Recently went in to purchase a bed frame with a particular product in mind but still wanted to see the available options. The associate, Jessie, was so helpful in showing us which frame would be best for our needs and explaining the pros/cons for each. He was so knowledgable and we ended up getting an entirely different product that was much better suited for our needs. The frame got to our house within days. Extremely satisfied with the product and excellent service. will return in the future.

On Saturday we went into the Mattress Firm in Wilton NY (Saratoga Store) and had a wonderful assistant name Richard who helped us find a new (and very needed) Mattress. Within 48 hrs it had arrived onto our bed. We couldnt believe how fast the service was from picking out a mattress to having it sitting on the bedframe. Richard was extremely thorough in explaining everything we needed to know and he gave us a great deal on pillows, mattress cover and free shipping AND they took the old mattress away. The 2 men who came to deliver the mattress and take the old one were very courteous and professional. Richard was with us the whole way via phone calls and text messages, from the night before, letting us know the time window to receive the mattress as well as in the morning TWICE to make sure everything was going smoothly. He pretty much held our hand through the whole process. This company has AMAZING customer service which is rare these days. We are so happy and will be coming back to this store for any other mattresses we need for our home.

Jesse told me when I placed a deposit that my old bedding would be removed. When I paid the remainder of the bill, I was told they would not take the bed frame. Would have appreciated knowing this at the outset. Also, Jesse stated that I would get 300 bonus points to spend on bedding etc. Again when I paid in full I was told that the $300 had already been taken off the mattress base. Bait and switch comes to mind.

With so many choices out there, and online reviews being only partially helpful, we decided to finally visit a store and chose Mattress Firm while we were visiting Saratoga Springs. Joe made our shopping experience and mattress choice so much easier. His personal knowledge, the Mattress Firm online recommendation software and a demo of the adjustable bed frame made our decision so much easier.

They did a wonderful job helping me it was definitely the time to buy a new bed. I was so overwhelmed by how many different kinds of beds there were. I was greeted right away and they showed me so many options and asked great questions to figure out the best fit and to figure out what I liked. Now I’m waiting for my new bed I can’t wait till it’s here best experience I’ve had

A bedtime story...So, as a businessperson, Im usually pretty sharp with the purchase of any goods or services-except when it comes to bedding; in which case Ive been a three time loser over the last 20 years or so, never finding a mattress that does the trick of getting me and my wife a decent nights sleep.I vowed this time would be different, but with all the new bed in a bag market entrants, the litany of choices, and a host of unscrupulous sellers-looking to quickly separate me from my hard earned cash, I was very pessimistic.I started looking at Google reviews of local bedding stores, and more importantly, their sales people. I came across Joe & Justin from Sleep Firm and read their reviews-they sounded too good to be believable, but the shop was a stones throw from the YMCA, where I was headed anyway, so I figured what the heck.Joe greeted me at the door and could NOT have been nicer, more professional, or more knowledgeable. He really took the time to ask questions about our sleep habits and then had us lay on different mattresses to show the finer points of each-including adjustable frames. Convinced and won over, he was just as thorough when it was time to buy, pointing out (and highlighting!) all the salient details of the purchase, so there would be no gotchas.No pushy sales tactics, no gimmicks, no fast talk. All business and honesty. Trust me when I tell you that people like Joe are rare... A throwback to a different era when it comes to sales and business.If you are struggling with a mattress purchase- GO. SEE. THIS. MAN. You will *NOT* be disappointed.

I went in to get a full size mattress and box spring for my little girl- her first big girl bed! I was greeted right away by a super friendly gentleman, and he helped us to find the perfect bed and made my little girl feel special. He treated her like the customer- put the pillow down low on the mattress so she could put her feet on the pad at the end, and asked her questions about the softness/firmness of the bed. He made it all about her (while still making sure I was involved and comfortable with price, etc). We needed to take something home that day and the salesman and the manager were actually able to get us a nicer bed than the one we had originally picked ((for a lower price!!)) AND we were able to get it that day. Extremely happy with our visit. Well will use them for all of our future mattress needs!

Great place great service gave it 4 stars because they charge for delivery. I could see if you are buying a discounted bed, but when purchasing a $2k bed they should offer free delivery. I went in with my partner thinking one thing, and came out with a completely different set of thoughts and new mattress ordered the same day. I was greeted by Joe and Eric, the two whizzes of the store. They were very friendly, attentive, professional, and the time we spent in there with the guys was very thoughtful and helpful. We had a general idea of what we thought we wanted, but thanks to a tremendous amount of time and effort put in by Eric and Joe, we tried out so many mattresses but narrowed it down due to their process and knowledge! Overall, we spent a very thorough 2 hours in the store, learning and building value and leaving satisfied and happy with our big purchase. We felt like good friends the entire time, and Eric was a very good salesperson. He knew his stuff and was very patient as we were learning about all the new technology and ultimately deciding for ourselves what was best. My husband and I went to Mattress Firm after trying a few other stores and eventually buying a mattress online (which we hated and ended up returning). Joe was so patient. My husband has back problems and lots of aches and pains. Joe walked us through the features of a ton of different mattresses without pressuring us to buy a specific one. We were there for a long time. My husband finally picked out a mattress. After sleeping on it for six weeks, he wasnt happy. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the mattress. The problem was 100% my husbands body. He contacted Joe and told him how he had been feeling. We went back in to the store and picked out a different mattress. Mattress Firm picked up the mattress we were returning and dropped off the new mattress. The exchange was super easy. My husband is finally happy with our mattress. I cant believe how patient and accommodating Mattress Firm has been. They really went above and beyond. I dont think well ever shop at another mattress store again. We definitely will never buy another mattress online. If Joe can find the right mattress for my husband, he can find the right mattress for anyone.

Today i decided i needed a new bed, as the bed i currently possess is ten+ years old. As i was asking around for recommendations, a good friend of mine told me to use Mattress Firm. So, he gave me the number and i was able to talk with Justin about all of the questions I’d had about beds I’d found in their online stock. Justin was able to answer all of my questions and i was able to go in tonight to look at different mattresses and just try them out. Not once did he try selling me on particular beds and even vocalized the price range of one of the beds I’d spoken to him about prior to make sure we stayed in that range. He had me try out all of the different types of mattresses to see which type of firmness fit me best, and once we’d found the one, we sat down to see what finance options we were able to get, to decide if that was the route i was going to take. Upon walking into the store, Gilbert greeted me with a smile and started helping select my future bed. Being aware of my strict budget, Gilbert had me try out a few beds and once I found the one I liked, he worked diligently to keep my final price affordable. My husband and I went to the Saratoga store to look for a mattress. It was close to closing time and Gilbert was patient enough to stay and help us out.
