There selections they used to have are smaller now. The staff wasnt very interactive even at the check out. More concerned with conversations with coworkers or with tasks at hand. I used to enjoy shopping there not so much anymore.

The place has always been packed when we visit and very likely over safe capacity for Covid guidelines but they seemingly do not have anyone monitoring the number of people in the store.

Our young cashier was very polite, quick and efficient!!

I love this store but yesterday I bought some things and then I realized that I was missing some things and they charged me but I did not have them, check my receipt and if I charge them but I did not put them in my bag. It had never happened to me before 🤷🏻‍♀️

Inventory was a little skimpy but the deals are always good.

They have a lot of inexpensive gifts for kids and stocking stuffers, it was uncomfortably crowded and didnt feel organized or safe. The cashiers were very loud, literally yelling unnecessarily, it startled us.

The staff were great. Theres a cleaning station for the carts bc of the world we live in and theyre always stocked with everything I want and the things I didnt know I wanted

The Five Below in Saratoga is ALWAYS clean and well-merchandised. It is easy to find what you came in for and even easier to find the things you totally didnt intend to buy ;) The products are unique and there is certainly something for everyone. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I commend the management for their commitment to a fast, clean and enjoyable shopping experience.

The employee at the register let their child register ring us up and charged us twice for a item that we bought cant send photo cause this came a day late

What a store. Was buying for a family we adopted for Christmas. Lots to choose from.

Five below is a great novelty store. Nice atmosphere, friendly people. Sexy things to puzzles. Games, toys, cards, party supplies and much more. Just a fun place. Great for a quick stop for gifts.

This is a fantastic store with a great variety of items. Everything is priced fairly and they have a great candy selection.

Much like a dollar store, most of the time you get what you pay for. Lower cost = lower quality. However, there are a few gems to be found here. They have a super fun graphic tee section, a variety of craft projects and supplies for kids, and a HUGE novelty candy section. Fun place to grab stocking stuffers or Easter basket fillers.

Dirty very dirty store floors and shelves were dirty and their were alot of empty slots and nothing front faced and very little to any care for customer service

Love this store. I take my grandson as a special treat when he sleeps over. We usually pick out games to play and leave at my place for next time, but he always winds up bringing everything home. Great place for stocking stuffers and back to school supplies.

Everything is $5 or less. Many items are very well-priced, others not. But its a nice spot to go for party supplies, phone accessories, form decor, cute t-shirts, make-up, small gift items, some toys and exercise equipment. Oh and Japanese candy/soda too.

Great for kids gifts, but please keep in mind that there is a reason these items are inexpensive.The store is generally pretty disorganized, specifically in the toy aisle. The staff seems indifferent and several times, weve been at the counter checking out while they have personal (and sometimes inappropriate) conversations with each other.Again, great if you need an inexpensive last minute gift. Dont expect a great shopping experience.

They have things that are cheaper. But sometimes not worth what you pay for.

It was a fairly quick visit to this store. I found that when I went it was right before Easter so a lot of the merchandise was Easter related and I saw less in the beauty area. O think that they needed the space for the Easter stuff that is the only reason I gave them four stars.. overall you always find about the same things in this store. I do like that there are some candies found here that are hard to find locally

A lot of cool merchandise for cheap! The Saratoga store is always neat and clean. A lot of excellent makeup and hair and nail accessories. Not to mention their awesome selection of chargers, cords, and phone cases.

Phone chargers and cases. This is the place. USB and all kinds of electronics at 5 bucks. Plenty of kids stuff too. Bargains galore.

The store had a wide variety of useful items and I was able to locate the type of satin finish tumbler that I have been looking for. The store was near and organized and the workers were friendly too.

Great shop. Ive never been to one before, but we will be getting one in my down soon. Stopped by to get some trinkets and things for our 16 hour road trip home. Found lotsof goodies to keep my little ones entertained. Store was tidy and staff was friendly.

Great place to find some decent deals, especially on toys and other items. Some items are the same price as other stores and some might be a little more, but typically the deals are cheaper. Even found great Disney doll sets for only five dollars.

And get pretty busy during rush hour in here. the shelves are usually stock doubt the people are pretty nice who work there some of the items are deals some of the items are rip-offs. One time when I was here I saw a worker flip out on a woman who had soda spilled on his shoe and demanded this or buy her a new pair of sneakers the workers started yelling at her and told her she was ridiculous it was pretty funny.

There are a lot of items for anybody and there is a lot of candy to pick from while youre waiting in a long line to check out. It is a great place to buy gifts and the prices are good for good items.

My two under 10 years old girls love this place. It is an impulse buyers trap! They have yoga mats and tools, fitness tools, decorative baskets, lamps. They also have a ton of stuff for kids to ask for. Even whoopy cushions.
