This is a very delayed rating, possibly by a year, but I wanted to be sure to give credit to the great sales guys! I went two seperate times so had the opportunity to be helped by both Howard and Henry. They were both really helpful and had a refreshingly relaxed approach- no pressure was given at all, and when my boyfriend and I were ready with questions they were quite knowledgeable and worked with our (fairly different) needs extremely well. Both very friendly, honest, took their time to help us and we never felt rushed. Thanks to both of you!

We had no idea what we were looking for but we had a budget and Kat asked good questions like if were side sleepers let us test try different brands and feels and helped us find the perfect fit that’s within my price range!! Super helpful best service provided

We came into Mattress Firm on 07Sep21 with the hopes that I would not being sleeping on an air mattress in my new apartments since there is a cushion shortage. Thankfully, we encountered Todd, who is an absolute pleasure and I bought my perfect mattress! Mattress shopping can be a personal thing and to try different beds in public comfortably, is difficult for myself and I’m sure others. But Todd made me feel comfortable and took his time explaining different types of sleepers and did a sleep assessment on me to find the right fit. I would definitely tell anyone who is looking for a mattress go to Todd! He’s knowledgeable, friendly and cares about his customers. We went to the Saugus site, but I guess he works in multiples locations where help is needed so if he’s not at the Saugus one ask for him!

I had a very pleasant visit and experience at the Saugus store. This company has geat products, great Customer care team who are very knowledgeable about various product features. They really take the time to explain all product features, price ranges, alternative choices name it...When I first walked in I was not sure I would end up buying anything but I walked out with sales receipt...lol, and am thinking about going back.

Salesman introduced himself (I forgot his name). He was very professional and knowledgeable and kind. He was not your typical pushy over the shoulder salesman. He allows you space to look around. The cost of mattress is costly but Im happy with it.

When I arrived at mattress firm I appreciated the measures the store was making to provide safety for customers and the business during this pandemic. When it was my turn I was met by Howard Schmidt. Mr.Schmidt was very welcoming and friendly. He was professional with the businesses and Knowledgeable about the mattresses. When I walked in there I didn’t really know what I was looking for but Howard made it easier to find exactly what I needed. He gave me some great advise and finally let me make the decision. I did not feel any pressure, and when the total came out it was a price I was comfortable with and the financing was a good option. Very impressed with this Mattress Firm store. The employees are kind and helpful, and will offer you great products at even better prices with none of that typical mattress salesman pressure. Also the location could not be more convenient; while the address is on Walnut Street the store can very easily be accessed from Route One as the parking lot has a driveway on each side!

The service at the Route 1 location is TOP NOTCH! Kat was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! She really made it easy to help change out a mattress I was not sleeping well on! I work in sales at a furniture store so I am usually very critical of bad salesmanship/pushy salespeople! Kat was the total opposite of pushy! She offered great suggestions that really accommodated my picky sleeping tendencies without any kind of pressure. She took care of my exchange and made the process painless and stress free! I’m even getting my new mattress in only a few days as opposed to the never ending wait of backordered items that the furniture and retail stores are experiencing due to Covid! Ms Mullgrave was an exceptional sales person.She made every effort to accommodate me when original mattresses that I ordered were not available. She gave me the option to replace them with a different set. Long story short, wasn’t pleased with the substitutes and the new delivery will take place soon.
