Very good professional small business. I called ahead on a Thursday evening and set up a time to bring my truck in for a repair on Saturday. I had to have a rear passenger side window replaced. They were definitely busy on the weekend since that’s when most people try to get a vehicle to a shop to be worked on but they still had me on the books for a repairs and they took care of it in a couple hours time. Recommend making an appointment though for sure. Much better personal interaction than some of the large glass repair shops that you just get sent to robots on the phone. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend. Very pleased customer.

First time customer. Went to have a windshield chip repaired. Great that the business is open on Sat . In addition to the Sat hours, they must do good work, because there were people standing in line 30 minutes before opening. If you are a walk-in, be prepared to wait (appointments have priority), but once the tech starts working, the repair goes quickly. One more important point: the staff is very friendly. I called Tuesday afternoon. I was told to come in Wednesday and that services were first come first serve. Their hours 8-4. I arrived at their business at 8:06am. I walked in the building. Took a seat. No one spoke to me. Another lady walks in and signs in. I let them know I was there before her and they sign me in. I was told 2 hours wait. This other lady walked out with her service done by 10:10am . At 10:30 when I asked about my service, I was told they were working on it now. Finally they finished service at 11:am.

The prices and staff were professional! They definitely are always busy especially with being a first come first serve policy. But there prices were a bonus to the experience. My technician was Dunk and he was awesome he kept me involved with the repairs constantly I felt like I was a part of the repair and learned a lot actually and he actually repaired troubleshooted and fixed things that were on the verge of breaking but fixed it to where they weren’t. My thoughts on this place of business is, it’s a first come first serve shop call ahead so they can have your window ready on the set date be patient plan to spend some time there because another technician said while I was there said each technician just in that day did 50 jobs a piece with only 3 of them working and it was only noon don’t be afraid to ask questions and before you know it your car is done. Also with it being a last minute first come first serve you may be expected to come back another day to get your car fixed but it’s worth it! Hope this helps!

Staff was nice.. Waited for a long time and thats no big deal. But if I wait patiently I atleast expect my time to be worth it. Got my vehicle back with the door handle cover not clipped back in place. My power side view mirrors no longer work. My button panel for windows and door lock/unlock clip was broken so now the panel is loose on the armrest. Then if Im getting a new window I believe it should be clean or cleaned before I get it back.

If youre looking for glass work at a low price, this is the place for you. If youre looking for quality glass work, my advice would be to pay more at another shop. I brought in one of my customers vehicles to have the drivers side window replaced. When the job was completed, I found that the door was still full of broken glass. I also found damage to the inside of the door where the technician had scratched and pryed with a tool to remove the door panel; damage that included a small dent at one of the scratches caused by prying. A plastic trim cover was also damaged when it was removed. The technician explained he had to use a pry tool and thats why the door was damaged.  I explained that didnt excuse the damage.  The glass shop obtained touch up paint and took care of the scratches.When I arrived back at my shop with the vehicle, I discovered that one of the bolts used to secure the door panel hadnt been re-installed.  Working with automobiles daily, I know damage can happen at any time. How its handled after the fact is what matters and Im less than satisfied with how this was handled. Paying for a service only for that service to be subpar is disappointing. I thought I had found a new place for glass but Ill continue to pay more for better service elsewhere.

The staff was friendly and polite. It took a while for them to replace my windshield but it cost 1/3 of the other quotes I got. I dont mind trading off some time for big savings.

I called on Saturday 4/10 to see if I could bring my car in to fix the windshield. I was told that they had to order the windshield so to bring my car in on Tuesday 4/13 . I received a phone call early Tuesday to make sure I was keeping my appointment. I dropped my car off around noon and returned to pick it about 5:25. When I got there my windshield was not fixed and I never received a phone call informing me of what was going on. I was told when I got there to pick it up, that the windshield they ordered was damaged. They do not look at the merchandise until they are about to fix a vehicle. I felt that was very unprofessional to have my car for 5 hours and not be fixed or notified at any point of what was going on.

Went in first thing Monday morning and waited three hours after making an appointment and being told I’d be in and out in two. Emily at the desk was the only redeeming part of the experience. She’s super nice and helpful.

My experience was very sorry they put my back window in a 2004 Dodge ram 1500 4x4 and it didnt put it in correctly and its leaking on the right side when I went back the next day the lady I dont know who she was heavy set white lady told me because I didnt buy the window from them there was no guarantee I didnt know you had to have a guarantee to correct something you did wrong

Worst place in Savannah to get auto glass put in and buy from. They gave me a quote of $279 and not even 3 days later call to set up appointment and the price goes to $400. So unprofessional and take advantage of women calling to get windshield fixed so make sure you get your husband or male to call. Front desk is no help at all and I manage 5 body shops and have never told someone hey your price went up cause you didnt schedule that day and not just a few dollars $120 within 3 business days. They don’t even deserve a star how bad their customer service is and not to mention they replaced my mother in laws and it leaked within first week driving just a scam of a company. Glass doesn’t just go up like that I manage 4 body shops and if I ever told someone their quote went up cause they didn’t schedule it that exact day would never do business with my shops just goes to show how really pathetic this business is.

The price to replace my wi shield was good. I had a 10:00Am appointment to have my windshield replace. It was after 1:00 PM when they put my. Car in the bay to replace my windshield. I wasnt happy with the service that I received.

Dropping my car off was a breeze! It only took them maybe 2 hours total to install, including a small wait before they started on my windshield. Extremely reasonably priced and excellent customer service! Definitely recommend.

Savannah, GAAfter learning what Safelite wanted to replace my windshield, I made one call to a place that always appeared a bit... questionable. The young lady that answered assured me that the windshields were high-quality, and that even with an appointment on Saturday, it was still first come-first serve. She was also quite professional when I asked why other companies want to charge such a high price. All she asked was, Safelite? I confirmed her guess. Her reply was, We hear that quite a bit.I arrived at 7:30, with six customers in front of me. My truck was taken into the shop at 10:40, and I drove away at 11:30.The techs were courteous and professional - and Flip did the quickest, most complete install I had ever seen. When I tell you their techs are good... I mean it. The windshield is perfect, and better than the OEM in that it is Solar, and the upper tint is darker. (Which I wanted).This really is a no-brainer... unless you own stock in Safelite.

I shopped around Savannah and neighboring towns looking to replace my windshield. Safelite charged $324.00 and thats not including taxes and any extra supplies needed. I went to Auto Glass Now and with supplies and taxes includes, I only paid $190.97. With warranty and all. They were professional, convenient, reliable, cost affordable, (especially now during the pandemic) clean and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend this place.

It is at a good location that allows visibility. The job was done efficiently.My issue is their truthfulness. I called in the afternoon to confirm a quote was still good. They asked me when Ill be coming in so they can have the windshield. I asked them when is the soonest I could come in, and I was told it could be the next day, that they would order the windshield, that it will be in that night, and I could have it installed the next morning.I went in and was the first one there. I confirmed who I was, placed a couple signatures, and sat down. About an hour later, I noticed that, despite being first-come-first-served, a couple vehicles were taken before mine.I went outside and saw a truck pull in to deliver some windshields. About 3 minutes after the delivery truck left, my vehicle was finally started. As I watched the procedure, I observed them placing one of the windshields that were just delivered on my vehicle.Thats when I realized what happened. The windshield for my vehicle was not delivered the night before! On top of that, I sat for a while with my patience being chipped away without getting an honest explanation about what was taking so long with my vehicle.

Great reliable company repaired my truck after safelite damage it

Very unprofessional. I took my Honda Accord here to replace the front windshield. It was raining so I didnt check my vehicle until the next day. I realized that the molding that run from the windshield to the roof of car was damaged so I took the car back that next morning. They asked if I had the receipt (eventhough I was there just 1 day prior) so I came back the next day with the receipt but the technician wasnt there so I ended up coming back that Monday. The tech told me that there wasnt anything that he could do about it because it was damaged (while he smelled like liquor at 8:00AM). How when they damaged the part???? I understand that things happen and as a business you are suppose to fix things that you mess up. Im a Honda/Acura and ASE Certified Master Technician. I also have been a shop owner since 2006 and the way that they are conducting business is very unprofessional.

This business runs on a first come first service basis. Fine, perfect. Thing is, I called and made this appointment for Friday, at this time I asked how long the wait would be for the repair, he said about an hour and a half. I came in around 1 on Friday afternoon, was asked if I was leaving the vehicle there or waiting, I told her we were going to go eat lunch and come back. She did not inform me of any particularly long wait or say how many cars were ahead of me. We were gone for 3 1/2 hours. I came back and they hadn’t even moved my car. I asked her how much longer, she said they’d be pulling it up in just a minute. Twenty minutes later I see my car pull up. She called me back to the counter to say we have a set back, that my glass was sent back to warehouse because my appointment was for “yesterday or something and we don’t keep the glass that long.”...When I made the appt I said I could come this Friday or next Thursday. He said this Friday was perfect. Really annoying. She said it would only take ten minutes to go get the glass, that they would start taking my old glass off now so it would be ready when my windshield arrived. Fifteen minutes later I see the glass show up, so when I walk outside I see that the technician is JUST now starting to remove my old windshield as the glass has arrived. Basically, don’t go to this place unless you want your whole day taken away. Just awfully slow and unprofessional, poor communication.

After being ignored by safelight not returning calls and unable to fix my window I called the wonderful people at auto glass now. They immediately said they could fix my window after 3 months my van window is fixed. Auto glass now gave me helpful professional advice and support and I now have my window fixed I could not be anymore pleased.

Saved me $500 on windshield replacement.

Overall I had a good experience with Auto Glass Now. They got me in quickly, explained the process, stuck to the process, and I paid what I was told I would pay. I had a rear window that shattered. The only issue I had was with what was vacuumed out of my car. There were still a few shards of glass on my floor board. However the main thing that wasnt vacuumed out was what I had asked up front (in office) to be vacuumed out. I have a rear mechanical shade that goes up and down the rear window to block sun coming in through the back. I knew glass had gotten into the strip at the bottom. I now cant use this shade because it opens and closed on glass that cuts the netting of the shade. I also have no way to vacuum out the glass because the new window has been put in, and I have no way of getting to it. Its very frustrating. I give 4 starts because had I not had this shade, my experience would be fine and I know this is a good company. Im going to see what they can do about it

The install of the windshield in my BMW was quick and after a few weeks and numerous showers I have had no issues with the workmanship, no leaks or wind noise. Call them directly instead of using any online service to get a quote or book an appointment.

Arrived at 3:30 for a 4 pm appt. It is currently 5:17 & the employees are all walking around outside talking. Unbelievable AND Unprofessional. Car has not been touched yet!

I called around Monday and Tuesday trying to find a reasonable quote for the long crack in my windshield (almost all of the way across) and the prices were very high. I continued looking and came across Auto Glass Now Savannah and Im glad that I did! The total price was $169.52, compared to the high quotes I had been getting I was very pleased with that because it was much cheaper. I read the reviews first and I saw that wait times could be pretty long so I called to see what options I had and Victoria aka Quinn answered and was very pleasant and easy to talk to! I told her that I work all day but I work right down the street so what should I do? She told me that I could bring the car to the shop in the morning before work, put my info on an envelope with the key inside and drop it in their drop box. Once the windshield was replaced and my car is ready for pick up that they would give me a call and let me know. This is exactly how it happened and it did not take long at all! I dropped my car off at 8:00am and by 10:00am they called and said it was ready. I picked it up and everyone was very nice, and my windshield looked great! The place might not look the best but the customer service and prices are great! Thank you!

Bad experience... I called a couple of months ago and got a quote for $166 (including tax) for my windshield. I chose not to replace it right then, Today (3/6/20) I called and got a price of $195. I asked about the $166 she said it was probably a sale. I arrived and signed the paper work for $195. There was only one person there and she was very busy answering the phones and dealing with customers. 3 ladies walked in and sat behind her and began answering phones.I decided to call in and see if maybe they would know about the $166 wind shield. Sure enough I got a quote from Emily for $166. I went to the counter and asked for the $166 price. A large framed woman who sat behind the lady at the counter said she was the manager was outraged that I had called for a second quote. I tried to negotiate with her to honor the $166 quote some price in the middle. She got my order out of the slot and ripped it up. I am a 71 year old and the difference of $34 meant a lot to me.I did not buy my wind shield there.

Staff was very helpful great place

The business opens at 8 the workers got there at 930. Some at 10. I was the first customer and I left at almost 1:00. Had to take it back three time to get the windshield right but it was a great price. I have been to the Riverdale location which is great but this Savannah location needs some serious management changes. 5 hours in a glass replacement when the glass is there and your the first customer is way over board.

This place is awesome. A rock hit my windshield and the crack was getting bigger . At first Safelite was gonna charge me $369 for replacing the entire windshield. Then I was told about auto glass . They replaced my entire windshield for $196 !!! . It didnt take that long I came in at 10:55 and left around 11:30 service was awesome the people nice I recommend this place for everyone !!

The shop was able to get me in the same day to have my windshield replaced which was great, but they dented my dashboard in the process. No one informed me that there was a chance that my car may be damaged during the windshield replacement process. I have tried calling the shop, but havent been able to get in touch with anyone. I just sent an email to the company, hoping that they will fix my dashboard or reimburse me so I can take my car to another shop to have it fixed. I will update the review as soon as I hear back from the company.Update: I spoke with the manager and she agreed that the dents were their fault and that they would cover the costs to have it replaced... and then she never spoke to me again about setting up an appointment to have my dashboard fixed... Thanks for nothing.

Great folks and pricing

Called in to get a quote for my windshield repair one morning. Once quoted, the price sounded great so I scheduled an appointment for the following day telling them I would have to take off work to come over. I was told no more than two hours to get the job done. I showed up 20 minutes early for my 12 noon appointment. I checked my car in and was asked if I would be waiting. I responded yes, I am taking time off work right now but I am going to go get lunch while I wait. I walked down to get lunch and returned an hour later to notice my car had not moved. I checked with the ladies up front and was told they would be getting to it shortly. I continued to wait in the waiting room for another hour as I watched my car continue to sit. Two hours passed and my car is still sitting. I ask them again for the status of my repair only to be told several reasons why they were so far behind. At just over two hours of being there, my car is finally pulled around to the bay. I wait another 20 minutes or so which puts me at 2.5 hours total of waiting there. I am then called back up to the desk and told the wrong glass was ordered for my car and they would need me to come back the next week. I was offered $15 off if I came back the next week for my troubles. I missed almost 4 hours of work for my repair to not get done. The $15 doesnt even make up for an hour. Given how this trip went, I would have been afraid to go back and have to take more time off. During my two hours waiting, I watched numerous people have issues with prices, damages during installation, and long wait times for repairs.

Horrible service, no consideration for anyones time, absolutely ZERO communication while you spend your entire day at the location, and the defective windshield looks as if you are looking thru prescription glasses. I called to see when I can bring it in for it to be fixed and replaced again under warranty and they were not only short and rude over the phone (Emily), but wanted to have everyone jump thru loopholes to get it done. Of course well be taking it in per the warranty, but dreading each and every bit of this upcoming experience. Also, your customer service representatives are clearly more interesting in talking and giggling among each other than doing their jobs.

They do great looking work in a clean efficient manner. The place needs some updating but a pleasant experience in all. The cost is easy on your pocket. Ask for Dunk as he does excellent work and leaves your vehicle clean when he is done. Highly recommends Autoglass now.

I was pleased that they were able to fix the chip in my windshield in about 45 minutes. The folks who work here are respectful and professional.My only complaint is that the waiting area is not air conditioned. The place could certainly do with a good tidy up of the parking lot and thorough cleaning.

Cheapest place in town by far and the most friendly as well! Will definitely use them again (hopefully won’t have to) and refer any and everyone to them!!!! Thanks guys you all rock!

If price is your only concern you’ll get what you pay for. Two thin scratches going up the drivers side that will annoy me until I replace the windshield, fingerprints and the outlines of the suction cup I had to clean myself, along with the glue from the sticker; on the interior I had to dismantle the area around the top of the dash to push the fabric back in around the base as I guess they couldn’t be bothered, and I had to readjust the trim on the outside to actually snap into place. Friendly customer service and good prices doesn’t make up for abysmal craftsmanship. Do yourself a favor and stick with the reputable chains.

CAR STOLEN, I dropped my car off to have windshield put in it and went back to get it and it was gone. We don’t know if the company has something to do with it or a random person. But it’s a 2015 Camaro BLACK. Definitely think auto glass now employees had something to do with this, WATCH OUT.

After multiple positive experiences I ran into a very negative one and wont be shopping here anymore. I had a window ordered for $180. After dropping my car off (and paying an Uber to take me home) they called me back to say the window they ordered was actually broken. The soonest they could get a new window was 4 days later and it would be over $80 more expensive. So I had to pay another Uber to go pick up my car, still with a window missing, because I cant be without a car for 4 additional days. When I called to work a deal on the price because of the inconvenience they caused me and the Uber rides I invested in they said there was no wiggle room on the price at all. I called another shop and got the window for the original price. I wont be doing business here anymore.

I am so happy with this business! I bought a brand new Camry and within 24 hours of buying the car, a rock managed to crack my windshield. The crack became 3 ft. long in about two days. After calling about 10 local businesses, this place gave me the most reasonable quote. They got me in the very next day and had my windshield done in about an hour and a half. I was worried I would need to have everything recalibrated after the installation, but the guys did an amazing job and everything is working great! Misty is an absolute sweetheart and George is super nice! I would recommend this place time and time again!

When I called for a quote I voiced my concerns regarding the ratings for the long wait times for the install. I was advised that if I was within their range they would come to me and replace my windshield while I waiting at work. I was within the range so set up my appointment. They arrived that morning and it took less than an hour to replace! I couldnt be more pleased with the service! I even took my car to the dealership for service and they told me the install was an excellent job. We are both pleased! Thank you and I would highly recommend Auto Glass Now!

Had appointment to replace windshield in 2019 Toyota Yaris after they took trim from around windshield they said they couldnt do it. They also said they couldnt put trim back on. Then they said if the vehicle didnt have the lane assist they could do it. The vehicle doesnt have lane assist. Anyways safelite replaced the windshield and calibrated the camera . I guess if you drive an older vehicle with no safety features this would be the place to go. If you drive a newer vehicle pay a lottle more and go somewhere else.

Cheap windshield replacement. Unfortunately you cant set specific appointments. First come first serve even with an appointment.

Don’t trust them when they say they take appointments and they will have you waiting for hours but when they do get you in, you get right out. Just be honest about the time and a better waiting area. Not only that I waited a little over 3 hours and my window is off track and it will not go down or come up.

They guys here are so friendly! I met Steve, who was quite helpful, and the general manager, darn, I dont remember his name, but he has an R2-D2 backpack his daughter got for him and he clearly is a fun guy who likes to take care of his workers and customers. Prices cant be beaten. Highly recommend.

I arrived late to my apt, and they still had my window fixed quickly. He vacuumed up my broken glass inside my van. And they were the cheapest place close to Hinesville. Other places wanted upwards of $500. Auto Glass was half the price.

Called for a quote and was told $190. However, when I told the lady that my vehicle had line assist equipment and would have to be calibrated she said that this would cost an additional $42.50. I figured I would still schedule to get it done since someone else had already quoted me at a higher price. Next day when I showed up to the appointment I was told that the quote was for a 2010 and since my vehicle was a 2018 it would be a total of $538.38 instead (Now I wonder if this is the way they get many of us). Since I had taken the day off from work I went ahead and told them to do it anyway. Once I paid the lady behind the desk said (with the least amount of concern possible on her face) that I would have to get the system calibrated elsewhere. I told her what I had been told the day before when I called and she said I dont know who would have told you that. We have never done calibration and dont even have the equipment to do it.When I took the vehicle to get the system calibrated I found out that the technician had also damaged a sensor when he pulled out the old windshield..... So $1,000.88 later I have learned my lesson. Never again! Please do yourself a favor and stay away! Use a reputable business. If I can save at least 1 person the time and hassle, this review will be worth my time... Thanks.

Descent service, not the best, but descent. You cannot complain since they are cheap, I mean, dirty cheap.Also, the front desk ladies are friendly and super polite.

Had my windshield replaced 4 years ago guys there did a good job. However now my windshield is leaking badly from the top called for the lifetime warranty without the paper receipt your SOL. make sure you keep track of that little piece of paper otherwise sorry about your luck. Company keeps no records of business done. WILL NOT use them again and WILL NOT recommend

I had a great experience with Glass Masters. I called ahead to get an estimate and they were $40 cheaper than the place my insurance told me to go, which was great since I was paying out of pocket. They were pretty friendly. My only issue was that they didnt schedule me a time, so I had to wait while other cars were being fixed. But the service was nice and quick.I didnt have any phone troubles and they were really nice in the office while I was there. They must have a new person manning the phones. Give them a try!

WORST experience. Had a 11 oclock appointment got there and didnt have the windshield then reschedule to 2pm and was there till 5pm waiting. Horrible manners the employee at the desk gossip alot and was disrespectful. Once we got the car back air was coming thru the sides and less then a week already cracked and when taken back they wanna say it was a rock. I know for a fact no rock hit my windshield. Wouldnt even help us without playing full price again for a windshield. We havent even had the new one for a week. The glass is weak. Ill never go here again or recommend them to anyone.

Had a scheduled appointment at 9 am car didnt get touched until 4pm and was finish in 45 minutes. Place is cheap but you get what you pay for. Horrible service from George and ladies at from desk. Some employees including George lie straight too your face. Technicians(Leon and other guy) very good technicians and good customer service. Would not recommend anyone here it would definitely be my last option! Poor customer service.

Called on 10/8/2018 and spoke w/ Misty about a quote for a windshield replacement. She was very professional, outgoing and gave me a quote that was significantly cheaper than my insurance recommended installer. I decided to come in the next day as it would accommodate my work schedule. Dunk was the technician that replaced my windshield and he did an amazing job. They are conveniently located near several places to eat, so I decided to go eat while waiting. I know many people are deterred by the appearance of a place of business, but looks are deceiving in this case because these guys know what theyre doing and I would recommend them 10/10 times.Thanks, yall!

Terrible customer service, overcharged woman receptionist hung up because the number listed was for Safelite, just tried to let her know their number is being listed as Safelite. She rudely answered well this aint Safelite and hung up. What professionalism!

The pricing is great and so is the quality of work! The shop is a little rough around the edges, but the people are very friendly and helpful. Would like to see a clean bathroom and a little more comfort in the waiting area, especially since the weather has a huge effect on the time it takes to complete a replacement and get people in/out of the shop.

Absolutely terrible experience. I arrived at 8am to have my windshield replaced. I was the second one in line and they didnt send the glass person to get my windshield unti 10 am. I watched three other vehicles being pulled in and out of the shop and they did not get to my vehicle. I finally left. The management does not care about the customers experience.

Great work great price. Problem is something was taken from my car I immediately noticed it was missing. I called to let them know I knew it was missing.... When I got back it was found in the parking lot they had time to tell whoever took it I was coming back and they threw it in the parking lot. Bad bad business and I will not recommend you to anyone or yet your services again.

BEWARE!!!! This company broke my wiper during install and would not take responsibility for doing so. They say I brought the vehicle to them with that wiper already damaged. Not true... Noted on the work order that they discovered the damage during pre-inspection before doing the job. Front office never mentioned a pre-inspection would occur, otherwise I would have stayed while they did this and not left myself vulnerable for them to be untruthful. My husband inspected the car before we called them to replace the windshield. He is a mechanic and certainly would have noticed the damage. I discovered the problem the day after the job was completed, when I needed to use the wipers. Brought the car back and the technician had me open the hood so he could check the bolts to see if they were tight. If there was already damage to the wiper before he did the job, why did he want to check that out? Why wasnt I called before they started the work? I asked the front office for the district managers contact information. She called him in front of me to inform him I was an irate customer. This district manager, (Thor) has treated me like Im a liar. There is supposed video footage of the job he said he would review however seems to be in no hurry to do so. Never returns calls, I have to try and catch him to communicate. I live in an area where we get rain most days (usually during the commute home from work) and not having a wiper that works is dangerous. The front office has been right about one thing... She said I was irate and I-RATE-this business very poorly. My best advice: please spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere else to get work done.

The work,price,and time it took was great but they put our keys in the wrong car.When we showed up at 8 the next day to figure it out they were half an hour late to open. My wife was an hour late to work and we almost lost the keys to our car from their incompetence. They are definitely not getting anymore of my business!

Service was not good i had an appointment at 9 car was not touched until 10 didnt leave until 12.They were supposed to fix my wind shield i had to come back almost 2 weeks later because the windshield was making noise and my dashboard was now making noise. Before i went i called and asked to speak to management he told me to bring it in and hell look at it i got the a little after 10 and my car wasnt touch until 12 pm and i had to go up there to asking the lady much longer it would take and on top of that i wasnt the only person it was 3 of us who came in at the same time with appointment and had the longest wait ever. My glass is now fixed but i recommend if you make an appointment be ready to sit.

They got my glass replaced super fast and at a great price!
