Have never posted a critical review, but customer service with the scheduling dept on our project replacing every window in our home was horrible. We understood the 8 month delay on getting the windows and the 5 week delay replacing broken window. What we did not understand was the lack of response to repairing the damaged drywall, stucco, cleaning of new windows, and rehanging garage blinds. It took calls, texts, emails, and threats. Ten weeks to finish is unacceptable.

Joe from All Glass was recommended to me by my general contractor. At first he was very attentive and understood the complicated nature of the project which was an addition for our handicapped child. We also gave him the opportunity to bid on replacing all the windows in our home . To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. Needless to say the windows did not arrive anywhere‘s near what we were told which I understand is an issue with all manufacturers however, the reason why we went with Kolbe Windows is because Joe assured us we would have them within six weeks. When the windows finally arrived we were told we had to wait for a special crew to install them. After the installation we had a problem with both the window as well as the sliding glass door. By this time my daughter who has 24 hour nursing occupied the room and I explained how important it was to get this resolved. There was no sense of urgency by Joe as we had to make several calls to the general contractor to get him back to our home. To this day the sliding glass door still does not operate the way it should. One of the windows had the impact glass installed incorrectly and we had to wait to get that resolved. The only thing I can say is thank God I did not give him the windows for the rest of the house.

Great window and door showroom in the Sarasota area. They carry products from different manufacturers and will provide an honest opinion about products. I didnt do any business with them yet, but their sales process is smooth, with no pressure, and they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

This company installed windows at my parents house and did a decent enough job. However, after returning for some repair work they assumed my Mexican mother was my father’s housekeeper. If character matters to you I’d look to another business.

Our repair work, done by Ryan and Jimmy, was well explained and quick. Both are gentlemen in nature and we were grateful for their attention to CoVid19 precautions.

Very happy with the service and installation of the Impact windows and doors provided by All Glass. Everyone was very professional and did a neat and tidy job, just how I like it.
