I’ve been in the store a few times in the last month and I have to say…… the new manager, Mel, is great!! She has really gone above and beyond to make me feel like a truly appreciated customer. Unfortunately, she is the only one that is running around trying to help people. The only other person that I’ve seen working there is always just behind the counter, and doesn’t seem to have the best attitude. Such a shame. The store needs more people like Mel!
Mel and Erin were so helpful when I needed assistance upgrading and transferring phone data. These two were pleasant to work and chat with, I wish more customer experiences were like the one I had today when I visited the savage T-Mobile store!
I have been very pleased with the customer service I have received from Mel (store manager). I always dread going in to a cell phone store as it is like buying a car, an all day experience!! Mel exceeded my expectations!! She told me that she could have my new line added in under 15 mins…friendly little wager as I thought she was crazy!! She set her timer and actually finished within 13.5 mins…I owe her a cherry coke🥤She definitely has restored my relationship with the Savage T-Mobile store!! Thank You Mel- TMobile’s secret weapon!
My husband and I switched to T-mobile and were promised a price by the manager. When we received the bill it was higher than promised. Went back on a Tuesday to talk about it at 6:00pm. Sign on the door and website says they are open till 8:00 pm. Doors were locked and lights off. 3 other customers showed up and were also very frustrated. Starting to regret switching to t-mobile. Never had this problem at at&t.

I go in for a simple screen protector to be put on by an expert let alone 2 of them and neither one could put it on that was placed from order by an expert from T mobile customer service after the 2nd time. Only to have them not put it on right but I had to dish out another 65$ for a new one where they couldnt even put it on right again and only the brand I bought can replace the new screen they just put on. I just had to leave at that point.

Have come by to the Caribou at this location before and the place is listed as open but the door is locked and lights off. Not sure how many others have encountered this but it would be nice to see a CLOSED sign up if they planned to lock up early.
Made a 6pm appointment. There were 3 other parties waiting when we got there and only 1 person at the counter. When another employee came out she asked who she could help next instead of asking about the appointment we had made. We waited 25 minutes without help and left. So stupid.
Erin the manager was so helpful and patient while she set up my new phone and Apple Watch! She made sure I understood how it all functioned before I left. She went out of her way to find phone protectors at different stores as well as the watch I wanted. Times are very difficult right now but she provided excellent and timely service! Thank you Erin!
Went online to upgrade phone. Used the Chat offer to verify what new monthly bill would be after the upgrade. Was very helpful & quick. Was going to order phone on line and was informed could go into nearest Sprint store & pick it up right away, why wait!Inside store took about 25 minutes to handle the upgrade transaction & this did not include transferring data from old to new phone. Half of that was trying to offer me an awesome IPad which already have & didnt want another.Returned home and did data transfer myself. Went to Sprint website to order return kit. Hey the Chat person popped up! Asked what was easiest way to return old phone. Response was just take it back to the store where got the new phone, they will take care of it.Stopped at Sprint store to return old phone & the gentleman manager said oh you dont want to do that, much safer for you to mail it back yourself! Tomorrow will head to UPS store!So 1 Star because the new phone is great, 1 star for the huge amount of wasted time ( 1 hour of driving) & misinformation between the Sprint store & online customer service. Save yourself the brain damage & just order it online, they will send you the return kit.
Travis at Sprint in Savage made the process of getting a new phone painless and easy! It normally seems to be a long and grueling occasion, but we were in and out in 15 minutes. He knew his stuff, and we felt confident we were getting the best value. Thanks for quality service and a great experience, Travis!

Savage sprint store was a very phenomenal store for service. The managers went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my upgrade. And even stay long after closing hours to make it happen.
I have never had such a good experience with a Sprint store before, and even though there is one that is closer to my house than the Savage one, i might continue to go to this one. There were two gentleman who were working when I came in yesterday and they were so helpful and pleasant. I had bought a phone online and went to pick it up in store and they were so nice! There was a guy who works normally at the Calhoun location but was there for the day, and then a guy named Collin and they were both super sweet. They tried to get everything done as fast as possible for us, and I was with my friend and her son, and they were so nice to him. They tried to talk to him and keep him entertained throughout the process. They were very informative and answered any questions I had, and made the overall experience amazing! They were super funny too! I would highly recommend this store if youre looking into switching to sprint or if you are currently with this carrier and just need to go in for help or have questions!
Manager of the store was very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Made the transition between phones very simple.
Colin and Travis were GREAT!! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A little bit of humour to cut the tension when things started backing up at HQ.. will definitely be back at this store!!

We purchased new phones online and had problems getting them to work.After 3 hours on the phone with tech support and no solution, we decided to take them up to our local Sprint store.So glad we did....my husband wanted to return the phones. They got them up and running with no issues and were very patient with my toddler.Thanks so much to you Chung. (I may have spelled your name wrong. Sorry. 😃)
Had a fabulous experience upgrading two phones at this store. The staff are helpful and attentive and got us in and out quickly. Best phone buying experience Ive ever had!
THANK YOU COLLIN — my mother and I appreciate all the extra time and steps you took to resolved the issues that initially occurred at the Shakopee location (8044 Old Carriage Ct, Shakopee, MN 55379 - STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE).If you want everything done right, with great customer service, and knowledgeable staff members come to this location always. This specific location used to be a corporate Sprint store but has transitioned into a third party vendor owned and operated by Lifestyle Wireless. Through my observations it seems as if customers comes to this store location to have all their issues resolved that other Sprint locations have screwed up AND they get everything right/corrected before you leave their store!! You may have to wait a while to be helped but trust me the employees here put their customer first before any sales so the wait is worth the trouble.Again, thank you Collin we appreciate you!
Fairly new to Sprint- and I have been impressed with the customer service! I was having some issues with my phone, and the staff at the Savage location went above and beyond to help me out! Their professionalism and friendliness made me glad I made the switch. :)
Collin was fantastic!!! Patient, professional, courteous and funny... we will definitely give him repeat business and recommend him and this store.
I came in to buy my phone (my lease has been up for almost 5 months) and upgrade to the next version. They told me I would have to first wait 45 minutes for the person in front of them. That’s understandable at any phone company. But then they told me after 8pm, when they close, they will not transfer anything because their internet “is slow.” Seems to me they just want to go home and don’t really care about their customers or their own customer service. Sorry sprint, you suck.
Great staff. Collin was helping a number of us. I felt Collin solved my problem (putting on a screen protector) and was great to work with. You should go here and hope you work with Collin.
Went in for tech issue and the tech fixed it but actually made pur phones unusable and basically told us too bad when we asked for resolution. After much discussion he referred us to best buy who could not help us but got us to someone that could. 3 stores and 4 hours later we can kind of use our phones. Employee and store manager we rude. Will never go back
This location has terrible customer service! I would give them zero stars if I could. I stopped in because my phone locked up. They attempted to restart my iphone with no luck and none of the 3 employees, including the manager knew what to do. They used the excuse it’s an iPhone so they can’t touch it, even though I purchased it there. One employee suggested I go to Best Buy, another one told me I needed to go to the Apple store at the MOA or Southdale. After leaving Savage to go to Southdale in a snow storm, I stopped at the Burnsville Sprint before I got on the freeway. I walked in, gave them my phone, they restarted it and I walked out. I was there for less than a minute.In addition to them not knowing what to do, no one would make eye contact when I asked a question and basically tried to ignore me after requesting help. They definitely need to get some knowledgeable employees willing to provide decent customer service.
I joined in December of 2016 and was told by the store manager I would get a $50 credit per line it would take roughly two months Ive been in the store ten times since and now Im told I wont be getting the credit anymore, the staff hasnt been helpful or courteous to me at all and I lose calls in prior Lake at home 1% difference yeah ok were switching back to Verizon they were always helpful and polite and impeccable coverage Ill pay the extra $40 a month for it gladly
The service at this store was excellent! Four of us spent 3-4 hours learning about plans, asking questions, and perusing phones. Our rep, Jen, was fantastic - very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. We had a great experience and heartily recommend this store.

I spent way too much of my time here today at the sprint store in savage getting a new phone. But ended well with a great customer rep named TravisAfter spending almost 2 hours of The first rep I worked with trying to figure out why my phone was not synching to the iCloud, I left my phone there so they could figure that out while I went to another appointmentI came back almost 2 hours later and was assured everything was working fine. I went all the way home and noticed that not of My contacts and apps had not gone over to the new phone! I then had to make another trip to the store and that’s when Travis helped me get all that done plus some extra things on my phone! Travis was very knowledgeable and was even helping another customer as he was helping me. Multi tasking very well,and doing it efficiently!! Very commendable. Thank goodness for employees like Travis. He made my chaotic and stressful day turn out okay! Thank you to Travis at the sprint store in Savage!!
Customer service has gone from good to awful but if you try to call they dont answer. Call customer service and you have to jump through hoops to get anywhere
I had a phone to return, inactivated one of my 6 lines, that was going to end service at midnight I was told it was very complicated and that it would be easier and quicker the next day after the line was disconnected.The next day I was told they couldnt take a phone back at the store that didnt have an active line of service. I had to order a return box....plus they charged my account for not returning the phone right away and credited it back later.Incompetent and untrained

Dont dare get upset in this store. They have your address and will send the police to your house. Also, dont place a web order for in store pickup here. They have no idea how to handle it. Lack of training, poor management (the manager is named Katie, and one of the associates didnt even know who she was), bad attitudes, and no work ethic make for terrible customer service. Never had a bad experience at any other Sprint store, and I will go out of my way to avoid this one from now on.
I am sorry sprint, but you need to stop the commission sales. The Sales reps try to upsell everything along with all items to go along with the devices. I have been waiting for an hour here, but luckily you have the perfect iPad for me to post this review. I am going to leave now and find an At&t or Verizon. It is worth the extra price instead of waiting 1-2 hours every time I come here. You should be very proud of your staff with them being so friendly..... hope he makes that extra dollar on commission.
After having one of the worst weeks imaginable, I went into the Sprint store to get a new phone and was helped by a gentleman named Brandon. He helped me with getting all set up, answered all the questions I had for him, and overall was just the best help I had ever received by any Sprint store. Thanks for making my day!
Sunday morning no employee could answer our questions on Apple watches, what are the costs? ANSWER we dont know but we can call this store to find out. Why are these people alone in the store if they dont know the answers?
Had the worst service ever! I was told wait time was 15-20 minutes and ended up waiting an hour while the store manager, Scott was dinking around and wouldnt help any of us waiting. When it was finally my turn, Josh kept telling me contradicting information of what could be done in the store and online. He didnt help resolve any of my issues nor did the store manager do anything as he stood there watching it all happen. What also made me more mad was the fact that when I finally got help, the store manager then decides to start helping the other customers. I want the district manager or someone from sprint to contact me.

My son and I stopped by this Sprint store because we had a question on why his new I phone (we got from there)wasnt receiving sms text messages. The rep was rude and acted like we were bothering him. He kept looking at his watch. He took our phone and played with it for awhile and said it was a phone issue not a Sprint issue...u need to bring it to an Apple store. Really??? I than got home and called Sprint customer service..same rudeness! They had no idea how to figure it out. So....I dragged myself to an Apple store and they looked at the phone and definitely said it was a Sprint issue. The were very helpful and they called Sprint and low and behold Sprint was now able to fix the problem(Sprint had to change some settings). Why the heck Sprint themselves could take care of this without me having to go to an Apple store..very very frustrating to say the least. Cmon Sprint...train your people!!!
My new dealings with Sprint have been spectacular! The service at this store is wonderful and the staff in very knowledgeable, which makes for less stressful trips to the store.
I had just left the casino playing penny slots all day and with my winnings wanted to splurge and treat myself to a new phone. I was in the market to make a switch from another carrier and wanted to see what Sprint had to offer. I happened to find myself at the Savage location and was greeted by a fine young man by the name of James Cantolla. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, experience and most of all his glorious glistening mustache. While not the fullest of mustaches, it was still remarkable.Needless to say, James answered all of my questions, I traded in my old flip phone and left a happy camper with a new touch screen device. He took the time to set up my new phone and showed me how to properly use it. Not only did I gain phone knowledge but most importanly, a friend in the process. Thank you James!!!

Needed a new phone that shattered. I was very upset at first about the new security requirments and that the main person had to authorize which meant a second trip to store but by the time we left the staff, Collin and Matt felt like family. They went well beyond the average Joe to help and old blind gal. Thanks for upgrading your staff!
I wish you could leave a negative star. The employees are awful. I actually go to 3rd party retailers because I hate this store so much.
I sent my 22 yr old daughter ( which ive done before without any issues)to upgrade my phone. the store clerk lied to her and ended up adding 2 other phone lines ( used our old phones ), said we needed this in order to upgrade. which would have costed me an extra 80 bucks a month. we dont need 4 lines for 2 people. i had to call sprint 800 number to get it all straight, to which he called the store and had the store call me back. the man at this store stumbled on his words and sounded like this was his first day on the job.i was so frustrated. eventually things got worked out.we wont be going back to this store again. after being a customer of sprint for 13 yrs, i am now thinking of switching to another carrier.

This has got to be the worst store to buy a phone from. Not an honest store at all. Every year the sales rep would say that I can only trade in my Iphone for store merchandise (like an extra charger or phone case). Hmm,... trade in a one year old iphone for a charger, you guys are horrible.So dishonest.

Infrequent visits, but always walk out of here feeling helped and respected.
