Jacobsens repaired an old 11x17 oriental rug that we inherited from my grandmother. It was in pretty rough shape when we got it. Over the years, someone (not my grandparents!) had cut 2 holes in it to go around radiator pipes. In addition, one other side was pretty torn up, in a much more irregular way. Jacobsens re-handwove it, cleaned it, and had it appraised for us. When we got it back we could not even tell where the damage had been. It looks amazing! Thank you, Jacobsen Rugs!

After talking to Frank, sending him photos, and describing what I wanted, he was able to select the perfect rug for us. Its an antique Sarouk, just beautiful. The rug required some restoration, which was expertly done by Jacobsen. When we received it, our rug had been perfectly packaged so there were no creases or folds in the rug. The pad fits perfectly. Jacobsen Rugs has so many hand woven rugs to choose from and the staff was well educated and knew what I wanted immediately. I also had my rugs cleaned and repaired where the fringe was coming off. Very impressed and prices were in my budget....love my new rugs!
