A most Excellent family owned and renowned diner. The stall is friendly jovial and always attentive. Entrees are delicious, fun and unique, prepared to perfection by Master chefs Laura, Kim and Anne . Worth the wait if a line develops and you will NEVER leave unimpressed!
What an amazing find! Got a tip from a server from Apple Bees! Fabulous breakfast! Outstanding bread pudding, corn beef hash … very creative menu options .. will go back when I am in town again.. thank you for a great experience 😄
The Triangle Diner is a shiny gem of an eatery. It incorporates everything I love about diners. The decor, a sweet staff who knew many of the guests by name, the hustle and bustle of a quick turnover of smiling guests, the comforting smells which make it feel like home.Where they truly shine is the food. Inventive plates that are well executed and affordable. I ordered smoked Salmon with capers, asparagus, hollandaise, poached eggs and homefries. The meal also came with a perfectly grilled blueberry muffin (done in true diner fashion on the flat top with just the right amount of butter). The meal was absolutely incredible. The flavors complimented one another as well as the textures and the portion was perfect. It was hard to pick between all of the delectable delights on their menu. The choices were so tempting that my dining buddy ordered two meals (loaded hash brown skillet and country style eggs Benedict...which they raved about).I wish I lived closer to this wonderful, friendly and very efficiently run establishment. Id eat there multiple times a week. It was very clean and inviting. There were outdoor seating options and our wait was less than the originally estimated wait time. All staff wore masks and throughly sanitized tables and seats between guests.Highly recommend! The Triangle Diner was worth the wait!
Small place but fast turn around for tables. Food was good and a large portion and was very reasonable. Definitely going back when Im back in the area👍
Took my grandson to Triangle Diner prior to his leaving for college. He had a huge pancake with chocolate chips and blueberries he said it was delicious. I had an Irish Benedict, which is eggs benedict with corned beef hash instead of ham. It was the best Ive ever had and Ive had it in a lot of places. That being said be prepared for a long wait I got there at 10 a.m. and had to wait 20 minutes for a table. We ended up eating outside which was delightful. Terrific staff very helpful. Parking is a bear. Overall a terrific place.
Went here for the first time, and was not disappointed! Great food. Very filling. Generously portioned. Will definitely be coming back here.
One word sums it up....YUM! A favorite place of mine for well over 25 years!!! Great food, good prices and very good service - even with social distancing, we only had a 15 minute wait on Saturday morning. Pic is only one page of menu. (If you want a flavor explosion, try the Chorizo Hash 😉) Thank you to everyone at Triangle...keep up the great work! ❤
Very hearty breakfast. Ordered one of the Bennie dishes which was delicious... the biscuits make it! Staff is very concious about cleanliness.
This place was great. Plenty of food good prices great service. I will be back soon. Its well worth it.
Best Little Diner in Saratoga! The constant crowd alone will tell you that. Best food, service, prices, you name it. Just plan on waiting if you go mid-morning or lunchtime, but it is worth the wait! Suggestion: Open one in Clifton Park (where I live) and call it the polygon. 🤪🤣
Outstanding homemade corned beef hash! One of the best barometers of quality. Go and be delighted!
I’ve never had bad service or food! Sorry about not having any pictures I was so hungry!! The food is always amazing😊
Triangle is absolutely incredible, Ive been coming for years now and will continue to do so even though I have moved out of town. The food is absolutely amazing, great portion sizes, large selection. I always order off of their special menus because they are always so delicious. The staff is so friendly and always makes me feel very welcomed. My favorite diner hands down. I rave about this place to everyone I know Im surprised I havent written a public review yet. If you havent tried this place yet, DO!
Went there for breakfast and ordered a large (3) stack of pancakes. Well, I havent been there in a while and forgot that their pancakes are the size of a large dinner plate. Someone saw my dish and exclaimed, holy s*$#! My thoughts exactly! I got through a half of one very tasty pancake and crispy, just what I asked for, bacon. We live in Saratoga and will go back, after track season. The wait otherwise is way too long.
Best diner in the capital region. The menu is full of seasonal dishes and they always have the main menu. The decor needs updating however the old decor does give the diner character. We ordered from the seasonal menu and everything waa cooked to order and perfection. The coffee was rich bold and hot which is perfect for a fall morning. Must go diner!
I got a hamburger and a order of fries and a coke cost me $ 18.00 dollars and change although it was very good but also very small burger
Had breakfast and ordered French toast. Coffee was hot. French toast was great! Workers were friendly and ready to refill coffee and were there to help.
Great food! Try the sausage patties and the blueberry blintzes with lemon curd. The service is also top notch.
The food and service were both amazing. I especially loved the crabs benedict. We had to wait for 45 minutes but the wait was worth it!
I’m sorry to say I was disappointed on my meal. I ordered scrambled eggs, potatoes and toast. My eggs were warm and my potatoes were burnt. Needless to say I won’t be returning but I wanted to see what all the hype was about.
Hearty portions, lots of creative spins on comfort food classics and bargain prices.
Incredible food at great prices and the best service!
Delicious, plentiful and cheap (at least coming from the city!). Loved the food here, wanted to try everything!
Upon recommendations from a local we stopped here for breakfast and could not be happier. The portions were massive and absolutely delicious. If youre on a diet you might want to pass on this place because youll be blown away by other patrons dishes. Everything was masterfully crafted and was not full of local Saratogians which was a welcomed experience. No waiters wore suspenders nor had awkward mustaches, just a no nonsense breakfast diner.
Delicious breakfast. Reasonable prices. Large portions. Expect a wait.
Old style diner with great food, great service and great prices. Some of the best CB hash Ive ever had
Great food and portions for the price. Always super clean.
Perfect local diner experience. Changing daily menu with unique options. I had eggs and bacon over fried potato skins with a blue cheese sauce and hot sauce. Good coffee. Inexpensive. Love it.
Disappointed! Service was less than stellar at our recent experience. Food was acceptable, hot and as ordered. Service was horrible. Server was not attentive or visible, came once to drop off menus after sitting for period of time with no greeting. Another person came to take order and once food was delivered, were able to request refill on beverages, etc. Not impressed! Taking a break from here to patronize another breakfast eatery!
Food was absolutely delicious and well worth the wait. The portions are insane and thd food was well seasoned. The staff are super friendly and helpful. This will be our regular whenever we pass by Saratoga Springs.
A typical visit to this diner begins by putting your name down on the list with party size and then waiting in line (sometimes for upwards of 15 minutes). If youve never eaten here you may scoff at the line but let me assure you the wait just makes the food taste better. The staff is very friendly and there is counter space and booths so take your preference. Daily specials are posted on their board and the menu offers a sizable list of options. The Eggs Benedict and corned beef hash is some of the best my husband has ever had. The blueberry pancakes are amazing and have about 1/2 a cup of fresh blueberries in each. This place is a gem. My favorite diner of all those Ive eaten at over the years. Be sure to come hungry!!! 🍴😋*Prices are very reasonable*Kid/ family friendly*It is wheelchair accessible ( just a bit of a squeeze through entrance door)
Customer service was excellent food was great employees very helpful and nice lots of food 😋😀👌
First off, we’ve been here three times in one week since finding this diner! While it’s small, can get a bit warm, and you usually have to wait to be seated, Triangle Diner is 100% worth it.Everything is top notch from the service, to the food. The prices are extremely reasonable for the portion sizes.Every time I get the Irish Benedict breakfast. It’s amazing. The corned beef hash is homemade, not from a can! My son gets the pancake with strawberries, which after sneaking bites, is one of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. The husband gets a bagel breakfast sandwich with home fries. The home fries are nicely seasoned and crisp. You can’t go wrong with going here. Everything is delicious and so very worth the wait. We will be regulars until we move out of the area, for sure.
Not your typical diner. Their breakfast menu options are wonderfully unique and delightful taste sensations.
A very nice place to eat and the food was great with many choices
Horrible food..left ours on table..paid bill..30 bucks for breakfast.. so greasy we couldnt eat it.... Worst food I have had in a long time.. pretty hard to screw up breakfast
The best breakfast place ever. Always delicious!!!
Great food all the way around.I had the Irish Benedict. Great service as well.
Food was delicious, quick and friendly service. A must when in Saratoga!
Their Country Fried Chicken Benny is what I recommend.
Delicious! Worth the wait.Sometimes when we get there a little later for breakfast there is a short wait list,if earlier not so much of a wait.Lord knows they have outdoor seating set up recently to have larger section to enjoy this wonderful food and place!
First time ever eating here, service was very good and there was hardly a wait even though people were waiting outside. They have outside dining and still practice social.distancing
This is the best diner in the area, food is always on point! They have dine in and takeout and theyre both great!
The food was incredible! We ordered the southern fried chicken eggs Benedict (front) and the bacon ribs. Both were better than we could have hoped. Most memorable, and why Ill always recommend them: they were very busy with people coming and going, but the guy behind the register (presumably the owner) stopped what he was doing and came out from behind the counter/register to help an elderly gentleman put his coat on. That level of respect and consideration is rare and deserves recognition.
Hard to tell from this picture, but this is a double decker French toast, egg, bacon and sausage sandwich. What a fantastic concept! Apparently standard cheese on this is American. Anything but American cheese wouldve been way better, but Ill still give it 5 stars. Oh yeah, be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes, but Ill also echo what others have said about it being worth the wait.
Great food and service from a classic diner. Very reasonably priced.
Great food great price awesome service😎
Still some of the best breakfast you can get. Some really out of the box stuff but also great normal breakfast foods. The grilled muffins are soo tasty and my eggs are cooked just the way I like them (over easy) and my husbands were prefect too (over medium) the country Benedict looked amazing and it didnt stay on the plate long!
In this new normal it’s important to have a restaurant focus on safety and cleanliness along with having great food. This diner has both. From the new outdoor dining area to the partition between the booths and the deep clean between each seating I felt safe eating here. The menu is large and always huge portions. Service is fast, friendly, and personable. I recommend a reservation so that you don’t have to wait as this is a very popular spot in town.
This diner is awesome. The service was fast and wait staff was freindly. Cleaning was done after each customer left. Prices were very reasonable and you get plenty to eat portion wise. I would recommend anyone to check it out you wont be sorry you did.
Got almost harassed because I didn’t like their food. Still ended up paying for something I didnt eat.
Its a small place but its good! The corned beef is dope the homefrys is dope the portions were adequate and the prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly and attentive
Great breakfast bring your appetite. Big portions.
I would definitely go back. The pancakes are huge and delicious. Great service too!
Ive had nothing but amazing food here. Ive been coming for years and its always a treat.
On vacation and stopped in for breakfast. Very small inside for that hometown feelService was great
Great, big, breakfast!!! A typical diner experience but with enough food to sink a ship...and the food was SO GOOD!
The food is excellent. A perfect greesy spoon breakfast joint. Their specials menu was extensive and unique. I ordered a special-- sausage bacon egg and cheese between two pieces of French toast (pictured below) Hash browns were cooked perfectly.Only downside to this local gem is the wait. The diner is very small, maybe 10 tables and half a dozen bar stools. We waited about 30 minutes for a table, it was well worth the wait. If your in Saratoga, I wouldnt miss a breakfast at the triangle.
Worth the wait to be seated. The food here never disappoints. You just can get their menu items anywhere else. One of a kind.
Amazing breakfast! My daughters pancake was huge, my friend got the Southern fried chicken with poached eggs, my husband got the french toast club sandwich (also huge) it was so good! I cant believe we havent been here before. I am definitely coming back to try lunch and this is my new favorite breakfast place🥰
I was honestly amazed by this charming little diner
The crabcakes Benedict were delicious!
Very nice. Good food, friendly staff, reasonable price. No complaints
Since moving to the area I go here any chamce I get! The food always tastes real and homemade. I got the rueben this time. It was very good. It tasted like something I would make at home. Only downside was that the corned beef could have had a bit more corned beef seasoning. Other than that I have never had ANY problems. Coffee is always great too. They sell HUGE baked goods if youre ever still hungry ( unlikely since the portions are big enough for two meals 😊)
Food was good. Long wait. Super cramped. Batheroom was not clean and pipwer towel machine was brokw. When we finally got seated, the service and food were great.
Delicious food! Huge portions and great price. Staff very friendly. Would definitely go again.
Very good local breakfast and lunch spot. Rubens are delish.
This is hands down my favorite breakfast place in the area. Its not often you can find a diner that sells actual corned beef instead if canned hash, or reliably cook an over medium egg. Prices are reasonable, sizes are generous, and I havent found an item on their (expansive) menu that wasnt at least solid, if not wonderful.
The Triangle diner has wonderful service and the food is amazing!! If you want a meal that doesnt hurt you wallet this is the place to go.
Fast service and seating
Cozy, delicious and feels like home.
Generous portions, good prices
I live 30 miles away and I cant stay away! Actually upset that I know about this place! So addicting
Dont be fooled by the normal corner exterior... The food here is Amazing! Close your eyes, pick an item at random, and you will go home oh so happy.
Good variety of specials and options with wonderful service.
Called for a couple hours to get through because they are so busy for take out. Don’t get discouraged though because it’s so worth the wait and the staff are so friendly. Thanks for being open during this time! Best diner breakfast food I’ve ever had!
Great breafast menu and loved the cornbeef hash!!
