Customer service was excellent! Sales lady took the time to help my mother find the perfect shoes she was looking for. And quickly! Extremely helpful!

Great customer service. Everyone was very attentive gave me time to get in the store and look then approached me to see if I needed help looking for a size. Even with putting shoes on the wall walked away to make sure I was taken care of and got what I needed which I did. Definitely will be back again.Thanks for being awesome.

Great selection of shoes, however terrible customer service. I spent at least 45 minutes at the store looking at athletic shoes and trying them on, and I wasnt even acknowledged. One associate passed me twice and didnt even say hello. I left and went to New Balance nearby where I was able to find what I was looking for.

Rudy waited on me and was extremely helpful, explaining the quality and number significance of New Balance walking shoes. I would seek his help again.

Very disappointed. Their where 4 or 5 clerks at the store. All complaining to each other about their job. There where several people in there shopping no one ever asked if anyone needed help.Finally the male clerk asked if I needed anything. Than with people in the store they called everyone that worked there to the back???? And again they came out all talking among themselves.I just left!!!

I spent $125 on these ASICS tennis shoes here only a few months ago and they are already ruined. I was a little apprehensive buying tennis shoes with only netting on the top. I should have trusted my gut. My dog jumped on me and his claw went into my shoe. A small hole quickly turned into a big rip. The salesman there was so convincing on these too. Big mistake and now I have to buy more tennis shoes already.

I wear a mens 15D. Peltz is the ONLY store in town (Sarasota and Bradenton) where I can consistently have a selection of everything from running shoes to dress shoes to choose from at a VERY reasonable price. For those that need a little hand/foot holding the staff is friendly and willing to help in any way they can.

Large selection of qualiy womens and mens shoes from sport to dress. The prices are quite reasoable and the numerous staff are very helpful and friendly.

I live in ATL and our family has a place close-by. I found this gem about 4 years ago and have my whole family hooked. Peltz has the best selection of comfortable shoes that I’ve visited from Ohio to ATL to Siesta Key.

They have the largest selection of shoes for men and women that I have ever seen. They carry alot of comfort shoe brands.

My new favorite shoe store. This place is terrific. They price match and Priscilla was a great help and excellent ambassador for this family-owned business to which I will definitely be visiting for all my footwear desires. Thanks Peltz!

Not bad, a little cluttered. Staff was friendly, half didnt have mask on despite a sign on the door stating mask are mandatory.

I received your on line ad for shoes for my husband for $49.95. I did not read in small print that this price was by ordering on line. We drove to our closest Peltz store, found the same shoes; husband chose color and tried on to be sure they fit. However when we took shoes to counter to check out, the shoes were $59.95! This is ridiculous as it cost you less for us to pick up at store and risk a possible return. This Peltz policy makes no sense to me. I thought the customer was always right. But the store Manager would not sell shoes at the advertised price on Line. Because my husband has Parkinson’s Disease it is very difficult to get him out to shop. I did buy the shoes but will not be a customer at Peltz shoes any more. I think your management team should look at this situation and rectify it. Its always a very pleasant experience when I shop at Peltz. The staff is very helpful, but leaves me alone to wonder thru the aisle and select from a great inventory to try on and check out the new arrivals and the clearance rack. I typically spend about 3 hours there, taking my time to make sure Ive seen everything and never leave without a few pairs of shoes. thank you staff, for being so nice.

Beware if your going to buy shoes online from Peltz. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait for your refund. Apparently Peltz doesnt know that that the technology is out there that allows them to give immediate refunds right at the store. ( call Walmart) Never buy from them online unless your 1000% sure you wont have to return them.

Returned shoes that were defected. Immediate positive response. Replacement shoe was in on stock so they had them shipped to my home from another store. Extremely positive experience.

After meeting with podiatrist, Ron at Peltz in Sarasota was able to make appropriate recommendations for my choice of walking and formal shoes. I recommend Pletz and particularly Ron for active walkers and exercisers who need careful shoe advice to best achieve their recreational goals.

I went to the Sarasota Peltz store today with the Sketchers shoes we bought six weeks ago that are falling apart. We paid $80.00 and I had the receipt. The manager of the store was indifferent to my problem. I guess you dont stand by the products that you sell and I find that deplorable. I said I was going to report to the better business bureau and she quickly said thats why we have lawyers It was the worst customer service I have ever had and I work in the retail business and deal with people every day. Shame on you

A wonderful experience with this team on SATURDAY MAY 5TH !! They didnt have 2 pairs of the same shoe I needed, but offered to order it with shipping within 5 to 10 days directly to my home, for FREE 😆😆 I never go anywhere else !!!

I bought a pair of work shoes that were a bit large on me. The salesman assured me they would fit better as they were worn. I tried them on again outside the store, and realized they were a bit too large. I returned the next day with reciept and the manager said I couldnt exchange them because they had a touch of sand and a little gravel on the soles. That in and of itself would be one thing but the manager definitely had an attitude that said sorry about your luck sounds like a you problem. Pretty rude and short. Wont be back!

I have ordered a few time online from Peltz. Very friendly and courteous on the phone while youre ordering. I ordered a pair of sandals which stated, This item is available for FREE SHIPPING When I placed the order online, shipping charges were added. I did not complete my online order, instead I called them directly to place the order and ensure no shipping charges were added. When the customer rep placed the order, he also incurred a shipping charge. He told me not to worry, he was contacting Tech support and it would be corrected ASAP and I would not be charged shipping costs. I hesitated as I hate the follow up on these matters after the fact. I did not want to wait for the tech dept. to correct before ordering as I needed these sandals for an upcoming vacation. he assured me over and over, no shipping charges would be added. Sandals arrived, shipping was charged. Now, here we go, got to use my lunch hour to call them and tell my story once again and get my credit.Got the same answer as when I ordered the sandals, Shipping was free so we will contact our Tech Dept. and correct that and you will be refunded the shipping costs. Now, I have to check my bank balance everyday to see if the credit is applied. Second time this has happened.To date, no credit so I will call again on my lunch hour. Guess I can loose a few LBS. not eating lunch again so I can follow up on my credit due. Such a hassle and inconvenience, not to mention 3 lunch hours used to make phone calls to rectify this issue. Not worth my time Peltz, too many other reputable shoe sites and stores to buy from.You just lost another lloyal repeat customer.
