Decent selection. Kays credit card was a nightmare for me. Had to dispute negative items off credit report. Took 1.5 years to remove. I paid them with a deal to remove from credit report and then tried to go back and say they never agreed...i won in end...now they want to give another credit card...maybe my 760 credit score...scram
I went in on 8/11 initially just to see what they had. I also needed to get my daughter a new pair of earrings just because. We werenโt immediately greeted but a young gentleman smiled at us. I walked up to a woman named Danielle who seemed to be doing some work behind the register. She asked how she could help and I told her what I needed. She brought me over to a display case of beautiful diamond earrings. Since they were for my three year old I didnโt want to spend too much so she pulled a few options and I went with a pair that was just to die for! I also asked her what she had for me because I have mostly rose gold and white gold jewelry. She showed me the most beautiful pair of diamond earrings from the Neil Lane collection and there I was $2000 later with two pairs of earrings all because Danielle is amazing at what she does! She is extremely knowledgeable and pretty persuasive. I will be doing more of my shopping at this location and specifically with Danielle!

Went in to Kays Saugus 2-16-19 to look for wedding bands and was serviced by Stefanie. Stefanie went above and beyond to find me a ring that I loved in my price point. Feeling overwhelmed in the beginning but Stefanie was able help me narrow down my selection. Very professional, patient and accommodatingI highly recommend seeing Stefanie(the Manager) to help you locate your perfect gift.
The personal in this store (Kay Saugus) is so unprofessional. Especially one of the ladies who works there. She just sits there and do nothing pretending that you are not there like she is going to get kill for doing her job! I recommend going to another stores where people is more friendly and willing to help.

I know life moves on BUT I hope as long as Iโm buying from Kayโs that they are employed at Kayโs - donโt leave just move up the ladder. I am so happy to hear that Kays decided to change the management at this location. My now fiancee bought my ring for me in April and in May I went to get it resized. They sized me incorrectly so I had to immediately give it back to them to have them send it out AGAIN to be resized. It has been 6 months and a diamond on the band fell out. The diamond that was purchased was a Leo which are expensive and great quality. I went to a different location and they told me I need to go back to Saugus to show them what happened. When I went to Saugus they told me to just talk to the new store manager. I called the next day and spoke to Stefanie the new store manager. Stefanie was unbelievable, she was the most helpful and caring associate I have worked with when it came to customer service. She explained to what they SHOULD HAVE done in May when I brought it in. She told me that she called the corporate offices to inform them what happened. Stefanie was a life saver and if it wasnt for her I would not do business with them again. Thank you Stefanie and to Kays for realizing that the store needed help!
I wouldve given negative star if I could. Not for the employee but for manager. Totally unprofessional and wouldnt honor the sales until I had to go online in Facebook and Twitter to get response from the their headquarter. They had to step in to make sure this store/manager would honor the deal that was offered.
Although I did not purchase today a very knowledgeable professional named Meagan told me about a Dana Augustine Diamond Show and I cant wait to build my wifes dream ring! Thanks Meagan!
The shop is ok, but since I sent my ring out to be resized, Ive had to send it back out 2 more times because their repair shop messed it up twice. Im annoyed, frustrated & just really upset. Their repair shop kind of sucks & doesnt seem to finish the job or do it properly. I will most likely not be making any more future purchases at Kays. ๐

Store never opens at 10 when suppose to its 1015 and still not open this kays is horrible
