Love the selections. Store is small and limited but there are many more items online that you can order and pick up in store..

The jeweler they have is terrible, they don’t fix the ring well and it takes forever for them to fix it because we had to send the ring again and again due to the poor work by the jeweler.

My fiance and I went to the Square One Mall to look for wedding bands for our January wedding. A nice lady was helping us and a gentleman was observing who kept interrupting and talking about how he was going to buy the rose gold one for his wife (which was fine). The lady was checking the price on the register screen and my fiance could smell a strong odor of maybe body odor. The lady continued to show us a few more and the guy was watching close by. His mask was below his nose and that made us uncomfortable as well. We decided to leave because we couldnt stand the smell any longer. We thanked the lady and told her we would be back another time. The other women working were using sanitizer and wearing their masks appropriately and seemed to keep on top of keeping things clean.I feel like I needed to write a review so someone at Zales knows of our uncomfortable visit. Thank you!

Today I just bought diamond wedding band at zales square one mall Im very happy and satisfied their service Im fan of zales store this is a second diamond ring from them

They dont have a good collection, but everything else was Okay.Prices were reduced when I went so couldnt rate on that.
