I have gone there twice, once when I was younger and again recently. Both of these times the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the doctor in the office was a respectable man in character and work.
I brought my daughter here a few months ago to get contacts for the first time. We traveled an hour because they were the only vision center where you didn’t have to wait 3 months to get an appointment. We got an appointment the next day. Doctor was amazing. Staff was amazing. I lost my last pair of contacts a few days ago. Called this vision center and got an appointment the same day!!! The doctor again was amazing. There was also a young girl with long blonde hair that was super sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend them!!!
Hes always very nice when i go in there, the receptionist is always very nice when i go in there, and he is very informative.
The doctor was great, nice and informative. The lady out front was a big help and the price was right.
Great Doctors, HORRIBLE customer service! Rude, unhelpful, and dont really know how customer service works. Kind of a bummer that both the doctors here are so nice and its ruined by the ladies up front. Been going here for about a yr and there has only been 2 women that work up front that are polite. First time the lady that was supposed to be helping me took a ph call and helped them while I waited, the next time with my daughter they freaked out because my daughter needed a glasses and contact exam and they only scheduled me for 1 of them. They said I had to leave and come back but the doctor was nice enough to say he could do it because it only takes 10min tops. And today instead of trying to help the lady kept telling me that she cant change the prescription (they wanted $72 for 1 box of contacts, I need the cheaper ones) she kept repeating, and repeating and repeating finally I told her that I understand that but instead of trying to find a solution like, she could talk to the doctor and see if we can find a cheaper contact, she had no solution to help. All she said was welI what do you want me to do? In a very rude condescending tone. I dont care how long you have worked there, I have never paid $72 for contacts, nor will I ever do that. And there IS a generic version to almost everything. Which she said, I dont know I have to go with whats on here. Im so angry. Completely ruined my day. And while complaining about it to the subway lady in the same walmrt she said yeah, dont go there those ladies are the worst. DO NOT GO HERE!! DRS GO TO A BETTER CLINIC OR HIRE NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. I would follow these drs if they were somewhere else. END RANT.
