If a 0 star review was an option, that’s what this place would deserve. Went today to check out the store and see if they had any Pokémon cards. They did- but they were counterfeit. We bought two packs and noticed they looked odd. We opened one pack as soon as we walked out of the store. And just as predicted- the cards were absolutely ridiculous. We brought the cards from the one pack back to explain these are fake. The worker acted clueless and called the boss and they acted clueless as well. Not only is this extremely wrong- ITS ILLEGAL. It infringes on the copyright and this is a federal offense. We are reporting the store to Nintendo and other places. Do not support this business. We know we weren’t the only ones scammed for this as there were only four of these packs left in the box they had. I feel bad for any parent or child scammed by this business.

Went inside with my 2.5 year old. No one else in sight. Gentleman working there watching us like a hawk rudely the whole time. We were doing nothing wrong. My daughter was looking around like a child in a store that HAD KIDS TOYS would do. Then she proceeds to push a little toy cart and the gentleman said she can’t do that. We left and will never return.How about you don’t own a store with toys in it.Don’t support this place.

Came in with my boyfriend and our two children, 5 and 3. We told them to look for a toy and they started looking at the different selections. Old man approached my boyfriend and told him if the kids aren’t going to buy then don’t touch. I was beyond upset and told my child we couldn’t get anything leaving them upset as well. Very rude, why do you have a toy store if you don’t want kids to touch things??? Never going back!!!

The old man hovered around me and my fiancé and asked if he could help us with anything. We politely said no and looked around we then saw that they had incense. I smelled the lavender and I loved it. I was planning on buying it when the old man then again came over and said are you gonna buy anything or are you just smelling them. I replied maybe due to the fact that I don’t like to be pressured into buying anything. He then went to my fiancé and insulted her saying look you’re putting all of them in backwards. I then said honey let’s go. As the old man stood starting at us as we left the mall. That old man should be fired. There are plenty of other customers that have had the same experience and it’s no wonder why there’s no one ever in the store.

VERY VERY rude old man. Followed my fiancé and I around like we were going to steal or break something. We went in there trying to find a Christmas gift for our 5 year old niece. We stopped and looked at the incense selection and he came over and asked us if we were buying anything. If not then to put it back for someone else. We looked at each other and left. We both felt very disrespected and uncomfortable. We will NOT be returning to this establishment! Very unprofessional!!! Very RUDE!!! 0 out of 10. HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!

Fantastic selection of items and gifts. I always stop here whenever I am in the Saratoga Springs/Wilton area. Great place to shop . The prices are reasonable and the staff is always very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this store if you are in the Saratoga Springs/Wilton area. You wont be disappointed .

Great selection of toys. Unique vintage/antique sewing machines.

I went in with my best friend and my three year old daughter to let her pick out a toy. She was checking one out and an old guy that worked there walked over and asked us if we needed help. We told him we were looking for a toy. He stood there for a few minutes watching us while my daughter was looking at one toy in particular and then said “if you’re not going to buy it, then you need to put it back so someone else can buy it.” We weren’t even in the store for more than two minutes. Very rude. We were all very upset because of how we were treated by this employee. So instead of my daughter being able to get a new toy from this store we left. Even my three year old daughter felt uncomfortable.

I love this shop. They are the only place I can find any monster high or ever after high dolls that are the better quality ones. The team there are always friendly to talk to. I only go to Wilton mall for this shop.

Love this shop. Travel about 30 minutes just to go there. Come here every year for birthday gifts for friends and family and every year my boyfriend and I find things our loved ones never forget! Owner Tim could not be any nicer or more genuine and we hope that this shop is here to stay because there’s no other like it that has such a timeless personality! Strongly urge everyone to take a peek in here and spend some time looking through all of the sections. I swear the longer you look, the more unique things you will find. All the crazy reviews about this place could not be anymore untrue. Owner remembered us after probably about a year and we could have talked to him for hours. Go support this lovely family owned store please !!!

Walk in with the kids and the guy follows us around like we’re wearing orange jumpsuits and masks mind you my kids are very calm quiet and respectful, my daughter picked up a stuffed animal when prompted by myself to choose a toy for purchase and he flew towards us as if it was going to be stolen or ruined... it was a terrible experience and I will not be returning to this establishment

Such a cool neat awesome shop full of collectors items to every gift you could need for every occasion. The staff are great here to, always willing to help you out any second you need. Not to mention the great sword and knife collection they carry here is amazing. The man whom runs the shop can tell you every detail about them as well. Great staff with great product knowledge and a great place to shop.

Me and my friend went in there and the guy working accused my friend of giving him a look. The guy looked at my friend so my friend looked at him. The guy working there kicked us out for no reason. The first thing they said was No fooling around in the store. We werent even fooling around we just walked in. Didnt even say hello. Very disrespectful

To Daniel Green.That staight razor was in perfect shape and shaving when sold to you at a deal of half price, with a life time warranty. You then tried to return the blade after taking a stone to it and damaging the blade badly. Also if the blade was bent or defective it would have been covered under the warranty like we told you. You damaged that blade, do not blame the business for your error

I give this store 0 stars.They sold me a straight razor that they said was shave ready. However it was not. In fact the blade was bent. When I brought it back they would not refund my money for THE defective blade. I would not recommend buying anything from this father and son con artist crook team.
