The Sarasota location is incredible. Im a new fitness studio owner. Im very happy I found Jeff. He was full of helpful info without any pushy sales pitch. I look forward to doing all my equipment business with him. Highly recommend

We thank Jeff and his staff at Johnson Fitness & Wellness for providing excellent service. Our elliptical was delivered exactly when promised. I was called with a delivery time, texted and emailed with updates. Everything ran like clockwork. The delivery men were very efficient, wore masks, and cleaned the equipment thoroughly when they were finished installing it. If you are considering home exercise equipment, stop in at their Sarasota location and take a look.

Best Customer Service Experience Ever!!! Jeff, the store manager, at this location, went way above and beyond, to help me in my pursuit to buy a good treadmill, miles away from his store. He is top notch, and gave me the best shopping experience ever!!! You cant ask for more. From start to finish, he was patient, professional, kind, very knowledgeable, and payed close attention to my concerns, wants, and needs. In the end, he really came through for me.
