Staples stores are not the cheapest option. But they do sell quality merchandise and they do offer good customer service. I am here when I want to see what I buy, if not I will order online.

Theres always a great selection at staples. But prices are usually higher than regular stores. Today I saw a laptop and I had just a couple of questions but the only guy that was on spent over FORTY MINUTES helping this able-bodied man pick out, buy, AND bring a computer to his car twice. He KNEW WE WERE WAITING AND HE TOOK HIS TIME. When he came back in we had to go find him!!! REALLY, FOOL ?? Dont like women do you?

I automatically think of staples and go to staples for any school related items. I needed notebooks and a few other things today, the store was neat and clean well organized. Nearly every aisle I went down today, there were staples staff nearby and ready to help with any questions I had, or lead me in the direction of my desired product. The only complaint I would have is that i feel the prices are a bit high.

Brianna was great and answered all my questions . She even went above and beyond to give me an item of a different brand at a better price . Dont see people who do great stuff like this anymore . Good job staples .I will be back now for all my needs. Great service, clean store, and excellent selection.

Great store at a perfect location. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Their print and marketing services are the best. Very quick service. They also have UPS shipping here. Convenient location right off the highway. They also have a meeting room that can be booked by companies for work meetings. Their services are the best and their products are of best quality. They have any type of office product you are looking for.

Went to have 3 drawing printed outStaff took a 20 minute phone call in the middle of helping me. Then said their “express” service was 30%more and would take 45 minutes because now their was a line of people they needed to help will not return for their print service

Stock was low, employees too busy talking amongst themselves (non-work related at that) to pay attention to their customers. Store was super clean & the prices were fair. Deserving then the 3 stars I rate them at.

In Saugus, Mass. most of the employees are very helpful. Another person and I go there at least 2-3 times a month and there is a gentleman that worked on Sundays, that goes out of his way to help until your fax, copies, etc are done. The store is clean, they usually have what they sell in stock and they have all the accessories you need when doing a project, copying etc for self service!

They were great over there they help you with whatever you might need I always have a great experience at Staples I was having a problem to try to print something true my phone and one of the girls at the counter in the printing Department took out her whole time and helped she was glad to help me

Dorothy, from the Copy & Print Center is amazing! She helped us navigate the website over the phone so we could place our order. They were our wedding invitations so I was being very picky. The turn around time was so quick and the final product looked better than I could have imagined! Thank you!!

Its fine. Im not generally a fan of big box stores, and this one is typical. Too big, too confusing to navigate, but I must admit they have adequate choices for most of the supplies we need. Good choices in binders, fair for pens and pencils, lots of choice in paper clips, sticky notes, and fasteners. Surprisingly decent art supplies, so I didnt have to also go to Michaels.

Very good store if you need some office supplies after going to the book store next door you can find lots of back to school supplies, their PC selection is not the best but it will do, they have a huge printer selection their ink and toner prices are competitive. with other place but Staples will most likely have yours in stock. plenty of parking very helpful staff.

Domenic has to be the best employee there!! Hes spent almost an hour with me to help me find the perfect laptop and accessories that I needed he answered all of my questions truthfully and really knew what he was talking about if youre in the market for a laptop I highly suggest speaking with him

Staples in Saugus on rte. 1 has always had great customer service. The staff in the Copy Center are always very patient and helpful.

I went there to copy papers. You should get everything out before you start, or it makes you put your card back in. I had to put mine in 4 different times. But the girl behind the counter was very nice and gave me a refund for the copies I myself did wrong.

The workers are very polite and helpful. Nice store to browse around. They have everything you need.

Always go here to ship via UPS, and Nicole at their service desk is there almost every time, she is so helpful and friendly. Everytime I go in she is multitasking, taking customers while training new employees and her energy never degresses. She is always patient and goes above and beyond with offering service. She deserves recognition for sure.

I liked the store until I use the bathroom. Was disgusting with yellow urine stains in the toilette bow and floor. The floor was very dirty and the sink was with black stains. I talked with the assistant manager and he said the bathroom was like that because the customers were disgusting people. Well if I am disgusting is better I do my business in other place. Thanks for nothing Staples. Shame on you !!!

Laptop had a virus that wasnt going away. We took it to Somerville store, they sent us to Saugus MA where they knew exactly how to help,us. This rating is for the Somerville store only.

I had to visit this store to address an issue with my staples shredder. When I arrived at the store Chris, Technical supervisor was busy chit chatting with a lady. I was offered help after five minutes. Chris looked at shredder and instantly told me, there is no paper jam, shredder motor is burnt. I was trying to explain him that it was almost new and never was overused but he had no time to hear and kept saying it’s burnt (probably upset about me, interrupting his conversation with this lady). Finally I was asked to buy a new one or call staples for replacement. Assuming motor is burnt, I tried to open the shredder and found a jammed paper. Upon cleaning jammed paper shredder started working. If they can’t help that’s fine but giving wrong information to customer is the worst thing to do.
