Good Place to find parts for your car from Windshield wipers to spark plugs. You can buy rims. Matts for the floors, ice scrapers to all sorts of other parts you may need. There are all kinds of accessories you can get for your car. The staff is always been good at helping out. I even had a couple of them put my windshield wipers on my car for me.Thank you so much

I love cars but I cant stand what has become of auto parts stores. Every time I go to one its disappointing. They NEVER have what I need and the employees know very little to nothing . You give them all of your vehicle information and they then turn the computer and say which one?. I asked a manager if he knew any garage or mechanic that can turn or cut my drums and rotors and his response was why would you wanna cut your drums or rotors. And then was told you do know if you put them on the car they will turn fine. I was dieing laughing. I explained what it was and he said he has never heard of such a service. Tried to get brake shoes and kept getting the wrong ones and when I went to complain his response was well you can easily pick the ones you want and my response was thats your job to give me the correct ones for my vehicle. If its going to be a crapshoot I might as well order them on line and pay way less for taking the same risk.

Worst store... Supposed to apply coupon... Manager is horrible and I willing to help! Avoid this store as they know nothing about customer service. Today is 9/2 at 6:15 PM .. shame on this managerQuick update... AutoZone reached out... Gave the usual we want to make it right and it has been a couple if weeks and no response to my email reply. Cant say I am surprised. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I was a manager at AutoZone for many years as far back when it was called adap American discount Auto parts thats when auto parts stores sold Auto parts now they sell Doritos and Hershey bars you walk into AutoZone and they want to charge you literally $29.99 for a windshield wiper you can go to Job lots or Walmart and get the same exact wiper for $5 sorry but I have an issue with that

Excellent customer care by Sebastian (if I remember his name correctly :)). We went to buy wiper blades and we were a bit lost :) but he helped us not only finding the right ones but he also installed them for us. Thank you!

It wasnt very crowded we went in and two different sales people tried to help us right away which was nice it was a good experience at the AutoZone store in Saugus

Amazing service and kind staff. Had a flat tire in the parking lot by chance and went in looking for some help to get me to the next available shop. Guy named Justin came out and filled my tire with another staff members personal air compressor in 6 degree weather. So grateful for their help.

Went to Savers next door. Picked up a couple inexpensive items. A man behind me bought a metal mailbox for $7 which would have went for $25 easy at Lowes or Home Depot.

I really was so happy and surprised by the way I was treated from Joseph.He is a great guy who knows and understands customer service.Thank you very much Joseph, I will be back there

Sergio was great. I had to have AAA give me a jump start this morning and assumed it was my battery giving me troubles. Sergio was quick to assist me when I came in; he didnt even hesitate for the pouring rain! 5 minutes later he could tell me it wasnt my battery or alternator at fault. My search continues, but Im glad that Sergio was honest and didnt try to sell me something I dont need.

Service people very nice you ask a question the answer for you are you look it up in the book with no problem I recommend AutoZone the manager is a very nice gentleman and thank you for helping me!!

Went to go pick up an online order and was told they couldnt help me because only the manager has access. I had to buy the product, again, and call customer service to get the refund, which will take 7-10 days.

This store used to be the best in the area. Knowledgeable people. Friendly staff. It has made a complete 180°!! Recently I called looking for an item that another store told me that Saugus had in stock. I had a 15 minute phone experience where I talked to 4 different people who had no clue what I was talking about. I then asked to speak to the manager. I got the commercial manager. He informed me that they are not professionals. They dont claim to be professionals. And Im going to get the same experience at any parts store!! They should put this place in an AutoZone commercial!!!

I get what I need and get help when I cant find it. If they dont have it or cant get it, ask if the know anywhere, or I call somewhere else.Not sure what people complain about... People not holding their hands and acting like long list friends?

I walked into autozone to get an airfreshner and a few parts for my vehicle and heard Jason Bowers the manager talking to one of his employees like a child. The tone an attitude was unacceptable! I had to walk over to the employee Jason was treating like a slave and talking too like a child! So, i went over to see if the employee was ok. He was embarrassed and apologized to me for Jasons Bowers disrespect and lack of training. I am deeply disgusted in the manager Jason Bowers and felt bad for the employee. I decided not to buy anything from autozone because of the way they treat their employees.This has not been the first time he has disrespected an employee when ive been there.Every time i get to know the people and get comfortable with them i hear that they quit because of Jason. The turnover rate of employees is unacceptableThe manager Jason Bowers needs extensive training.By by Autozone hear i come Napa!!!!

Didnt help me when i walked in. almost like the staff was ignoring me. had to yell for a person to finally help me in the back, had to buy cheap aftermarket stuff cus thats all they had, poor quality.

The absolute worse customer service I have ever seen. I will travel twice as far to Napa to avoid the two jokers working here. Do not go there on a Sunday!
