The mechanics do not really want to do a bad job they just don’t know how to fix a car! I went there for maintenance and my car just won’t pick up after I left it with them for a couple of days. Also, they tightened my brakes so much that I couldn’t brake on the highway and almost crashed into another car. I spent $1010 and my car is worse than it was before I took it there. Also, my brake fluid cap is lost! No diligence at all! Save yourself some money! Stay away from the place!

Let me just say that Saugus Auto Repair Inc is absolutely the best auto shop out there! Knowledgeable on all types of vehicles. They are reasonably priced, stand behind their work 100%, and they get the work done on time and fast. Great service! I’ve recommended them to my family and friends who need car repairs.

My car was totaled in an accident and was in need of a used car desperately, but had a limited budget for a car that was in good condition and reliable. Zuzu was very helpful and considerate with no pressure. I absolutely love my new Jeep Liberty. Great, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous service. They really go above and beyond at helping their customers. I find they do a superb job at whatever job they do, big or small, whether its helping you find a car or fixing repairs, to oil change. Cant say enough good things about Zuzu and Saugus Auto Repair Inc. I would recommend them to anyone who needs auto repair services.

I been bringing both my vehicles to saugus auto repair for awhile now for any work that needs to be done. .I find them to be very friendly and reasonable in repair cost. Never had any issues . I been to many repair shops around and not many come close to price and honesty. they never try to add extra repairs that dont need to be done . A+ AS far as Im concerned!

Purchased a 1999 toyota camry here a few months ago. It caught on fire on the highway while i was driving it!The week pirior i brought it to toyota to get looked at as it was over heating. Jeff, the man at this shop who sold me the car and worked on it said that he replaced the thermostat. Which a bad thermostat can cause a car to over-heat and develop rod knock.Toyota stated that the thermostat looked to be the stock one, upon telling jeff this i was yelled at and told that he replaced it.Fast forward a week the car begins to over heat on the highway, followed by a BA-BAM and then queue flames.this mechanic shop not only sells horrible cars BUT THEY DONT DO THE WORK THEY CLAIM TO DO!DO NOT GO HERETHIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU IN LABOR RATES,SHORT CUTS, AND EVEN NOT CONDUCTING THE WORK THEY PROMISED.was continually yelled at and called dumb bu jeff after demanding answers on why he didnt replace the thermostat. And told it was not his problem, along with an onslaught of obscenities. Never in my life have i been more ripped off and treated so poorly. The pure lack of human empathy is disgraceful.I hope this at least sways one person from making a mistake like me.
