I was in Saratoga Springs during Easter weekend. My water pump failed on Friday afternoon. Burt ordered the parts before I was even at his shop. He had my Yukon fixed in a few hours. I highly recommend this shop.He saved my weekend.

Car was not drivable…they managed to get parts and have repair done within 48 hours. Amazing!

Burt and Team diagnosed an issue with my Audi A5, but because of factory programming required, they were not able to repair the component. As such, Burt did not charge me for the time and effort spent to identify the issue. Thank you Union Coach Works! Would recommend to anyone.

There’s another review which states that the car was diagnosed as unfixable and they weren’t charged. For some reason my experience is the exact opposite. It took three times longer than quoted to tell me my vehicle is unfixable(6 weeks total), then they still charged me to pick up my dead car. Business tip, if you do not deliver what you promise, your business takes a hit, it’s very unprofessional to charge the customer.

I’ve never dealt with such un- professionalism in my life. This place is a scam. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

I started bringing my car there years ago simply because they were conveniently located near my home and now I wouldnt think of bringing my car anywhere else. Great sport. I have been continuously taking my car there since i moved to upstate New York and i cant say enough great things about this place.The owner is a very cool guy, all mechanics that have a ton of experience, they are honest and wont rip you off. Only place i take my cars.

Great work, reasonably priced, reliable as you can get. Im the type of guy who always took his Subaru to the dealership for repairs. Forget that. I just got a call from then and a series of repairs that would have otherwise cost a great deal more someplace else is reasonable with these guys. I feel confident that I can make this thing last to at least 200,000 miles as long as Burt and his crew keep doing what theyre doing.

Ive been going to them for 5 years and they are a great model for any business to follow. They have repeatedly saved me dollars on repairs another mechanic suggested that didnt need to be done. They have also not charged me for follow up work after the initial work did not resolve the problem with my car. Cant say enough good things about them.

I am from out of town and Just needed a busted tail light changed. Glad I chose this place. Quick, easy, job well done, and charged me VERY fairly. I have family local and will diffidently be recommending this garage to them.
