department of agriculture in the photo below and complain. I love how gas stations who are right off the highway think they dont have to maintain anything because of their location. This is one of them keep driving.

Great staff cameron who was verry professional about reminding me about buying 3 Red Bull’s one ends up free and I also bought Marlboro’s I asked for 2 packs and he informed me that if I bought 4 I saved even more great sales man he deserves to be promoted nothing but good vibes and also Luis was a great person on a separate visit he went above and beyond thanks you two

Not a bad gas station experience as far as gas station experiences go. They have your standard snacks, drinks and food that you’ve come expect from a gas station. They’re hotdogs normally are fresh and taste good, and slurping down one of their cold beverages is going to leave a smile on your face. Check them out.

Supposed to be 24 hour yet every time I come past 10:30 pm they are closed. Tonight they closed at 10:15 claiming it was because they only had one employee even though there were 6 visible. Gas station was packed with angry people.

The worst RaceTrac I’ve been to. Unfortunately it’s the only convenient station on my morning work route. The line is always to the door! 80% of the people in line are wanting to cash or buy Lottery tickets. They need to get a Lotto Machine! That would reduce the long lines!

Horrible store, always seems to be closed, and when it is open the customer service from the employees is sub par. You asked for something to be made and its always an eye roll and its gonna be about 15 min. Cant wait for the WAWA to go in east on the interstate. At least that store will ALWAYS be open and have food....

This is the worst racetrac i have ever been to. I have gone in at 9 a.m. several times, no coffee, no cappuccino, no soda, nothing. it just recently changed hands so that could be the problem. they also have alot of homeless hanging around most of the time. would not recommend.

Love coming here in the morning for drinks for work, or stopping by for lunch has a very wide variety of different drinks that no one else has.

Stay away from all race tracs They are for suckers if you want to get Treated badly and pay too much for gas and this is the place for you I have officially stopped going to the race tracks all together I recommend everyone follows my example

My 5th favors RaceTrac all around, but my favorite in Sarasota. If this place had more condiments it would be in my top 3 RaceTracs.

Yes i was standing in line as a paying customer as i proceeded to get lottery tickets the customer service rep who stated his name was anthony wich i doubt it was told me to stand aside because he had a line when the gentleman before me was also making a lottery ticket purchase i felt like that was inappropriate

Pump 24 auto shut off has been broken for 2 weeks. Evening clerks are aware that customers are taking baths in gas.was told by them its not their problem. It will be when someone catches on fire or the store gets sued.

Ask for half a half for my coffee because was a empty bottle in the coffee station and the associate was making sandwich ask her if can I have one and she was upset because I ask her,while two attending a big line of costumers and coffe station was almos empty of bottles, and station was not clean like every day in the mornings from weeks ago, so the new crew dont want to work?Because the store use to have people who work fine and keep clean every morning and no long lines on counters the last 6months, I stop almost every day to get my coffee there!.....Manager, stars going down all this month.

The windshield washer stations are usually dry. 2 Wipers for 6 pumps during love bug season. If you are coming off I-75 to clean your wind shield, this aint the place. Not reliable.

The pumps are ridiculously slow. I hate going there anymore.

When we stop somewhere it is definitely a Race Trac.The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Tremendous selection and the coffee is fantastic.This particular one has a frozen yogurt bar inside with every topping you can think of, and a Southwestern food prep called The Speedy Avocado inside.

Most times when Ive visited the location on fruitville rd, they are often out of large fountain drink cups. Always an abundance of mediums but often out of large.

I drive for a car company and we buy most of our gas from this Racetrac. We frequent many other stores around the state, but I find this one, by far the very worst. In the last two days alone, no paper towels or water for the windshield. (And its love bug season) No receipt paper at the pump. The mens room door hinges are so dry you can hear the squeaking from the other end of the store. Its been that way for months. Employees working 10 feet away listening to the terrible squeak all day long, but no one does anything about it. I wouldnt spend one dollar of my money in this dump. Bathroom is always a mess. I hope the manager reads this. Thanks

Two young girls staff members at the register refused me service. One outspoken girl did not give me service. I left the items I wanted to purchase on the counter and left. Poor service today. I am a recurring customer,3 times weekly.

Went to this gas station at around 9:30 after a 46 car pile up on i75, wanted a cup of coffee and they were all cold. Rusty came up to me and asked if everything was alright, I told him the coffee was cold and he set right about brewing a new batch. When I was able to make my coffee he said it was on them. Absolutely fantastic customer service and recovery, will make this a stop on my trips from now on.

I like this place because its brand new, clean & has just about everything a gas station could have. My only real dissatisfaction is that their donuts arent great (lol). But the staff is always very friendly & the place is usually kept up nicely.

They have what I need in gas and food, this time I had stopped,was going to eat a beef something and it was over cooked ( on the burnt side) I asked if they would or had any that was not overly cooked and the answer was a Blanton no 🤔. I left. I did get gas though. Gas prices was comparable to others. 🤗

Credit Card transactions did not work. Can someone put a service request to fix the issue or call Corp. for support for a simple fix. like how to reset the modem. VS the atm machine in the store that does work?Then after that my friend who got two drinks at 1.09 each gets charge 1.39 x 2 which comes to 2.78. Out of 3 dollars the clerk hands him 25 cents? When the charge was suppose to be 2.18?

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! The gas station attendant aggressively approached me after she made a mistake on another customers transaction and instead of explaining the situation she accused me of stealing gas and she was going to call the police if I didn’t take care of this now. So many ways she could’ve handled this differently! The manager was nowhere to be found during this situation and as a customer I left feeling like a criminal when I’d done nothing wrong! I was a victim of an overworked and underpaid employees rage and was treated completely wrong!Update: I returned to speak to the manager because I was charged twice for gas as a result from my experience the other day. The manager Maria was very nice and professional! She listened to me (as I explained what happened since she wasn’t there) and she was empathetic to my situation and agreed that the situation was mishandled. If Maria had been there I feel that the events would have been dealt with differently for sure! She has superior customer service and I believe she is well appointed in her management role!

I went there the first time at 7 and they make a pizza for me the 2nd time I went there at 7:30 and they close so I ask her at what time they close and she said at 8 but she have to leave early and tonight I came at 7:27 and when she saw me she star cover the screen I was ordering and she told me that close so I ask her why if they close at 8 and she gave me the same excuse she have to leave early so I told the other lady for corporation phone # to make a complain and she ask me why I want to make a complain I told her because all the time is the same story and I came from Orlando 2 hrs away so she ask Brittany that I want to make a complain so brutanny just came with a recieve and circle a phone number but just with the store phone # no the corpotlration one and when I try to call she was talking and laughing at me because no body gonna answer so I ask her again for corporation phone # and she star screaming at me and gave me another fake number so I ask her co-worker a blonde old women and they both start screaming I ask her why screaming and why she get an attitude and then she call the cops and anyway britanny said she have to leave at 7:30 thats why she cant make my pizza but because she just dont like me and she dont want so she leave at 7:56 thats was her emergency or whatever it is

We love Racetrac, however, this location is not able to offer consistent service or cleanliness (especially with the outside.) People are ALWAYS standing a few feet from the entrance snacking, drinking, and smoking.

My family and I will never give this place our business ever again . We placed our orders at the speedy avacado kiosk went and paid for our order . Then went to pick our order my wife got hers no issue but when I went to get mine the employee was rude and nasty to us. Then try tried to blame me the Customer for their incompetence.

Came on a Saturday about 1:00 PM. The store was a wreck but what really me was the cold pizza with one piece of pepperoni it was BAD!

Pump buttons wore off. Could not get to operate. I pushed help button several times with no response. I left and went to Mobil 1 mile up the road.
