Great service and knowledge as always. They actually dont carry one of the items any longer that we were looking for but gave some viable options.

Always clean, well organized and stocked. MOST of the staff has been friendly and helpful. On my last visit to the SARATOGA, NY. location, however, I was less than pleased. The lady on the register acted like it was an inconvenience to give me the free b day gift that Ulta offers for the higher tier card members. I also had issues getting any help when trying to locate a certain product.Generally, I have neither of these problems at the store. Maybe it was an off day but, it should NOT happen.

Ulta beauty in the Wilton mall Saratoga springs NY has the most amazing and helpful staff. Would recommend this store hands down over all others in the area.

Employees not wearing facemasks has been an issue, otherwise Id give four stars. Five if their sections were better marked and specific items were easier to find.

We came at 8:45 PM to get my sister a curling wand for her graduation and the workers told us they had already closed the last register, despite the fact that store hours say they are open until 9 PM and there was no notice for closing early today. Disappointing experience.

I asked for help picking out a gift today!! A fabulous beautiful employee with gorgeous make up on suggested a perfect gift!

The employees there know their products to provide suggestions. I was provided with samples to try home before I returned. The Dermalogica brand Ultracalm line calmed a skin reaction from a product not sold there. I also use the Ultra Repair Tinted Mousturizer free of skin reactions.

First time I ever came here I got these lotions 2 for 25 dollars and hempz

Very hard to find in the mall if you’ve never been here. Next time I’ll park outside of Dick’s and walk through to mall side. The only place I can find my Clinique makeup within a 50 mile radius

I had a cosmetic procedure and needed a concealer for some bruising. I had some idea of what I needed but needed help. I was lucky enough to get Valencia who not only suggested some products but took the time to try some on me to see which would work best. It has been years since I experienced such great service from a sales associate. They are few and far between. When I return, I will surely look for her to help again.

I spend way too much time and money here but what can you do when youre addicted to makeup? The employees are always kind, helpful, and personable. Many times theyve struck up conversation about a product Im browsing and either gushed about it or given me a type of warning.The store is always clean and organized.Ive never used the brow bar or the other services offered so I cant review on those. However, this is my favorite Ulta store!

I went in looking to get highlights. I have brown hair so I knew I would need it to be lightened and then dyed. I arrived at for my appointment and was there for 5 hours...yes, 5. I ended up not being able to get what I wanted, because she told me my hair didn’t lighten up enough(fine. I get that.) so I chose a different color for highlights and went with a darker color. She was rude the whole time I was there and never even actually cut my hair. I was charged $250 + tip! Never again will I go there. Way way overpriced. I went to another salon and was told that it shouldn’t cost that for highlights ever. I was never even told why it cost so much after and I am furious.

Walked around for 15 minutes not a single person looked or even talked to me. I was looking to spend money and sign up for a store credi card. On my way out I let the girl at the counter know (heavy set light haired girl with glasses) and she was rude and basically told me to go elsewhere so yeah Ill stick to Sephora..

I have shopped here for beauty products as well as having my hair done, several times. I ve never had an issue until my last visit to the salon. The stylist already had someone in the chair that was promised to me at that time. She did a VERY brief consultation with me and informed me that changing my hair color would cost nearly 3 times the price I was originally quoted. When I declined to pay such an outrageous amount, which was 800.00$..yes..8 HUNDRED.. she became annoyed and was short with me. She actually accused me of not knowing what I wanted. It wouldve been laughable if she hadnt been serious. I knew what I WANTED and it was NOT to be ripped off! ULTA WONT be getting my business at the salon. I will still buy my perfume and cosmetics there, as the cashier and sales staff are always friendly and helpful.

I honestly love this place a little TOO MUCH. Recently visited the salon for a cut, color & style by Steph V. (There are 2 Stephanie’s & they were both a lot of fun & super talented!) I like to give the stylist a little bit of freedom to be creative with my color & I was ELATED by the technique Steph used to achieve a really beautiful light blonde tone. I have a kind of strawberry undertone in my hair & even tho it was the first time Steph ever worked with me she absolutely nailed the perfect toning formula & it isn’t yellow or brassy AT ALL. I really love it.

This is THE WORST Ulta I have ever been to. I know this is not a kids store, but as a mother sometimes you have to bring your children in places you dont want to. The woman helping me was an older woman with glasses and she was so rude an disrespectful to both of my children! On top of that, the cashier appeared aggravated that I was looking for my coupon and gave my children dirty looks. Awful experience overall. I will inforn everyone I know of the scrutiny of this store and I will not return to this unfriendly, unaccomodating establishment again.

At first I was very excited about this store and the hair salon. I went in with a question about my haircut that I wasnt happy with from another salon. The stylist that helped me was wonderful, very friendly and did an amazing job on fixing my cut to what I wanted. On my third appointment from there I found out she wasnt with the salon anymore. If I didnt happen to call and make my appointment earlier I wouldnt have known. The new stylist I was put with seemed nice, but once she started looking at my natural blonde hair color she kept trying to push me into highlighting it. I proceeded to try and say I wasnt budgeting for that expense after being told the price. And also that my mother was in town and waiting in the store looking for face products, so I didnt want to take the extra time. She kept trying to push it on me, and I get it Im sure she makes more money on the appointment if she does highlights. But my hair naturally lightens up in the summer and I just dont see the point in spending $50-70 on 5 foils. Then come to find out they put me for the haircut and hair mask treatment that costs a bit more. I was fine with it and figured Ill see if it makes my hair nicer. I didnt see any change in the days after. Overall the haircut was ok, she didnt offer to straighten my hair after the blowdry, I have very thick hair and just blowdrying makes it puffy. I also got it cut into a long angled bob which looks nicer if it is straightened. So i proceeded to go home and straighten it. When I set up my next appointment after this one she then brought up the highlights again so at that point i felt so obligated that I said sure, and she threw in oh and if you dont want them at least the time is booked for it. But what if I dont want them in the first place. Needless to say Im cancelling the appointment and going on the hunt for a hairstylist again.

Garbage. Sat at the salon counter for 20 minutes cash in hand waiting to be service while the stylist sat on her phone with no customers being helped for me to just walk out with out being contacted once.
