Today was our first day on vacation in this area. We had some car troubles and came to Advanced Auto. The customer service was exceptional. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Brant and his co-worker. They saved our vacation! There are still good people in this world!

Doc was great!! I came in with my 2017 Mazda CX-5 looking for windshield wipers. I told him I needed them today. Even though they didn’t have them in stock he called 3 different places for me to help find em. Awesome customer service. I’ll be going back because of him. Thanks doc!

Here for work and leaving in 3 days, the power steering pump on my jeep died. I live 600 miles south in Virginia. Staff was friendly and helpful with everything I needed. Was able to change out the pump and go on my way.

I asked for a specific coolant that I use for my car. The man at the desk started asking me the make, model, year but was unfamiliar with the car (Audi A8L). He eventually took me to the shelf were they had a selection of coolants but not the one I asked for. They did have a variant that was acceptable and I took that.I would have much preferred he look up the one I wanted and told me he didnt have it but he had another option. That would have been easier and quicker for both of us.

They are always friendly when you really need a pal to talk to. Very happy they are in my neighborhood.

I had a hard time finding bolts for my 04 wrx until I visited this location. I found what I needed fair price, where theyll be coming from and how long so therefore I strongly recommend shopping there for all you automotive needs

Only because certain people still work here aka john. And another gentleman. They have great knowledge and I enjoy seeing them. Thanks guys. You make the place. They keep it worth going. I gave a 4 star for 2 reasons. The parts arent really good a ball joint should last longer than a year. The same co2 sensor 3 times has died in 6 months. Yes in the same upstream side... but when in a pinch its all you can do. The other reason is because they hire people who actually have no idea about vehicles... obviously, it is common sense to employ people who know the trade ...

Very helpful staff, lots of stock parts here... Arrived 5 mins in advance of closing one very cold night last week to purchase a fan control switch so I could get some heat in my van. Would have been 5 stars if they had the wire pigtail to reconnect the new switch - I had to use my open spade connectors which cause a short and burnt out the low and medium fan speed relay... fortunately the switch worked the fan on high only and I went home and ordered that from rock auto.

Went in for a wiper blade, and the employee made a suggestion that Im extremely happy I listened to!!! Ive never seen a smoother glide and with the way weathers been, its nice to constantly have a clear view. Thanks again!!!!

Went there the other day to get a few things .. For to the counter and asked for spark plugs for my car. The girl heard a phone ring in the back and just took off.. I waited 4 minutes and she never came back. Left the stuff on the counter and went to the auto zone right down the street and was out of there in 2 minutes with what I needed.. I found a new auto parts store..

Incompetance or Laziness: My wifes car would not start without a jump, so I told her to get to Advance Auto Parts in Saratoga Springs and they would test and replace the battery if needed. The man at the counter said he could not help her as he was the only one there to manage the register, but someone might be able to assist in an hour or so. As my wife was then stranded with our two small children, I had to leave work so I could give her a jump and go to Napa. When I got to Advance, I saw an Advance employee walking through the parking lot and several others in the store. The man who refused to help my wife could not provide an explanation as to why they could/would not help. My conclusion is as follows: They were to lazy to go out on a hot day or they were too incompetant to use a battery tester/install a battery. Avoid this location if you need assistance.

My go to place for jeep parts! Friendly and fast.

This place is a joke. In line for 45min with one person on register while there are at least 6 people working. And the employees cant figure anything out. You basically have to point to what you need on the screen. Might as well have a self look up and check out.

If you have to ask for assistance here rather than walking in and just grabbing something off the rack, avoid this location. I ordered a wheel hub for my car and when I opened the box the next day to install it, I found that the new hub was used and damaged in multiple places. Then, when I called to exchange the bad one for a new one, they gave me an attitude and made comments about me damaging it myself. I will never use this location again.
