Very friendly, caring staff: you can get if you ask even items that are not on the menu. Everything, really EVERYTHING is made fresh and homemade, with very few exceptions. Best coffee in the area, roasted by a local company. Best pastries. Clean, cosy place to meet friends and family. They even offer a private room.

I LOVE Strudel, no doubt. I had some around the world, and outside Austria the strudel served at the KaffeeHouse is by far the Best! But: Today I tried their Sauerbraten Sandwich: a MUST for meat lovers, the Sauerbraten gravy is not from this world, simply heavenly! (I also had some pumpkin soup, made -of course- from fresh pumpkin: excellent only barely describes that masterpiece of cooking.)

Both the lady that took our order and the guy that made our coffee were incredibly rude. The coffee tasted like some kind of cheap coffee with very artificial flavor. The strudel was good but the attitude was unnecessary. Will never go back, too many other good options.

I picked up a delivery for a customer. The service was fast and courteous. The place is clean uncluttered and has a relaxing atmosphere. Ill definitely be back soon!

This is a quaint place. Authentic German food along with American food. My husband even got an Italian pastry. Masks are required until you sit down. Really enjoyed it.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. I went with my wife and 1 year old son and the staff brought over handmade toys for him to play with and paper for him to scribble on while we enjoyed our meal and coffee. The sandwich I had was amazing as well, the staff put their time into building it and it was worth it. One of if not the best sandwiches Ive ever had. Definitely going to go back

The coffee was okay, decently priced. Service slow. Took me about 45 minutes to get my coffee. Cute little place. I was honestly tempted to leave and just go grab coffee from McDonalds for convenience. The sandwiches looked good but I did not order one. They came with a small salad. Gross looking dressing though. And their paying lot was man packed!! That was 10 minutes of searching for a space because they share a space with 3 other businesses.Dont go during business hours if you ever parking but. go during business hours did speedy service. Catch 22.

My brother lives 1/4 mile on west ave from this place. he took me and my wife there yesterday for breakfast. The service was fast and friendly. The food and coffee were amazing. We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, two on bagels and 1 on a croissant. There stuff is all homemade and you can taste the quality. We took an apple crumb cake home to go and wish we pruchased two.We even tried to order in German and the kind associate gave us a discount for doing so :) Nothing bad to say about this gem of a place. Keep up the excellent service!!!

I discovered this Kaffee House when looking around for a place to get a decent cup of coffee. I will definitely be going back again soon. The coffee is excellent and the food is delicious. Best Coffee in Town. I dont usually review BUT, this place has it all. Spacious, relaxing, awesome food. Ive had the Turkey Sandwich and the Soups, except for the Sunday Soup. They have a DIFFERENT SOUP EVERY DAY and they are homemade :D. They even bake their own pastries and they are to die for.This is my new living room.

The menu board doesnt do the entrees justice. Turkey sandwich was a fantastic panini featuring cheddar, apple slices, pesto - all grilled. This is a fantastic little find!

I have coffee and a pastry here about four times per week. The coffee is very good and the apple streusel is perfect. The proprietor and staff are very kind and welcoming. I woud recommend this to anyone in the Saratoga area or just passing through.

Great sandwiches and pastries

Coffee is the best you can find even in that area of very good coffee. The pastries are all home made from scratch, as are the soups (every day another freshly made in the kitchen soup), the sandwiches are unique. Try the hole-in-one sandwich or Sabines sandwich, with home made chutney. Or the (what else) home made potato salad, or the veggie eggs (find ouit what that might be yourself...), or meat balls, or the gluten free cheese cake or the home made hazelnut spread -nothing than hazelnut, sugar and cocoa-. It is hard to find such a hnoest food. And you can find me there also almost every day... :)

This establishment (if that’s what you want to call it) SUCKSSSSS sending out molding coffee drinks asking for light and sweet when they give you a muddy looking watered down substance with weird looking thingys floating in a cup of coffee. DISGUSTING!!! Clean your appliances please. I worked in the food industry before and if you don’t clean your appliances properly you get moldy milk or burnt milk... and barrating your customers publicly on a PUBLIC review site doesn’t look good on your behalf..... you look guilty and lazy... but apparently not lazy enough to type back to genuine complaints and leaving fake reviews about how wonderful your beverages are.... I rather not get ecolii today.... or any day... please be kind.... you’ll catch more fly’s with honey oops I mean bees sorry got that mixed up Bc your establishment is DIRTY!!!

Their coffee is amazing, and you have got to try their turnovers! Service is always friendly and fast and the drive through is a real plus for busy mornings!

I have recently moved to the area and so far I have tried 3 different coffee places in Saratoga Springs. This place is by far the BEST!. Courteous staff and the service is always fast and friendly. I enjoy a hot mocha latte once in a while and to put it plainly theirs is the very best in the area. Hands down. The breakfast choices are obviously fresh and that is a pleasant surprise! it is not coming out of a microwave and then handed to you! And their prices are very reasonable. Its just a great experience. Go there and you will not be disappointed!!!
