The jewlery experts at Zales were wonderful. Very knowledgeable. They were also health sensitive during this pandemic. Everything was sanitized before viewing and after. Lots of selection. My purchase is perfect. Thanks very much!

My husband and I purchased our wedding rings at this store. My ring has been nothing but a nightmare since the day we ordered it. Did not come in the correct size even after they sized my finger. We sent it out twice and still doesnt fit properly. On top of that, when they sent it out, apparently they didnt retighten it from the sizing and my Center Diamond fell out the day after our wedding! I go every 6 months because I was lucky enough to get the lifetime warranty. 8 out of 10 times the ring has to be sent out for yet another repair and its always 3 weeks at least before I get it back! The ring is off my finger almost more than it is on! Had to send it out again over two weeks ago, call today to see if it was ready being I was in the area, and was told that the ring had been picked up! Well, no one had picked it up!!! luckily, I save all the paperwork for each and every repair. They finally located it and told me it wont be ready till the 19th which is more than ridiculous! It will have been well over a month that theyve had my ring! The staff doesnt seem to care and corporate cares even less! I will never ever ever buy any jewelry from this company again! Terrible!!!

This is by far the worst story Ive ever dealt with in my entire 49 years. Bought my wedding band and my husbands wedding band here. Had my finger sized at the time of the decision for the ring, when it came in was still too big! got married and two days later Center Diamond came out!luckily we bought the forever plan. When I came in to get a replace they told me I had not purchased the forever plan! I called corporate they could not care less. Finally found the paperwork that was not in the original paperwork I had proving I had the forever plan. Never got an apology only attitude from the former manager named Candy. Even after the ring was sized it still didnt fit and was still too big again after they took measurements so is had to be sent out again came back and was still too big after they put little nodules in there now Im told thats all they can do so Im basically stuck with a ring thats too big for me. I was told that when it got melted down to be resized they never tightened the main Dimond in the center. Again I was fortunate enough that it was replaced only because of the extra insurance we bought on it. I go in every 6 months to have it inspected and signed off on for the forever Diamond plan. Every 6 months more often than not the ring has to be sent out. The ring is been off my finger more than its been on! The ring was not cheap! When ring has to be sent out and unless I want to wait a month I have to pay $35. Every time I go in there I give them my name with paperwork and they can never find me in the system and have to reenter it every single time !! this is been going on nearly 6 years every 6 months. Corporate could care less nor could the managers. Im not faulting the poor Clerks because they dont have any say about it but I can tell you one thing they will never ever ever get another dime for me as far as purchasing any other jewelry from there. I have a ring on that my mother wore (her engagement ring) for 55 years and Ive never had a problem with this ring. Its my opinion their prices are over the top for the jewelry, and I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. Dont know if all the zales are like this or if its just this store but I can tell you Ive not had one good experience anytime Ive gone. The only thing I could say is the clerks courteous but again they have no say about anything. The managers and corporate I have no respect for whatsoever. Very poor customer service as far as they go and again jewelry is not up to par and overpriced for what it is! Highly disappointed that I have to continue to deal with this store for as long as I have this ring which will be forever being its my wedding ring... do yourself a favor dont buy anything from this store

I recommend it especially for bilingual people and tourists. great place with amaizing prices, all kind of diamonds for everyday use, engagements anniversary, kids, Vera Wang and disney, excelent customer care, it is a must to visit it
