I called prior to arriving asking if I could come in and get 2 shirts screen printed. When I arrived I also explained how I wanted them screen printed. The next day I picked up the shirts took it to the person I made them for and was told it wasn’t screen printed it was full digital. So I paid $80 for something I didn’t ask for. When I called the next morning they explained how they only screen print for bulk orders, and usually when people say screen printing they mean full digital. But me personally I knew exactly what I wanted. Not sure if I’ll do business with them, they didn’t even offer a refund or anything even though they gave me something I didn’t ask for. I had to dispute half of what I paid on my card because I paid $40 in cash for a deposit.

There are not enough words or praise to describe how AMAZING this company is. I have been dealing with Audrey and she is wonderful! We have ordered many items and they are always printed perfectly, and in a timely fashion. Audrey delivers the best customer service and strives to work with her customers and fulfill their needs. I ordered one shirt. The shirt came out amazing! Yet i asked for it to be done on a certain day. I went in to get it at noon and they asked if i received an email saying it was done...No i did not! No one told me to expect an email stating when it would be done i needed this shirt by the next day and had to go out my way to get the shirt the next morning. Ill stick to my online shopping.

I was given the task of producing 16 custom embroidered polo shirts on a Thursday afternoon at 3:30 PM - the catch was that they had to be completed by the following Tuesday for a local event here in Sarasota (custom name, title, the whole shebang!).I tried calling several businesses that afternoon and was unable to get a response - most places were already closed! I finally got through to a company who said that they could not meet the deadline, and they recommended Direct Embroidery as someone who may fit the bill. I frantically called and emailed Direct Embroidery right away - not only did I receive a call back within 5 minutes, but I also received an email response letting me know that it could be done!Anthony invited me to stop by the showroom the following morning. When I arrived, Anthony and Audrey were there to greet me and accommodated all of my requests for viewing different materials, styles, sizes, etc. We finally decided on a suitable shirt - and although the particular shirt that I needed was not in stock, they were able to order them for delivery on Monday morning, and THEN CUSTOM EMBROIDERED EACH ONE for pick up on Tuesday afternoon!! Not only were the shirts done on time, but they turned out beautifully and my client was extremely pleased!I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH!! The entire process was so simple and error free! My firm is not a company that produces t-shirts - we are actually a print/mail/marketing business, BUT because of the quality of the job that Direct Embroidery produced, we have received ANOTHER order for shirts, and are looking forward to working with Anthony and Audrey again!

Cant say enough on how impressed we were with our order, I took a embroider patch in to have shirts made for my husbands 50th reunion with his Air Force buddies and the shirts turned out fantastic. I took our company shirts here to be embroidered last minute for a spur of the moment business trip. We normally use StitchinWaves, but they have been incredibly rude the past two times weve been there. So we decided it was time to support a different company. Direct Embroidery was honestly was a little more than I was totally comfortable paying for, however I would do it again because even though they charged a rush fee (which I was expecting) the shirts were done well, and done a day before I requested they be done. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, and I am definitely willing to pay for good customer service. I recommend this business, and would come here again for reliable work.

Outstanding and quality service !! The work I had done is for a county job and is way better than previously supplied by from the county. In fact, out of all the companies we’ve had that have done embroidery for us, Direct Embroidery is the best.
