Auto House USA has been on RT1 North for as long as I can recall. Years and years. So for a start, they have longevity.I have been looking for a Jeep Sahara for about a year now. If you dont shop Jeeps something to know is they hold their value, so an older Jeep is expensive in comparison of other cars in the same years and mileage range.I was getting close on my searches and I had actually looked at a Sahara the day before with similar specs that I was seriously thinking of buying.I checked the sources for used cars one more time before I called the guys with the White Sahara, I did not like the color and that is why I was skill looking. Auto House had a Black Sahara available with the same specs as the White one and the price was more compatible with what I wanted to pay.So I looked these guys up and started talking with them.I wanted to take the Jeep to my mechanic and they said, sure. If your mechanic finds anything wrong we will fix it.The fact is, my mechanic found nothing wrong. I did try to negotiate on this Jeep but these guys drove a hard bargain and they held hard on the price, there are a couple of reasons for this that I will not go into but I will say it was fair of them to push back.They were easy to work with. Once I decided to buy the Jeep everything was very smooth from there. They did all the paper work, they did the registry run, and all I had to do was show up and pay.Since then it has been smooth sailing and no issues with the Jeep.good experience all around and I would buy another car from Auto House USA.

Auto House Saugus made everything so easy for us when buying our used Mercedes. We wanted our own mechanic to check it out, Auto House drove it to him a few days later. The rear tires needed to be replaced and an alignment needed to be done. Auto House took care of it. Auto House did also take care of all the paperwork {insurance, registration}. The car was cleaned from the in- and outside, the inside was entirely sanitized. We only can recommend this company, they are very courteous and take their customers seriously.

First, Ali and Jason were great to work with in finalizing my purchase! However, it was the after purchase care the was amazing! As with any previously owned vehicles something are not apparent until the vehicle is driven for a little while, and Ali did mention I would be able to bring it back to have any issues looked at and fixed. Sure enough, somethings did come up. I texted Ali and he told me no worries bring the car back. I brought the car back to the dealership, had all items fixed and it was returned to me within two days. Great people to work with, highly recommend!

All I can say is “BUYER BEWARE”. After spending 23000 took it out realized the car was in bad shape- under carriage rotted, the suspension bad, brakes were bad, oil never changed. I took the car to another dealer while driving on highway the right side driver panel fell off on highway, observed that it had been taped together. BUYER BEWARE of this used car lot and salespeople.

Where do I start? Shopping for a used car in todays market is pretty tough, we are a BMW X5 family and was looking to trade our X5 in for a newer one. There are some miner stuff my visor hook is broken but that’s an easy fix plus it’s a used car so no surprises there. I applied for financing online, I texted with a representative of Auto House USA and worked out the numbers, and then I went and picked up the car. No need to sit at the dealership for 6 and a half hours waiting for something to happen. Furthermore, they managed to get me a great APR and met my terms. I wish every dealership could work out financing over text like Auto House! This place will take care of you unlike larger dealers, and it makes me feel good to support a family owned business.
