I love forever 21 but the one in square one mall sucks. It has nothing in it. The north shore mall has everything beautiful in it.

A little all over the place. Forever 21 isnt exactly known for being organized and this one is a good example of that.

Smaller example of the store, reasonable prices on clearance, staff was okay, about as good as you can expect from the tween crowd.

I really liked their displays and the woman who helped me at the dressing room was extremely kind. I only wish there was more of what I wanted, better organization, and better help from the cashier.

The cashier finished ringing up customer and left me standing with my items knowing that I was on line. She proceeded to tend to other tasks.If she was so busy she could have referred me to the other cashier in the opposite end but she was busy with other customers and line was forming.I left the clothes...I wasnt that desperate and decided to give my money to another store where they did provide exeptional service.Shameful

Honestly, Im a little too old for this store but I love some of their clothes and Im a little sad they filed for bankruptcy
