I was very impressed with Craig and Freddie. They were looking for the best way to save money, but also get are Air Conditioner fixed. Considering we had Reddick heating and air that checked our unit first and left with a part off of our unit.Just want to say Bolton Air is awesome and very fair with there customers. So I contacted Bolton Air after having one company in the Savannah area come out and check on my HVAC. We had just moved into this house and I contacted the first company I came too. This was my mistake. This other company came out and told me that I did not have a blower in my air conditioner and that I was gonna have to pay at least $800 for a bandaid fix. It literally said bandaid fix on the quote. To get a Golden fix I was going to have to pay $2000. Of course I was stressing. So I started looking online again. I found Bolton Air, they had really good reviews and I thought why not. Let’s get a second opinion. I put in my request and Janet called me within the hour. I told her about my issue and she was so nice and got someone out to my house within the next day. Craig, who had came out checked my HVAC and informed me that I do in fact HAVE a blower. The other company was literally trying to hustle me out of my money. Instead of paying $800 for a “bandaid” fix, Bolton Air fixed my whole air conditioner system for around $500 and this fix was permanent! Craig and Freddy did such a good job and I am sooo appreciative of Bolton Air. I will use them from now on! They are amazing!

They have been so helpful! They are professional and responsive. They will schedule you quickly. If there is something minor they will fix that too. They went out of their way for us on more than one occasion. The office staff and the technicians were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.

I am thoroughly impressed with this company! My initial call was answered by someone who was nice and actually wanted my business. They gave me a honest quote that was 80% less than another HVAC company - Bolton was more interested in fixing my problem than selling me a new system. The Technician they sent out, Anthony, was very professional and respectful of my house. He made sure to close the doors behind him as he went back & forth through my house. He cleaned his feet when coming from outside, and even swept the floor before leaving. I could not recommend this company more!

After my existing old system stopped working, I called Bolton Air as they had been very helpful for some service in the past. The staff was very friendly throughout the entire process and we easily established a very good rapport. They never even complained that my attic access ladder was pretty much broken and they had to make use of a step ladder throughout the install; not to mention having to make use of an access point at the opposite end of the house to bring in the air-handler which had to be a pain for them. I highly recommend Bolton for anyone in need of service or installation of HVAC systems. Will definitely use them in the future. Good work Bolton!

Bolton Air is a great locally run and veteran operated business! I noticed our AC wasnt working properly when I got home at 4 and it stopped working around 5:30. I put an inquiry in for an appointment and by 7 pm the same night I received a call for appointment the next day. (We were lucky enough to have a portable AC in our bedroom so we were okay for the night.) I left a key and felt very comfortable with them in my home while I was at work. Adam was able to get the correct part and fix it the same day. Adam explained everything very clearly and I was able to understand the problem. I think it is very important as a home owner to understand why appliances are needing repair. Great customer service, very timely, very informative, and overall a great experience. I will always use Bolton Air for my AC needs!

We had a heater issue not too long ago during a cold snap. Gave them a ring and they had a tech come out and fix it in no time. 10/10 would recommend.

Called them and Adam answered at lunch time as I am a a property renter of a house in Savannah and my property manager sent me a quote stating that the evaporator coil was bad and the bill with the part was close to $700 for labor as the coil was under warranty. I wanted another quote before I made the decision and called Bolton Air and Adam was out in the field and answered. He said he would have someone to the property later in the day. I called him back around dinner time and he said it was not the coil but a clogged drain pipe and few loose fittings and that he saved me a lot of money. They did all the work on good will as I didnt provide them a credit card and he did the work. These guys are awesome!! I already called my property management company and told them I dont want anyone else working on my properties except Bolton Air. Id recommend them to anyone!!

We have had nothing but good things to say about Bolton Air. We live on a winding road that people fly down and frequently take out a light pole which causes our power to go out. Each time this happens, our capacitor goes out. Caleb always comes out and replaces it for us in a timely manner keeping the house cool. I also told Caleb about my daughters room always being the hottest room in the house and he found in the attic where the duct work had come lose and was the cause of her room not cooling because all of the cool air was blowing in the attic. He had it fixed in no time.

We have used Bolton Air on our rental house and the lady who set up the appointment was very nice and got someone out quickly. The technician, Caleb Vandiver, arrived promptly and was thorough in checking out the outside unit and inside air handler. He fixed the unit, never getting in a rush, and double checked with us to make sure he had addressed all of our concerns. He seemed very methodical and took the time to review with us what caused the failure and what he did to repair it. As he packed up to leave, I glanced inside his van and noticed that all of his tools and such were well organized, and he took the time to put everything back in the proper spot. Im sure this keeps him set up to quickly get out and start to work at each service location.

Do NOT use!! This company does not stand behind their work. In June of 2019, we were to purchase a home, however A/C was not working properly. Our requirement was for the homeowner (Patrick Delerosa) to have it fixed prior to the sale. He hired Bolten Air to fix A/C, in which they fixed it on 06/04/19, Evaporator Coil replacement, for $1860.00, invoice shows 1 year warranty. We bought the house mid June. In March 2020, we contacted Bolten Air due to system sounded as if it kept trying to run constantly, we were told it may not be covered under warranty since we arent on the invoice..I explained no, we are not, the homeowner hired them so he could sell the house to us, & that should be irrelevant, the warranty is for their work & the part, they should stand behind their work..I called several times, no return calls, my husband called the owner of Bolten Air & also got run around. I called 3 companies to see if this is normal business practice, & was told NO ITS NOT, its irrelevant that my name is not on invoice & that they would stand behind their work irrelevant to the fact that the house was sold, as this does happen frequently when houses are sold. The 3 companies are BYRD, ARNOLD HEATING & AIR, CANADYS HEATING & AIR. We hired ARNOLD heating & air, Matt (who I HIGHLY recommend) fixed it for $800.00 (replaced evaporator coil). Our squirrel cage motor stopped working. We called Bolton and in a few hours Zachary Wiley showed up. In a few minutes he found the issue. Zack returned the very next day and we are back up running. He went above my Expectations and learned I still had some warranty left on the unit. Thank you again for an awesome job it was a pleasure dealing with Zack!!!!!

Great company! The receptionist/dispatcher was super nice and helpful. The technician was very thorough on diagnosing our problem, and explained in detail what the issue was. He also left everything neat and covered his shoes before coming in our home!

Ive been using Bolton Air for over a year now and have always had excellent service. We personally have had Caleb on a couple occasion and hes always been polite and knowledgeable. They have excellent prices and we dont see ourselves switching for as long as they are in service!

Total rip off company. I called them for a service call they said $169 I believe which I was fine with the guy came went up and down on the ladder says he cleaned the unit then gives me an invoice for $479. And left the Ac never worked. Called them back then they said I needed $1600 more to fix the unit. I called another company charged me $380 cleaned the coil and recharge the unit it was working.

Bolton Air gave me a great deal on a 17 SEER 2 stage system for my home. The competitors bids werent even comparable. They finished the change out quickly while making sure that everything was sealed properly. I couldnt have asked for better service.

Our home air conditioner was not working properly. Within a couple of hours of our call Nick was at our home to check our a/c. The part was still under warranty, they advised us as to the best action to take; eventhough, our unit was put in by another company, they replaced the part and we were only charged labor. We would not have know the part was under warranty had they not told us. Fast, knowlegable, and honest company! Highly recommend.

I dont know where to start, I made an appointment with tech and it was raining and he show up with his dirty shoes walk to upstair with that in house and check filters and walk out side 5min later he said I charge and no leaks that normal . I do know about ac that was the worst and layers company I ever deal with from tech to management. I call twice the office and they told me they are going to talk to tech and call me back, they never did.

Our air conditioner stopped working all of a sudden at Economy Feed and Seed during opening hours with it being 96 degrees out. Started calling AC Companies and the first five of the big companies were booked. Called Bolton they were there for us in less that thirty minutes and were such a pleasure to work with. Nick was our technician. Didnt take him fifteen minutes to figure out our Capacitor had gone bad. He had our air up and running in no time. I will use them from now on. Great Company!

Our upstairs A/C unit was out. When I called Bolton Air, I was able to speak with the owner who was very nice and professional. The next day, five minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment time, the technician arrived. He was also very nice and professional. He quickly found the problem and had our A/C up and working again. But then he went the extra mile by cleaning the coils, checking the freon levels, and getting not just one but both of our A/C units running like new. I appreciate Bolton Air and their hard work.
