I live in Northeast PA and found the car I wanted at Saugus Auto Mall online, and after having an inspection done, went and picked up the car. Ali was very helpful and polite. When I arrived he had the car washed and filled with gas for me. I looked around the lot and it seemed like the rest of the cars they had they were in very good condition. This is definitely not one of those beater used auto lots, all the cars seem to be cared for and well maintained by both previous owners and the Saugus Auto Mall staff. I was worried that the car was not going to be in the condition that Ali had assured me it was, but I can confirm that he was telling the truth about the condition of the car and can vouch for his trustworthiness. Highly Recommend.

I bought my car from Ali about a month ago. His pricing was very competitive and his customer service was great. They were able to work with me on my trade in and getting me a great rate on an auto loan. When I arrived to get my car it was a nice bonus to have him direct me to a place to get it inspected and he even paid for it, but there were a few issues. The car was on empty for gas, the stickers were removed, but the residue was still on the windows, and the back headrests were in the incorrect positions. These are small things, but were were annoying to have to take my own time to fix. Overall, good experience and I would use again if they had a car Im interested in.

I purchased a BMW 328I that was as close to mint as you can get. Ali and the sales staff were very professional, and it was like dealing with a family member rather then the usual hard sell sales people. Nice selection. Friendly staff. Fair pricing, not great. . Questionable service. Requested tire rotation which didnt happen. Oil level was overfilled. Rear brakes have a knock that needs to be addressed. Overall experience was just ok. Theres room for improvement.Update 4/10/19 - Dealership contacted me and appolgized for the service issues. They have since gone above and beyond my expectations. They addressed the above issues plus changed out the crankshaft breather assembly. Have some rattling when going over bumps. Contacted them and they said to bring it in and they will take care of it. Very pleased. Will update again once everything is complete.

My purchase experience was seamless, particularly impressive given that I was under some time constraints to have the transaction completed under a tight time line. When I picked up my new (to me) vehicle, it was as immaculate as if I had just driven a new car off of the show room floor. It was a refreshing pleasure to interact with such. kind, attentive team, each member clearly viewing the vehicles that leave their dealership and the consumers who purchase them as their best mode of advertising.
