We used DesignScapes to design and install new landscaping around our front entry and fountain. They were great to work with in every aspect. The work was completed on time, the work site was cleaned up, and they came back the next day to check our irrigation and make any adjustments necessary. We are VERY happy with the result!

I have used Design Scapes scapes for my monthly landscaping for over 15 years. I cant imagine better service than I have received. The quality of their work has always been outstanding. The employees are experienced, responsive to any request that I make regarding maintenance or problems and they are always prompt and on time with their services. If they say they are going to provide a service, they promptly take care of it and always do a great job. They have also designed the landscaping for two homes and I have been well pleased with the outcome. I would definitely use them again. I will also continue to use them for my monthly landscaping as long as they continue their amazing service.

Terrible customer service. They obviously have zero interest in repeat business or referrals, which by the way is how you stay in business!Spent over 35k and and since we didnt sign up for their overpriced maintenance agreement we never heard from them again. We had a small shrub problem after 5 months and instead of stopping by to look they just emailed and blamed it on poor maintenance.Look elsewhere, they seriously dont care at all once they get the money.

Yes it looks as if they are out of business. Stopped servicing me in November and hasn’t returned calls or emails. Very shaky.

A real pleasure using Design Scapes for both landscaping and irrigation project. All work was on time and on budget (under in some cases!). Would absolutely recommend.

As far as I understand, they are out of business and sold. Fortunately, our huge project never got started.

We have used Design Scapes for several projects and could not be happier with the thoroughness of their landscape architects. They listened to what we wanted and delivered on what was promised.

Hired company to design and install landscape for remodel project. They showed up with plants but no dirt. Said dirt was not included in price. Came up 14 pallets short on grass install. So I had to pay an additional 3500 to finish the yard. Knocked down a 30 year old palm and made no restitution. Didnt even apologize, told me the tree didnt look healthy anyway. Gave me several quotes and left out portions of the work only to charge me later. This is either an unethical company or they are completely incompetent, either way go somewhere else. Ended up $22,000.00 over original quote and budget.
