Michael, our sales person couldnt have been more helpful. We tried many mattresses & he was very knowledgeable about each of them. Buying a new mattress can be stressful as it is a big expense, but Michael made it a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend Metro Mattress in Saratoga Springs.

I came into the Saratoga springs store on 4/25/21, Michael greeted us as soon as we walked in and helped us through the entire process. The customer service here was outstanding. I could not have asked for better. He really explained the value/comfort/price tag/quality differences in the mattresses. Gave us information about everything but did it while being interactive, using humor and genuinely making us extremely comfortable. He and Ben went above and beyond for me completely. I never expected to leave with the purchases I made but I felt 100% confident and comfortable with the choices I made. I was informed and I felt extremely taken care of. 10/10 recommend! Great job!

The second I walked into the door I was made to feel unwelcomed then treated like a human wallet. All Mr. Large and In Charge wanted was to make a sale and grab his commission.This guy would not allow me to just look around the store. He kept getting close and asking me invasive questions then insisting that I look at WAY OVERPRICED products. No thank you.I understand a sales person will ask questions, but when the customer reputedly says Im just looking just stop asking questions all ready! Did Mr. Large and In Charge profile me? Is my business not welcome? As I began to leave, he then began bashing the local competition. I guess this is his way of attempting to scare customers into buying from him?1) Research first and you will find much better deals.2) Never trust a commissioned sales person...ultimately it is NOT you they care about.3) If this company is as sleazy as Mr. Large and In Charge than take your business someplace else. I did and found GREAT deals and a GREAT mattress!4) If you are made to feel uncomfortable and/or unwelcome, please take your business someplace else...

I am very happy with the service I received from Ben at Metro Mattress in Saratoga today and very happy with the mattress set I bought. I explained to Ben that I needed a mattress for a guest bedroom that would be used mostly by my father. Ben helped me pick out a very nice, reasonably priced mattress set. I was afraid this would be a painful process, but Ben was very nice, answered my questions, didn’t try to push higher priced mattresses and was great to work with. I’m very happy I went there. Mattress set is to be delivered soon. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back to Metro Mattress next time I need a new mattress.

We had not purchased a new mattress in over 20 years. We knew we needed something a bit more expensive than the coil and spring mattress we had purchased previously. We are older now, with joint and back issues. My wife prefers a firmer mattress while I prefer a softer one. We had been warned not to buy a memory foam because it would be too hot for my wife. Opposite to her, I am usually cold because I throw my heat. She says I am a furnace. I am an average to small man, 5 6, 180 lbs. My wife is the same height but considerably heavier. We had obstacles to overcome. My wife joked when we walked in, Are you sure we shouldnt give up now and get twin beds?.Ben, our customer service rep at the Wilton store, is considerably younger than us. We were skeptical that he would understand our differences. Happily, we couldnt have been more wrong. Ben was very knowledgeable about the differences in partners and body types as well as the mattresses he sells. We told him about our idiosyncrasies and what we were looking for. He showed us several types of mattresses explaining the differences and we tested four different styles and levels offirmness.Because of the time span since we had purchased a mattress, prices are considerably higher than in 1999. Ben showed us a couple of ways to go financially other than cash. I wanted to decide right then, make a purchase and get out of Bens hair, especially as another couple had come in. My wife wanted to go to dinner, discuss the options and make a decision. Ben encouraged us to do this as he wanted us to be comfortable with our decision assuring us he would be there until 9pm (on a Sunday!).I was sure I wanted a Tempur-pedic because of the density of the mattress, that it would hold up, and because it was so comfortable. My wife and I quickly agreed on a firmness that suited us both. She was concerned about the heat we had been warned about. Ben agreed that in the past, this mattress did get too warm for some people. Now, however, they are making them with a feature that keeps the mattress cooler. We discussed the various features and options over dinner. We had a few questions but were pretty confident in our final decision.We went back to the store where Ben helped us with our choices, answering the new questions we had come up with. I was concerned that we were yet again taking up too much of Bens time. He explained that it was not a problem and that buying a mattress is not like buying a new pair of shoes. He wanted us to be comfortable with our choice both at the store and once we got home.We left happy with our choice, content with the cost, and excited for our delivery (FREE!). Ben had also given us free gift choices. We will be getting a mattress protector and my wife is getting a pillow with the same stay-cool feature as the mattress. Completely satisfied with our purchase. We went in with a budget of $1000 and our salesman showed us quite a few queen mattresses and box springs well within our budget. He was even able to make us a deal on a mattress, box spring and a head/foot board! I paid $850 cash, the delivery came not only on the day they promised but an hour early! They said between 11a-1pm, the were here at 10 and done (setup and removal) in 45 minutes!

We had a great experience purchasing mattresses from Metro Mattress today. We needed to replace our 30 year old mattresses with new comfortable mattresses. I received great service I had today I was just just coming to look and I spent $600

Not a great experience. Were asked as soon as we walked in if we were actually gonna buy a mattress. Is that not snooty or what?! I arrived before my husband so he actually gave the sales guy the time of day or I wouldnt have. When my husband asked me if I was interested in one of the mattresses, I said lets not and we left. It didnt help that the place smelt like someone just finished their smoking break inside the store. Headed over to Mattress Firm across the street and they came through.

After going to 3 stores before Metro we were very happy with Yvette. She was friendly and very knowledgable and helped us pick the best mattress to suit our needs. If she was not there we probably would not have made a purchase that day since we were so frustrated from the other stores.

I got a VERY COLD feeling as soon as I walked in the door! High pressure sales are what i found at all of these locations. BEWARE of when they start using the word INCLUDE! Nothing is free! The sales people get incredibly small base wages, so the rest is based on their sales. If they see you start to leave, they will begin the dance of dropping prices! DO NOT GO ACCORDING TO THE STICKER PRICE! Same as buying a car!

Thank Youthe next day, they had what I was wanted in stock. Ordered over phone, Jason was professional, quick, and friendly. Shipping is free, its coming on Monday, today is Saturday!
