Manasota Wholesale Window and Door installed 6 PGT vinyl impact resistant windows and an impact resistant door. Installers Jim, Joel, & Brandon did a nice job on the installation and each installer is personable. Cari is responsive and easy to communicate with and quickly had a couple issues taken care of. Overall very happy with the window/door install. This will most likely be a long process because of the PGT manufacturing delays so put your order in sooner than later!

Jason and his team are all awesome. They installed hurricane windows a couple of years ago and did a fabulous job. Jason’s team did such a great job on the windows that we asked them to install a impact slider out to our pool. The door is beautiful. Manasota Wholesale Window and Door is the best contractor I have ever used. I had all the windows in my home replaced with impact windows. Jason and Cari were great helping work around my busy work schedule and helping me with other issues with my house. Jason Poor is a general contractor from this area so he knows a lot more than just windows. He is a down to earth, honest person who actually comes to the work site unlike the bigger companies. His crew was great: professional, polite and cleaned up after themselves. The windows are amazing! What a huge improvement to my home. Jason and his team are terrific. We had 8 windows replaced with PGT hurricane/high impact windows. After we ordered, in the middle of the busy season, we were made aware that the installation would take place in about 75 days. Sure enough, about 75 days later, we got the word that the windows had arrived and the installation date was firmed up. By that time the permit had been taken care of. The two man installation team arrived as scheduled and were totally professional. The job was top notch. We highly recommend this company.

We interview 3 companies for the job and Jason was very friendly and professional from the beginning, his company is a local company and we believe in supporting local business. During the whole process of installation of our windows, Cari the office manager kept us well inform of the schedule for completion of the job. The quote I received from Manasota for impact windows was along the lines that I received from other companies, but I chose Manasota because they were the only company to say they could fix the tile around my bathroom window. Jason and Cari were always super responsive. Joe and Joel were really nice and did great work--it was extremely time consuming to remove my 1949 cinder block windows, but they patiently and carefully took care of everything. One of the PGT windows opened left instead of right (not a big deal, but not what I asked for), and they immediately ordered a new one, no questions asked. Everything is beautiful, and I didnt have to hire someone else to fix the tile in my bathroom. Very pleased!

Nice people, but dont do commercial work

Our experience with Jason from Manasota Windows was very positive. With his knowledge and experience he was able to help us redesign many of our windows and raise a sunken livingroom. With his crews he got our very large job, which included not only windows but also cement and stucco work, done on time. When there were manufacturing issues with two of the windows Jason pursued the matter with the company and the issues were resolved.

Jason Poor and his team at Manasota Wholesale Window and Door met and exceeded our expectations. The three glass sliding patio door sets we selected were delivered on time and installed in just one day! The team explained everything and followed through as described. They vacuumed and cleaned up as they went along. Since there was a building permit involved, Jasons Team returned to install the last of the trim after the final county inspection, leaving us with beautifully clean doors!! I recommend them without hesitation...great workmanship and price.

I just had all my sliders and windows replaced in my 2300 sq. ft. townhouse and cant be happier with the outcome. Jason and his office person, Cari were great! They always responded promptly when I contacted them and took care of any issues (which were minor and few) expeditiously. I had additional work done in the kitchen area that window installers usually dont do. But Jason is a general contractor so he coordinated all the work. There were 2 different crews and they were amazing! I tend to hover a little but they were always very respectful and accommodating, not to mention honest. I left them alone quite often. You can tell when people take pride in their work and service. It was FIRST RATE!!!

Original review was 6 months ago where the review stated 5 stars. Since then my windows and door project is not finished. I understand this pandemic created a mess BUT no one bothered to communicate anything. The door is warped (per the installer) the door window will not stay open, the threshold is not level and you can see underneath to the outside which means bugs are able to get in. The door also wont close properly. I had to call them to find out what was going on. They did send me a bill to pay a portion of our contract because we received the windows and door. That was our only communication in almost 8 months. I have no problem paying a bill if the materials received are acceptable.

Jason was recommended to me several years ago when I was looking to replace all of the 30 year old windows in my Bradenton home. He was very prompt in giving me an estimate and then completing the job. Not only did Jason offer the best value, his installation team was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Replacing windows in a 1961 mobile home poses some challenges, and his team would analyze a challenge and get it corrected and complete. I would recommend Jason and his team!

Since I cannot get anywhere with this company, I decided to post my review. Unfortunately after over four months without any resolution to damage to my home by Eric and his helper, I have given this company more than enough time to resolve the problem, to no avail. JASON, you brought this upon yourself. The owner did not try to resolve issues to my home, he does not return calls, Cari is the only one that I can speak with and she has stated “I told JASON to call you, I don’t know why he hasn’t . Being a business owner myself, the buck stops with me, I AM Responsible for resolving ANY issue that arises NOT my employees. His solution is to bully with a contractor lien. Repair the damage!! That is all I asked!!! BY A PROFESSIONAL!!

I was very eager to talk to someone based on the high review & after 5 calls & 3 messages over the course of a week trying to get someone on the phone I started to think he went out of business. When I did get him to respond it seemed like a very small company that is overwhelmed with work because after all those calls, it seemed like he didnt want to drive down to sarasota to replace only 3 windows im guessing because he obviously has plenty of work & doesnt care about building a bigger customer base by helping new customers. Since then, I have had 2 more windows broken by socially challenged tenants, so he missed a frequent customer.

Window replacement done very well. Would highly recommend.
