I went shopping here Thursday night. My wife normally does the shopping for the kids sneakers. I had no idea what size my daughter would fit into but thankfully there was a young lady there to help me. She took her time to help me find the right sneaker and made sure they fit my daughter perfectly. She was very friendly and patient. It helped to know that she also had a daughter and she knew what she was doing. Thank god she was there to help out. Will definitely come back and ask for her help again.Great customer service.

Parking is great. I’m really a fan of all the champion stuff they have here. Such a huge selection. Staff are nice.

My favorite Eblens.This is a little larger than some of their other stores, and I like this one particularly because the staff is usually friendly and very helpful.Because they are in a mall, it is harder to get a limited release here (but I have gotten some on occasion)

A good place to get sneakers and athletic gear .

I went there on Friday night. Customer service was completely awful. To start off there was no greeting when individuals walked in. All staff was at the register of the store not helping anyone throughout the store. When asking for help everyone looked right through me as though I wasn’t standing there. Giovanni was the only worker who was helping at least three people at a time trying to pick up the slack of his fellow coworkers. When I completed my shopping there was a new worker at the front ringing out the person in front of me. The manager walks over making remarks regarding how big my purchase was. She was complaining about how she didn’t want to ring me out because I was buying so much stuff. So she threw me off to the new kid, and then barely helped him out when he needed her to. I spent over $800!! That’s no exaggeration. I don’t know what her problem was, but if someone is shopping at your store and giving you respect I don’t see why she didn’t want to do her job. If that’s the case she should not be working there, and she definitely should NOT be a manager there either. When I got home I had to check the receipt to see that she didn’t help Jaydon out. Things had been rung up wrong and he repeatedly had to ask her for help and all she did was roll her eyes and make rude comments. I had to go back two days later where the other manager Kianna did a wonderful job of helping me out to correct my purchases. So thank you to those who actually helped which was Giovanni, jaydon, and Kianna.

Horrible store! I wanted to purchase a pair of sneakers and I waited around for help to get my size & there were no employees helping the customers! Two guys next to me said they been waiting over 20 mins for help do I walked out without buying anything!!! I will bring my business somewhere else!

Worst customer service everytime I go in there they are rude and do not offer any assistant these employees do not want to work there. I suggest you find anotherjob if retail isnt for you!!! Will never return again.
