If you cant find what you want here, I dont if youll find it. An outstanding selection for every room in the house. We purchased new bathroom lighting and two wall hangings. This is quality product at reasonable prices.

Best Light store around!! Every time we are in the area we go here. They have so many unique items besides lighting. The prices go with the quality of the items you get. Really impressive collection of fixtures for the home or wherever. The fixtures tend to reflect a limited range is of styles, from mid century to contemporary with some really innovative sculptural LED lighting. If you love chrome and crystal, no matter your lighting situation, the showrooms will offer you many choices. Unfortunately, theres very little color and the mission style lamps we were looking for were not represented.

If you’re in need of lighting (outdoor, indoor ceiling mount, bathroom, table lamp, floor lamp, etc.), make a trip to Franklin Lighting. You won’t be disappointed. The exterior of the store is deceiving. The place is massive and also has artwork, interior decorations, etc. They have an incredibly wide selection of lighting with different finishes (chrome, black, oil rubbed bronze, etc.). Barbara was great and let me browse, but also answered some questions for me. I’m in the middle of a home remodel and will undoubtedly be back!

Salesperson Brenda was extra ordinary. knew the inventory and able to answer a myriad of questions. patient with two old people who asked a lot of questions. FL itself has an amazing inventory--not just wide selection of lighting but art and bric a brac as well. Excellent taste in the selection, though too many frog table top decor for me;-).

High quality products and super friendly and helpful staff! Love our ceiling fans, outside lights and pendent lights that we purchased from Franklin lighting. Brenda was a huge help in finding fixtures to work with pre existing fixtures. We were pleased when we opened the boxes to install the fixtures. I walked through the whole store and no one offered to help me. But as I began to walk backup front everybody that came in the door a sales person was asking to help as soon as they walked in. I was in there looking for a dining room chandelier and 2 ceiling fans. Took my money someplace else.

Never have we been treated so well and assisted with such kindness regardless of our many questions and concerns. We are building a new house and went there on 8/24/2019 to pick out our lights and fans hoping to stay close to our 16k allowance.Mary met us when we entered and she seemed put out that we were wasting her time. Mary asked who our builder was and then said well I’ve never heard of them. Once we asked her what other kind of light could we put with near a $2,000.00 fixture we chose. Mary looking at us like we were absolute idiots replied, anything you want and walked away.Mary, I’m sorry we put you out.

We have purchased several lights from Franklin lighting in the past and enjoyed their selection and quality. We returned yesterday to purchase a light for over our dining room table. The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is due to the sales representative (receipt said her name was Mary). I wanted to reduce the size of the light because our dining room is small. She acted appalled that I was looking at light fixtures too small for the table, and repeatedly told me that I was wrong to look at smaller fixtures. I finally had to stand up to her and tell her that is your opinion. I settled on a fixture that she literally turned her eyes up at. Perhaps it was just a bad day for Mary. If you are not a strong personality she could definitely over sell you. The lady in the back that packaged and loaded our fixture was STELLAR! Final note: The fixture is up and perhaps actually slightly bigger than I had in mind for the space, but I can live with it.

My husband and I purchased four fans at Franklin Lighting over two years ago. At that time the sales people (Mary and Louis) were most helpful in understanding our needs and style preferences. Recently, one fan stopped working at which time we notified Franklin. They immediately scheduled one of their service technicians, Paul, to visit our home to trouble shoot the problem. at no charge to us! He very quickly discovered the difficulty. The remote had somehow gotten un-programmed at which point he quickly reprogrammed it and the fan started right up. He showed me the simple reprogramming process in case we need to do it again. Hooray Franklin Lighting!!

Definitely call before you go. Their web site shows 41 ceiling hugger fans. We drove 45 minutes to be told they didnt sell hugger ceiling fans, that all fans come with a minimum 3 rod.
