Incompetent, outstanding orders prepaid and never done on time. Many mistakes along the way. It almost seems it is their job to mess up. Have placed many orders and never done once done on time and lied to constantly about completion of items. No one never has an answer. Will pay more to go somewhere else. Maybe their goal is to go bankrupt?

Horrible service over 2 months to get a order. They just lost a long term customer. As a business owner i dont really know how I would be in business operating like this. Take your business somewhere else.

I want to personally apologize for a rating that was not intended for embroidme. This is an upstanding company who does impeccable work with a friendly atmosphere. Highly deserving of a full five star review!!!

They make promises that they know they wont keep, blow off paying vendors, I charged half price for work I did for them and still they owe me a computer and 300 dollars. Thats AFTER promising me 500 bucks a month to do artwork. Liars and Thieves

They are thiefs! The doubled my embroidery price after finishing my products and demanded I paid them. They also printed shirts that were supposed to have fronts an backs and shirts only had fronts. Dont go to them!!!

I was very pressed for time needing monogramming done on a NIKE hat I had purchased a day prior. Normally, another company wouldve told me to go pound sand and figure it out some place else. Although EmbroidMe was busy that day, the staff gave me the name of the person that would be happy to assist me by my 5 pm deadline. Just so happens, I was going to be late (after 5 [their closing time]); however, they gladly offered to stay open to ensure I received my order. Its called class and professionalism that is often overlooked this day. I couldnt be happier and hope that others will do their business through this group. Thumbs up!
