Went to Sarasota on a family vacation and decided to stop at new balance for some shoes. The attendant Brett was extremely accommodating, attentive and helpful. We left satisfied with very comfortable shoes.

I recently went in to buy a new pair of work shoes and the attendant Clare was great. I haven’t bought a nice new pair of shoes in a long time (normally just go to Walmart) but I explained I’m a bartender and am on my feet for long periods of time and she knew exactly what I needed.Might send my wife in to get a new pair.

This one star is for the quality of socks that I bought. It hasn’t been 2 months and they have holes in them. The store itself was good and friendly! We were on vacation in the area and walked in and bought shoes for myself and socks for my husband. He loves the feel of the socks but they failed in quality!! I called customer service and all I was told is they don’t have a warranty. For the price they should last a little longer the. 2 months.

New Balance is one of, if not the last shoe companies that still makes shoes or at least majority assembles their shoes here in the USA.In an age where everything outsourced and Made in China 🇨🇳 the fact New Balance is an American company is important to me.They also make excellent products.

My feet were dying until I hobbled into this store late one Tuesday. The guys hooked me up with insoles using their state of the art technology and my quality of life has improved!!! Life is too short to wear uncomfortable shoes. Stop by and get you some comfort. I glide 855s.

This New Balance store is the very best Ive ever been to. The workers there are such professionals and really know their business. They watch you walk and analyze your wear patterns and foot pressures, then recommend a shoe based on your needs and not on price! I was lucky enough to visit this store and they saved my vacation by fitting me with the BEST pair of tennis shoes Ive ever owned.

I do love their shoes. I bought a pair and after walking in them for almost a week I felt they were a little to big. They let me exchange them for another pair. Now I did mostly walk inside the house so they were still spotless.

Oh my what Paula is assume. My husband has very challenging feet, Paula got him into the correct size and comfort. We wish we lived here so we could always go back to her. Loved it

I went for some shoe inserts prescribed by my doctor. Unfortunately they do not take insurance or Medicare. However, despite this issue and the fact that the inserts are expensive, they are really knowledgeable and not only know about the inserts but really know shoes. I was amazed at their knowledge of individual shoe characteristics from different manufacturers. Very helpful and know their business. This really a great place to buy shoes.

I purchased shoe here last night for the first time. I had no idea what I was in for. The staff was beyond helpful. Brett greater me and offered to scan my feet, watched my stride and made some great recommendations for shews based on his observations. We tried a few different pairs of shoes but the thing I couldn’t get over was just how professional the whole experience was. I don’t know if Brett owns the store be he took care of us as if he did.

Took my mother and law here there was a older man who helped her .he was very nice and got her what she was looking for...there was also a younger kid there to that was helping people who knew what he was doing...Then a lady prob in her 40s came and with her little girl and Im guessing she worked there she started helping a older guy she did not seem to be very nice also was not wearing a name tag or anything me and my wife said she must be the owner she was just not very nice of how she asked people if they needed help..glad they didnt learn from her..

Amazing visit. Ive been to New Balance stores before but Ive never encountered such a helpful and knowlegable sales person. Paula was amazing, taking the time to let me try on several pairs and showing me the pros and cons of each pair. She really went in depth with the biomechanics of my gait and Im confident these will be the most comfortable pair of running shoes Ive ever worn. Highly recommend her to anyone who needs help deciding which shoe (and possibly insoles) to get.

Our salesman did a professional job fitting my 89 yr. old mother with tennis shoes. She is walking with less wobble in her step with much less chance of falling. I highly recommend this store for senior citizens.

I am a HUGE New balance fan and I drive by this very often also Ive been in the market for some new sneaks for awhile...I went in there and if course the sales person (lady) was on me literally like a hawk. I could sense her neediness immediately.Since Im on a budget I told her that I was looking for sales items and there was a big sales signs displayed prominently. She proceeded to walk away to the front of the store and began rattling off a bunch of items which were on sale (but still more than I wanted to spend).I told her no thanks on those but I saw a pair I wanted to try on (which was one of the cheaper pairs in the store). She looked at me like a was a total idiot...What are you going to be using them for she says...Working out I reply.Well these are our lifestyle shoes and theyre not good for working out; theyre only good for going out to dinner and stuff like that she says, trying to upsell me.Okay thanks, goodbye.I will never ever go in there again. This is why the internet is killing retail. And I wouldnt be surprised to see this shop fail soon.Its too bad cuz I had all ready bought the shoes mentally but she tried to paly games. Nice try. You get ZERO!!P.s. Ive been wearing sneakers for 40+ years. I am quite sure the pair I was looking at wouldve worked fine!!

Just stoped in cause my sons shoes that i bought in October were falling apart and for the higher end new ballances never happens they last older guy at the counter was helpful at first but when I said they were oly 3 months old he started to get rude So I just left. Wont ever go back. To that store again sad cause last two times I was there i spent a total of 700 there come to say there not geting any of my money anymore
