Luisa did a great job of altering two expensive ballroom competition dresses for me. The cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to take my business to her again.

Took two bridesmaid dresses to be fixed, she quoted me $125! After I refused she charged me $10.70 for “marking the dress” I payed for it no questions asked because of her time and service. Just to get in the car and find out the pins were gone! I went back inside to ask her about it and she went completely out of her mind screaming that she owned the pins, and that no one had walked out on her services before.I honestly hadn’t even thought about not going back, I just felt like the price for those dresses was ridiculous since the dress cost $120, but after the way she treated me and the charge for something that was not even on the dress, I feel like I had to write something and make people aware of places like thisSuch a rip-off!!!!

This is a petite, charming seamstress abode, a little piece of the old world nestled in a corner of the new. I choose these poetic words because the woman who owns this shop is a consummate artist. She can hem pants or can make a beautiful original pillow from a t-shirt so that its design can be preserved for its sentimental value when it is no longer usable as an article of clothing. I have a disability and she has found many creative ways to measure and to figure out how to alter my clothes without my having to try to undress or stand for long periods in public as she works. I use a wheelchair although I can stand and walk when necessary but nothing about the disability phases or daunts her. She does alterations and embroidery. Both are very well done and some of her Bridal attire is exquisite. Her prices are fair and her work is carefully yet quickly done. Because she is from Latin America, she speaks Spanish and English fluently. Ive lost a great deal of weight so I have many clothes that need to be altered and I wouldnt go anywhere else to do it.

Do not take your expensive blazer to re-alterations.....! It wasn’t good experience here. She just do the basic which is never gonna works with your blazer.. She may be good for something else. I m totally upset!!

Shes a very nice lady but I dont recommend bringing anything expensive for her to alter. Her prices are fair but bring your expensive clothes to someone else. Shes great for easy basic basic stuff. Shes really nice

I ordered a dress off of Amazon for one day shipping for an event I had to go to, and the dress was way too big. I called Luisa at 2, arrived to her shop at 2:30, and my dress was done by 5:30 for my 6:30 event. They saved the day. The tapering was $12 and the hem was $14 and they did not charge me a fee for getting it done in one day. Quality was good but had some stringys the same night I got it altered. I know she rushed so I didn’t expect it to be perfect.

Took multiple pieces here and tried them on when I brought them in. They were pinned in the correct places.Came back, did not try them on in the store, and took them home.Prior to being altered all the tops came to my mid thigh. They were ruined when I brought them home, like crop tops instead of at hip level. Im 27, I dont wear crop tops and this was not how they were pinned.The dress wasnt even done even all the way around. It was made a-line.I say they were all ruined because there was no way to fix a garmet that has been cut too short.Beware.

Brought in several items.My dress was to be hemmed for just above the knee from below the knee. It was hemmed like a shirt and it was not even on all sides.I will NOT be back.

Very reasonable prices she has taken us out of a bind when my daughter has ordered a dress and we have little time to wait she works ya in 👍 totally recommend her nice workmanship
