Bath & Body works as a whole is most likely is a great company to be apart of but this store location needs immediate training on the management front as they are extremely disrespectful to their staff and their customers. The cashiers, top sellers & key holders is whats keeping Wilton Malls Bath & Body Works in business and the core reason to why anyone should stop in this location specifically.

I dont even want to give this stores location one star, but for the fact that it was very clean and well set up I will give it that. I dont know if this goes in to one hold data log or if this is for the Wilton Mall pacifically so let me tell you something, I will never go back to this location for the fact that the store manager is very rude and should not be working in customer service /retail I have work in retail for over seventeen years and was also a manager, I am now a VIP of my own family company and never ever would I dream of treating a customer so poorly let me start off by saying there was a customer and their prior to me who was being checked out as I was proceeding to shop along with my friend who had join me for the day and let me also add that there is a store much closer to me but unfortunately they were blown out of everything, so I went out of my way to go to this location after she was done ringing up the customer she walked to the middle of the store too openly strike up a conversation with the other employee about the customer that was just in there and how she did not like her behavior or her attitude and that shes always so rude when she goes in there to me the customer seem like a no-nonsense kind of gal and just went in there to get what she needed and got out, I had trouble finding a certain fragrance of candle I was looking for but had continued on to look for something else, all of a sudden the woman who I believed to be the manager slim the item down in front of me and walked away without saying a word at this point I would have just walked out because how abrupt and rude I felt it was, but sering that I drove all that way I was going to make it worth my trip I grabbed my items and I walk them up to the counter set in them down off to the side as I could see my friend turn to ask a manager a question which she had s,was replied to an a snappy and rude tone I just stood there in amazement that she was actually speaking to a customer in that way I grabbed one last item and went to be checked out she asked none of the questions about did you find everything you needef and where you helped today no pleasantries at all, I had said oh give me one second I have a coupon on my email/phone let me grab it now Im a little hard of hearing after a car accident where I got hit in the head and it damaged my ear drum so I did not hear her say that she already applied it and as she snapped at me to ask if I was using cash or credit I held up the coupon and she snapped at me again and said Ive already applied it and I apologized and informed her that I was hard of hearing she muttered something under her breath and I picked up my parcels and walk to the front of the store while my friend was being checked out by this time I was just sickening and appalled by the whole experience I will never return to this location, cuz if my location doesnt have it cant get it or I cant order it offline it is not worth my time or money to be abused by someone who apparently does not know how to treat customers nor appreciate their job ..

The store was clean and well stocked. The brunette that was working this morning was attentive, kind and knowledgeable about the products available. The blonde was clearly having a bad day. I was telling her why I needed items bagged separately and she cut me off with I dont care, not my business. Im giving 5 stars because the store was immaculate and I dont think one poor employee should bring everyone else down. But I sure hope they actually read these.

Great selection for what you need with bath and body. The only regret is theyre doing away with their bar soaps. Staff was very good at explaining the products. Prices were very good.

Was very prepared to go in and buy things with my girlfriend but we were approached by one of the workers. Everything started off fine with her asking us questions on the candles. Now I have worked in retail for over five years, I understand the idea of being engaged with customers but there is a point where you have to read a customer and learn to back off if they say multiple times that they’re okay. This was one of them. Continually asking questions while we were just trying to look around is not ideal. Overall, way too pushy. We left without buying anything because we felt uncomfortable with her following us around and showing us stuff we didn’t come in for at all, even after she asked us what we were looking for.
