Guys were great. In and out and they explained everything in detail. 5 star for customer service. I left 4 stars because these guys represent Ram and my truck had a recall. I went to test drive a used Jeep here, called had an appointment set up the day before and explained to the women I’d be driving 2 hours to come look at this Jeep. The following morning comes I drive 2 hours and get to the dealership at 9am. Upon arriving a man greats me with a mouth full of food. I sit as he pulls up my appointment information. Seconds later he claims the car was sold yesterday. No one had called to inform me and the Jeep was still on the website. once I expressed my emotions on the situation the guy just walked away from me saying nothing. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend even looking at a car here big waste of time.

I had set up a test drive with this dealership at 1:15 pm, on a Tuesday. I arrived and to my surprise, the car was in front and waiting already! Salesman, Tommy, introduced himself, showed me around the vehicle, introduced me to the controls and features then let me take it out to drive. The rest is HISTORY. I cannot say enough about how easy this was. I also had a leased vehicle at the time with 2 more payments left. They were able to get me out of that lease even though it wasn`t the same manufacturer at all, which I didn`t know they could do, but they did. All the staff was amazing, friendly, VERY knowledgeable and in just about 4 hours, I was done and driving away with my New Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk! It is fantastic. I am SOOOO Glad I came here. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions as I grilled him on his service department and their honesty. I decided to give them a try, as it’s only 2 miles from my home. I dropped my car off on the scheduled day & was give a ride home from Kyle, who I found out would be doing the detailing. My car was full of dog hair & dirt. Eight months of Collie & Golden Retrievers hair. Kyle made my car look like brand new inside and out! He even delivered it to my home when it was completed. I was treated like family. Its not worth it you look at Kelley Blue book at what your vehicle is worth and they want to give you a lot less than what the vehicles worth like $15,000 less and then want you to put down $15,000 on the next purchase who does that

My service writer was Sean, He was Great and professional. I asked to have my tire pressures checked, not sure if it was done. All tires were a differentpressure.Otherwise a good job by the mechanic.

The staff were friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to work up a very fair deal on my trade-in and new lease. Tommy was patient and not at all pushy. Overall, a positive experience and worth the drive to go there.

I have been contacting this place for almost a month now after receiving a new part that ended up needing to be to returned. I have called and left numerous messages to the “returns” guy and he has yet to call me back. My package that I sent back was delivered to the dealership on December 18th and it is now January 13th and I have still not received a refund yet. Very disappointed and certainly do not recommend purchasing any part from this dealership.

They replaced my radiator fan under a recall. I dropped my care off and it was ready to go before lunch! I have have had my Jeep serviced there several times and the staff are always prompt and courteous. I would definitely recommend!

This was honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had! I bought a 2020 Ram 1500. Tom Cordero was my salesman. He was not pushy, he was upfront, honest and very professional. I test drove the truck and loved it. My credit had some challenges but the finance manager was able to get it done for less than my max payment. I went in a couple of days later to fill out the paperwork and pick up the truck. Everything was done very quickly. I was in and out in less than an hour. The truck was very clean, and even warmed up for me. I will be a returning customer and I will recommend Nemer to all of my friends and family.
