My husband went to this location to activate his new phone and transfer contacts. His phone was activated then he was sent to another location because the employee did not know how to transfer the numbers. The other location did not help him either. I get it that his old phone was so obsolete that he had to transfer the numbers by hand. I am angry that he came home feeling frustrated and ignorant because he did not even know how to answer this phone. Please realize that new is hard for the elderly and a little compassion would have gone a long way. It would have been nice if the employee would have walked him through the new phone and showed him how to transfer the numbers.

Roman is absolutely amazing. I have had to go into the store a few times over the last couple of months and each time he is so patient and explains everything to me. I will be sending all of my friends and family to this location to work with Roman from this day forward. Five Star Service!!!

Brian was phenomenal! I went to the Burnsville store earlier and was immediately put off by how pushy and salesy the rep who was helping me was. The Burnsville rep also came across as inexperienced in his knowledge of phones and brands I was seeking help on. Brian was the extreme opposite and helped answer all my questions quickly and with great customer service. Hes an asset and helped me upgrade my plan, add a new line, and help me purchase a bunch of accessories. Thanks Brian!

I’ve worked with Roman at the Apple valley location before. When I called the av store and found out that he had been promoted to the store in Savage I was happily irritated that I would have to drive farther to see him because he’s worth the drive. Exceptional customer service and an enjoyable AT&T experience all around. Will either save you money, get you the best deal, or give you way more for what you’re already paying. Hands down the best AT&T rep to work with

Elizabeth won me over after listening to her the first time I seen her I left for the proposal check many other options that didn’t work out for me I came back to Elizabeth she fixed me up with two new phones she’s very easy to work with and helpful since I’ve had cell phones I’ve never met anyone else like her .

Roman is a wireless wizard! After ordering a new phone and second line online, the estimate for my new monthly bill tripled in cost. I immediately had buyers remorse and didnt feel much better after calling national customer service. Fortunately the Savage store was open and Roman had a great account consolidation proposal, ultimately saving us $100 a month (plus HBO!) He efficiently helped orchestrate account changes, phone activation and setup, insurance and helped select the right new phone accessories. Hands down the best customer service Ive had with AT&T in the 10 years Ive been a customer. Even though I live in the West Metro, this Savage location will now be my store. Well worth the drive for such great service!

I cannot begin to say how amazing Roman was! I had been dealing with the call center for a week on an issue that they created 😡 I decided as a last ditch effort before just cancelling my service, to call in and see if someone could help. From the onset Roman listened to my (long winded) review of all that had happened and what I was seeking. When we came in store for his assistance to fix the cluster the call centers (multiple agents) created, he was not only professional, he was swift, explained each step clearly, and even helped with issues that we hadn’t previously mentioned. He was attentive to us even when others required his attention. His customer service to all that came into the store was amazing. He was able to multitask while ensuring that everyone achieved what they needed. People lightly say this, but his assistance is the ONLY reason I did not cancel my account (keep in mind I have been with AT&T for over 10 years).

Store is fine but they dont have any cell coverage in Savage and/or its poor quality at best. They told me for two years that they are working on the local towers, but thats obviously not the case. Wouldnt recommend AT&T if you live in Savage area.

The most positive experience buying a new phone, ever! Chris was very helpful, patient & kind. I kept him late, well, beyond closing, His wife had arrived to pick him up & she was, also patient in waiting for us to finish up. I enjoyed talking to both.Chris is an impressive young man. AT&T is lucky to have him on board.

We were having a difficult time getting a new phone setup. Andrew really helped us out, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. After fighting the phone for awhile Andrew managed to get the phone working. Thank you for the great customer service.

The new manager is amazing when it comes to phone knowledge but not so good with returning calls. All the staff seems nice and seem to know their stuff. Store was revamped and is much better.

Roman did seriously the most amazing job! I came in for an iPad only and Roman let me know that it was a better idea for me to upgrade my phone, get a new iPad and set up a business account! I would recommend this store 100%. I was greeted very nice. I was really impressed how Steve and Chris gave out there customer service always making sure I got what I needed, even if I just went to pay my bill. Very nice guys!!!

I have always had good experiences with AT&T stores. For my money, I like AT&T. Some of their busier stores dont ever have enough staff, but I go to an out of the way store in the evening and I never have a problem.If you travel or absolutely must have service, AT&T is hard to beat - not the cheapest, but I never dont have service.

Big thank you to Chris Reed, manager of store #2160 in Savage, MN. He fixed my problem with an iPhone 7 and showed great customer service along with technical expertise. Friendly and knowledgeable. I went into the Savage store very frustrated with my phone. Marissa came over right away, she was calm, confident, and professional. She spent over an hour with me, and got everything working perfect. The next day, I had more questions. She took care of me again. Please ask for Marissa, when you visit the Savage store. So thankful she was working those two days.

The NEW manager* here is awesome. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I have been shopping at this store for years and will not return due to the policies in place. The store representative was nice, and wanted to be helpful but had no means to handle the faulty product I purchased there. Very long story, but the end result is that I left unsatisfied and will not return.

This is an authorized dealer. They are not corporate. If you want customer service, make sure to go to a corporate store. Very rude employees. Very unhelpful. I do not recommend this dealer. I left the store and went to the corporate store in Burnsville. They lowered my bill and I was out of the store within 20 minutes.
