Even though you can tell by the shape of the store, it was full of great quality food and stock. Clean, tidy and the associates were smiling and helpful. Everyone wore face masks in the store.

Different layout than most Publix stores we are use to smaller than typical but very nice with some unique products that Id like to see in my hometown Publix.

Any time we get to Sarasota we treat ourselves to a meal at Walts. Friendly, delicious food ang great atmosphere. We will definately be back. Snapper dinner and melt were amazing.

Its a small publix. They either have run out or they dont carry it.The store is just too small. It is clean and friendly...its kinda like a large 7-11. I do shop there alot because they are close to my home.

In general, this is a great Publix. However, do not try to order pickup from the deli near dinner time. Last evening I ordered subs using the Publix app and was given a 5:30 pickup time. I was standing in front of the counter at 5:25 and told them I was waiting for an “app order”. At 5:50 I watched the manager put two orders on the counter before mine. At this point I asked the manager to cancel my order. His reply was “no problem”. No apology or recognition that I waiting for 25 minutes and left empty handed.

Publix is my grocery store. I always get top quality and top notch service

I am a fan of Publix, this location is small and has limited stock. Not the best location for a full shopping trip but its the close to home.

This is a smaller Publix store so is easier to navigate the aisles .

Super unorganized vaccine process! Maybe tell your pharmacists not to tell people they don’t need an appointment for their second COVID vaccine, if they’re then going to act snippy and lecture the customer about how their paperwork had an automatic appointment picked! 🙄

First- I’ll share the good- nice, small supermarket with friendly employeesThe bad- mis-marked items. Sale items are often either not marked correctly, not marked at all, or taken down early. You have to grab a weekly ad at the front if you want to get sale items.Also, always make sure when you buy any grab and go items from the deli that they’re not past the sell-by time. We’ve frequently grabbed rotisserie chicken, fried chicken, popcorn chicken etc only to realize when we got home that it was hours past the sell by time. (This is a daily occurrence.)

If you havent had one of the Publix deli sub sandwiches yet, you have to stop and get one. This IS the have it your way meal, the way your mind wants you to build a sub sandwich. Endless combinations.Watch when they put their specials on for the week, you can get some real good deals.They also have some of the best fried chicken and sweet tea. Making you hungry dont think too long.

This is the best Publix I’ve ever had the experience of shopping. I can’t recall ever having a bad experience at any Publix in Sarasota for that matter. But this one in particular is ALWAYS wonderful and prepared. I had to use the pharmacy for a while before I decided to get epidural injections in my back. Dean the pharmacist was an absolute cut above the rest. He always made sure I was taken care of and would voice any concerns. He would go out of his way for me, or anyone for that matter. Tom is also very good. This store is always extremely clean and every employee has a smile on their face and is more than happy to help. The GM must be very good because he sure can pick them! I love Publix

We had purchased a pie from this store and upon eating it, there was a large piece of glass that had cut my mouth and caused profuse bleeding. After submitting the evidence to the store and filing a report, they confiscated the evidence, causing me to be unable to take any further action and rejected the report, saying that I had planted it. They were extraordinarily rude and accused me of false reporting, refusing to acknowledge any possibility that the glass came from them. I am fortunate that I was not injured more severely, but had things gone worse, but this situation could have life-threatening consequences had I swallowed the glass. Not only the lack of quality in their products but also their complete disregard for the customers well-being shows that this store does not really prioritize customer satisfaction; they are just there with a smiling face when it is convenient with them and with utter ignorance and neglect when actual issues arise.

Nice because it isnt crowded and has plenty of easy parking. I find it doesnt have everything I need unlike other Publix in the area. Also, the produce seems to be of a lesser quality than other stores. Not sure why. Needs a better meat counter.

Keep in mind that this is a mini Publix. Its much smaller than a typical store, so the selection of items is limited. Personally, I have found this very frustrating. You can get in and out pretty quickly, which is a plus. Parking is easier than many other Publix. For us, its best used as a secondary store.

Publix is a one stop not too over complex grocery store. What I liked about this store, is that a manager in shirt and tie was roaming around making sure everyones needs were met.

This store never has enough of the right inventory. I stopped buying apples there too. They are consistantly past ripe Too many rotten apples gets expensive. I now have a practice of shopping at the Clark store. They always have more inventory.

Have ordered subs online quite a few times from this store and 3/4 times the order has been wrong, including missing half of the sandwich. Pretty disappointing when the rest of the store is quite nice.

Smaller than most Publix, yet they always have what I need. Very personal service... Employees take the time to notice you. Never a long wait at the register. Always Clean and Specials run in consistent cycles making it easy to maximize on purchasing power.

I love to shop here. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The store is neat and clean and never crowded. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the produce, seafood or meat.

Very disappointed - They have increased the amount of self serve checkout stations and decreased the amount of cashier stations. Not only does this reduce employment but now patrons have to not only check out their own groceries but have to bag too at the same cost for groceries. Now were switching to the Beeridge Beneva location. Hopefully they dont start following the same model.

Its a great place to stop in pick up some groceries. They dont have all the products and stock that the larger stores do but its great for being so close and Easy in and out

Horrible experience! I have ordered sandwiches online and the last few times they werent even made when I arrived almost 45 minutes later. No one was in line when I walked up and three people in there doing deli prep. The manager looked at me when I said that the last few times my sub hasnt been ready when I arrive far after the promised time and he didnt even come apologize or even to at least pay for this lunch as I waste almost my whole lunch hour waiting a additional 10-15 minutes after arrival for my sandwich. The young man Chris was very nice and apologized saying hes sorry that the store is understaffed. With one person at the deli counter ordering sliced meat and I walking up is no excuse to take 55 minutes from time ordered for a sandwich with 3 employees behind the counter.

Friendly employees, always clean, interactive staff, happy and relaxed vibe, reasonable prices. Sometimes this place is missing items that other Publixs have and some of the cashiers at the register dont always know how to do their job.

The staff at this Publix are extremely friendly and the selection is excellent for a store of its size. The hot deli is good even later in the evening, and Ive always been happy with my purchases from the meat and seafood sections as well.

Smaller and tighter isles than the average publix

Although its a smaller Publix, its close to my home and very convenient for last minute items or to grab stuff on the way to the beach. The lady at the bakery is very friendly and gave my wife extra cake decorating items.
