We’ve been taking our cars here for a couple years and they’re great! They’re honest and helpful and Tina at the front is the best.

I get my oil changes here and am always happy with the service and maintenance. I love coming in when Tina is at the front desk. She is so nice and knowledgeable and treats me the way she would want to be treated. She’s lovely and always makes my experience great. Thank you Tina!

My experience was excellent. I made an appointment so they can get me in and out right away for an oil change and tire rotation. Which I spoke to Cory on the phone and he was very friendly. George was very thorough with my vehicle and took the time to explain to me my concerns. He is very professional and friendly. I will continue to have my car serviced there.

In and out fast with an oil change and an inspection sticker. They said 45 minutes and they meant it. I was doubtful because of the number of cars there. Dont let that stop you. Lots of techs and service people so they can do lots of cars. Friendly and nice

Last week my low oil light came on when I just started driving on the highway on my way to another state. I had recently done an oil change at a different auto establishment, so I thought it was a little strange to see that light come on. I called to the nearest auto shop based on where I was on the northway and spoke with Brandt at Midas and explained my situation. He was able to squeeze me in quickly, check the oil levels and see if any leaks were present. After the inspection no leaks were found but the oil level was low. Brandt had the guys in the shop top up the oil and had me on my way again in no time. Brandt was very professional and friendly during this experience.

I just came to this Midas for the second time and could not be happier with both of my experiences. Tina who takes care of customer service is an absolute delight, knows her stuff and is thorough.

Absolutely great experience at this location. I had some exhaust system issues and needed my oil pan replaced on my Honda Element. The intake process was very good and efficient. The Mgr Brandt called in less then 2 hours from dropping the car off with an estimate.They were able to get both jobs done in 1 day even though they add to order parts. All the work done for around $1K. He had told me the oil pan replacement would be complicated and I had already confirmed that with other Element owners so I appreciate the honesty.Their nearby competitors wanted $3K for do the same work and it was going to take a few days because they had to order parts. Their intake process was confused and lengthy.A great experience all around. As a small business owner I know first hand what good service means and Brandt and team nailed it. I would certainly recommend them to other people and will use the them in the future.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Mgr Brandt who took the time to look over my car when my check engine light came on. He stopped what he was doing to diagnose my vehicle. I would recommend this place anyday!

Midas in Saratoga is absolutely amazing. Tina gave me superb customer service and was able to get me in for new tires immediately. The shop communicates effectively to customers and has a very welcoming feel. The manager Mike has done a fantastic job with shop presentation as well. I had a terrible experience at another Midas north of here but I will keep coming to Saratoga Midas.

Just had oil change / tire rotation/engine filter change . I had my car done in under 1 hour . I did call prior and was told I could bring it in . It was close to closing time . I have had my car here about 4 times while I reside in Saratoga in summer .Mike the manager was really helpful. He was polite, efficient, professional and efficient.I can be somewhat gruff when someone tries to up sell me but Mike pointed out some things with my 2018 Subaru and I did appreciate his input .The location is extremely CLEAN ! The waiting area, shop, bathrooms and he even sanitized the pen !They also have some great coupon deals . I usually go to dealer but it’s too far away and takes forever .Will be back .Thank you mike .

Zack was literally a life saver! I came into Midas because my front tire was making a terrible noise. I didnt feel comfortable driving home with two little ones in the car. Zack took a look immediately and informed me that my tire was hanging on by a thread! Had he not fixed me up, we couldve been in a terrible accident. Everyone in town was booked for inspections. I called the Saratoga location and they got me in under an hour and had me out the door and on my way in no time! A+

Took my car in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and a state inspection. Inspection failed because of rear rotors and brake pads. Was asked to pay roughly $400 to fix and pass inspection. I went to a local mechanic shop instead and was told that my car passed inspection, nothing was wrong with my rotors and that my brake pads had plenty of life left in them. Do not waste your money on anything except for an oil change here! They try to take advantage of you when your car is up on the lift and will try to make a quick buck on unnecessary repairs. Very shady business over there!

I usually don’t spend time writing reviews but I am always using them before I take a decision… sad huh? However, it helps me understanding how the business is doing, so I decided to help others in the decision making process. I moved not long ago in the Saratoga Springs area and I needed a shop where I can fix my car(s). I wanted to have a tire rotation done, so I shopped around and based on the reviews I called Midas. When I asked for price, I was told $5 (!!!!), so I said yes. I was more than pleased with the service (I know that tire rotation is not a big deal), and the way how Mike (from front desk) approached me. Like any other person involved in a business, he wanted to get more but he was smart enough to not be pushy and do just the job he was asked for. At the end he told me that the computer system is asking for $12, but because he said $5 he will charge me $5. I asked to be charged full price as I think that $5 is ridiculous, but on the other hand I didn’t want to pay $25-$35 like other shops around.In other words, yes, I would highly recommend Midas for your car repairs. They have discounts based on the repair value, and they know what they are doing.Good job guys, and I can tell that you’ll have my business!

I took my car in last week to this shop to get the brake pads and rotors replaced. The service was excellent from the time I called to make the appointment to the time I went for a test drive. As soon as I got there they quickly took my car in and started working on it. I loved the fact that they took me in to the shop and showed me what they were going to do and what I needed to replace eventually. Mike, the shop manager, is super friendly and very knowledgeable. He made sure I was satisfied and happy with the work done. Pat and Brandon did an excellent job with the brake pads and rotors and just overall great customer service. I will definitely be bringing my car here from now on for all my car needs. I highly recommend them!

The prices where fairly inexpensive (specifically compared to my dealership’s.) the staff was very nice and the service was quick. They were sure to talk through everything with me about what I wanted to get done and what they recommended. They took extra care to keep my car clean. I would definitely recommend.

I wish I lived closer because I would absolutely give Mike and his technicians my business for years to come. They did a VERY thorough pre-purchase inspection for me - showing me in the ins and outs of the car, and George, his lead technician, even giving me tips on how to see if it had any body work done to it. I cant rave enough about them. Bring your car here - you wont be disappointed. They have outstanding service!

Mike Murray and his office lady (sorry I forgot her name) ..were so cordial!! We came in, just wanting to get the work done, happy that they would repair my brakes while I waited that day, and they met us with the most amazing attitude...I dont know how anyone could be so nice, and deal with the public !! The prices were entirely in line with what the job would be anywhere, and I am even going to go back next week for a set of new tires, as the quote they gave me was also completely fair...This was one of the best experiences Ive had anywhere in spending a lot of money (lol) ..I would recommend them to anyone...

I have been to the other inspection places that are suppose to be fast. They ALWAYS try to over sell and get you to buy so many additional things. The staff at the Saratoga Midas store are amazing. Especially the Assistant Manager Tina. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

I received excellent service at Midas on South Broadway in Saratoga Springs. Store manager Mike Murray went above and beyond to provide great customer service for me. He took the time to explain all the options to me and was very thorough. The pricing was more than fair and the crew was very competent. The facility is run at a very high level. Assistant manager Tina Murray was extremely personable and friendly. I absolutely plan to go back again and I highly recommend people go there.

I was pleasantly surprised to see Tina Gordon managing this location. She formerly managed the Clifton Park shop. Last time I had to get 4 brand NEW tires and they gave me an awesome price! The new tires will last another 70,000 miles for my Subaru! The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this place to have any work done to your car even if its as simple as an oil change. The staff will take great care of you as well as your vehicle!

I suddenly realized that I was driving with an overdue inspection sticker. After several unsatisfactory visits to Jiffy Lube where I felt pressured into services I didnt want, was left waiting much longer than I was told, and was unable to use a coupon that had just recently expired, I pulled into Midas on South Broadway. Tina was friendly and very professional. I came back at the time she gave me and the guys took my car right in. It was finished in no time with no pressure to have other services. Tina happily used a coupon, was informative and while walking me back to my car also pointed out that my registration sticker was also expired. They know that good service pays off and I definately will return there when I need my oil changes or tire service. Thank you, Tina and Mike. Good service does not go unnoticed!

I thought the staff were very courteous and helpful. I got an inspection and an oil change. Staff were very helpful in helping me price different options/pricing for new tires, and snow tires. I felt like they had my best interest in mind and were not pushy in their sales. I would definitely go there again. I also came in without an appointment and my car was serviced within the time frame they gave me.

Had an appointment today at 10am for brakes was told day before it would take a little over an hour. As soon as I walked in I saw a bunch of people I said to the manager I have an appointment are you sure you can get it in she said yes appointments are a priority. Well 11:15 my truck hadnt even moved so I had to leave for an appointment she did say Im sorry but at least offer me a discount for a rescheduled appointment.

I had a screw in my tire. I wanted it repaired quickly, I went to Midas and they fixed my tire and I was on my way in less then 30 min. The management was very nice and the repair was free. I will go there again in the future.

So my daughter and I went to Midas yesterday and needed an inspection. We walked in and after the man got behind the desk and finally asked what we needed I was told no we couldnt get and inspection because the system was down no internet no fax etc only to find out this was a lie and I know this Because Another garage I went to inspected my car with no issue what so ever!! Luckily

I am usually very happy with the service from Midas. This visit however was a holiday weekend and I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. Although I dropped off my car for an oil change, it sat for two hours and was not completed when I returned. I will continue to utilize Midas for my cars needs because they did get me in before a holiday weekend. Turns out my car needed a little TLC, anyway.

Mike has always been patient, honest, and helpful. Three very important qualities in any human being, but its especially important for someone who works on your car!

I dont usually write reviews but I am so impressed with the exceptional customer service at Saratoga Springs Midas on S. Broadway. I brought in my 25 year old truck, that no one else wanted to look at, for a new muffler and tail pipe. Mike, the manager, was great. Took the time to show me what needed to be replaced, found and ordered the parts and got the work done within 3 days and even added a shield plate to the bottom of the muffler at no additional cost. Tina, the assistant manager was very helpful and the mechanic did a great job. I was so satisfied with the customer service that I went back for a much needed oil change. The staff here knows what customer service and quality work are all about. Thank you!

Tina And Pat were very professional and knowledgeable. They took my car in at the appointed time and I was out within 1/2 hour. They checked car over thoroughly for a 700 mile trip and advised me that I might want to have a few things looked at later but did not try to add them on at this time. This is my first trip to a Midas but not my last.

Clean shop, nice folks, good work. They would try to sell you an oil change if your car was on fire. If you go in, expect to be upsold for about x2 what you need.

I dropped my sons car off when it broke down in Saratoga. I know it needed an Alternator and we noted that on the after hours form we filled out.Received a call the next day from Josh who said it did indeed need an alternator, he also said it needed a new serpentine belt as the old one was burnt though. and the battery was fried - they were trying to recharge it but he didnt think it would take a charge because it was so bad. The total was going to be $650. ( with a re-manufactured alternator)I called the Auto parts store and was told I could purchase the alternator for $114.When I called Midas back and told the mechanic I was going to do it myself he questioned my ability to change an alternator myself. when I told him I know how simple it is, that there is normally 1 or 2 bolts holding it in he just rudely hung up. When I called back to tell them when I would pick the car up and pay them for the oil change they then said theycould do it for $450 - Which means they were going to easily rip me off for $200 - and still for the parts that were not needed.I picked the car up, changed the alternator in less than an hour, didnt need a new belt - it was not cracked or burnt through as they said and did not need a new battery. In fact we were able to drive the car 10 miles to home on the battery alone.I had been there once before and had an OK experience which is why i dropped my sons car there. If they were reasonable I would have had the work done to save myself the trouble.Bottom line - be very careful if you do not know much about cars as they will try to sell you extra parts you do not need - and for a very inflated price.

Anyone considering work done at a Midas, please read BBB reviews.I had brakes, rotors and pads done. On my ride home a light came on on the dash because they did not reattach the front pad sensors; there was also something rubbing against my brand new tires and it was the backing plate they forgot to bend back into place. Needless to say less than two years later (mind you calipers have a 10 year/100,000 mile warranty) a caliper went bad. I live an hour away from Midas in Saratoga. I took my car to my regular garage not knowing what the problem was. They informed me about the caliper having gone bad, so I called Mike. He told me to drive over (putting myself and others in harms way) to Saratoga and he would warrantee it. I informed him that I was told it was dangerous to drive that far with everything compromised having been soaked in brake fluid, so he spoke with my personal garage and agreed to warrantee the part so that I could make it to Saratoga (more) safely, given the brakes were still spongy. Now he refuses to cover the labor I had to pay my garage to install a caliper even though he had stated that it would have been warranteed if his garage had done it. Makes absolutely NO sense! He agreed for my garage to do the work and sent the part for it to be installed.UPDATE: I had another caliper go on the front drivers side. Which I noted on the paperwork when they redid the rear calipers that the front was a concern as well.Don’t go here. I have spent far more than I should have had to after the initial work Midas did to have the repairs redone.

These guys are really good. Ive spent more time here recently than I would like, but they help make it a good experience.Their pricing is fair, their process is transparent, and their service is great. One place that some shops go wrong is a lack of open communication, and these guys nail it on that front.

Made appointment for an oil change it took them 3 hours to get it done. The next day driving to work my alignment was off brought it back in thinking they would take me right in. Waited 4 more hours they never got to look at it. Missed work and sat around all day waiting. Definitely going in a different direction moving forward. 😤

GREAT EXPERIENCE! While traveling back to Pennsylvania, we encountered a significant safety incident while in the Saratoga area- my Brake line ruptured at my rear left wheel. We were driving a Diesel Pick-up AND pulling a 14K pound 5th Wheel RV. I lost all of my brakes on the Pick-up.Manager Mike and Service Tech. Pat especially were extremely helpful!Not being from the area, I first called them on the phone and they assured me they had the expertise to accomplish my repair. THEY WERE RIGHT! Being a matter of safety coupled with urgency, the entire facility teamed up and were able to completely service our tow vehicle competently, professionally with care and cordiality. Every step was explained, interacted over, and feedback was encouraged and appreciated! The truck was fully operational within just a couple of hours! I had a grinding sound coming from my rear passenger side brakes. I called to get a rough quote and the manager refused to give me one over the phone. So I went there to have them looked at. When I got there the manager said they were going to take it for a test drive to figure it out. The test drive consisted of driving into the bay and putting it on the lift. He then came out and told me that it wasn’t the rear passenger breaks, but it was the front driver side and that I need all new calipers, pads and rotors on front and back and it would be almost $2000 dollars. When we told him no, that was way too much he proceeded to argue with me and threw the paperwork at me and threw a hissy fit. The real kick is when I went somewhere else it turned out that it was the rear passenger side that was grinding, and I didn’t need calipers at all. What a crook! He just saw a woman and thought he could pull a fast one on me. Don’t go here EVER!!!

The office is super clean and everyone has been friendly and kind, even on this rainy fall day.I have come in twice over the past two weeks to get my tires filled because I have a slow leak in one tire and Ive recieved great advice and my tires have been filled quickly for free. I have gotten nothing but good service here!

This shop was great to work with. The staff were respectful and competent. They recommended work to be done and were not pushy about having it done that day. They were great!

I normally go to the dealership when I have a problem with my car but they were book out until the end of the week. Midas took me in same day, without an appointment, diagnosed and fixed the problem within 3 hours. Better yet they let me drop my car off and pick it up later so I could go finish my errands. The service representative Josh was professional, personable but above all else trustworthy. I didnt fell like I had just been taken advantage of when I left. I will definitely use them again.

Today I went to Midas last minute before they closed for a new front right wheel bearing and they were so helpful and had great service, I was in and out of there in an hour and my car is so much better!
