They were able to get me in the same day, texted me a list of recommended repairs, and did just what I wanted. It was a hectic day for me and I really appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. Also, thanks so much for the prompt shuttle that got me right back to work after I left my car.

Ryan was the one over my vehicle, I thought I had a difficult experience at first, because of the wait time, but I had to understand that the world is short staffed and they are doing the best they can with the dedicated staff that they do have. I went to get my recall for fuel pump on 2018 highlander on Saturday 24th car was delivered on time but had black grease marks on my seats third row and side panels. I had to clean them myself. NOT GOOD. I wonder if they did the job right in question since they cannot clean after themselves.

This place is slow and can be overpriced. I had an 11am appointment, and three hours later I am still waiting for them to complete my oil change and tire rotation. I’d rather not spend more than 3 hours in their lobby with my newborn. Staff is fine but service is so slow. Don’t come here if you value your time.

They were very helpful, put me indirect contact with the knowledgable mechanic (I believe his name was Mike) who was working on my car for a tricky issue and kept me informed along the way. Highly recommended!

I keep seeing all of these reviews about quick service but somehow I manage to get the opposite every time. My wait has been no less than 2 hours every trip here, even with an appointment. Today I had an 830 appointment and am only getting an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. It has been about 3.5 hours and only one time have I received an update. I’ve tried using the text service and have yet to get a reply.I used to come here because I had the warranty and my oil changes and tire rotations were free, but it has since run out so for the price and extensive wait time, I think I’ll just start going elsewhere.I still have them 3 stars because the facility itself is nice. And Oscar who has been my rep before is great and at least provided updates throughout the lengthy wait time.

Been coming here for years, I can recommend both the service and the sales departments.

Arrived 15 mins prior to my scheduled appointment. I pulled into the service lane and waited for assistance. Two other vehicles pulled in after I arrived. They were checked in and as the service personnel pulled their cars out of the lanes I finally had a rep walk up to check me in. Now it’s 11:30 and I told the rep that I will go elsewhere for service. I drove approximately one mile to a Valvolne shop and was on my way by 11:45. More than likely saving me at least a hour or more of my time.

Ms Donna made my visit to the service center seamless and fun. She is friendly and full of smiles.Making you feel at home, even though you are at a service center. Ms Donna, you are awesome. Keep up the good spirit.

A big shout out to Dan Ward. Not only was he knowledgeable and thorough, he was extremely honest. At first glance it appeared my son’s truck needed a very expensive fix, but Dan realized it was a Just minor issue. He could have taken complete advantage of my son and sold him an expensive And unnecessary repair. Dan Ward is a great asset to Savannah Toyota.

One of the best Toyota Service Departments Ive been to and Ive experienced maybe a half dozen. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. They explain everything in great detail and are attentive. There facilities are very nice. Refreshments are always available. There is free WiFi. A few televisions to watch while you wait for your vehicle. Ill definitely come back.

Nice place, free food and water. Popcorn is always fun to eat here. Free hot beverages too like hot chocolate and coffee. Go here to repair your vehicle and maybe buy a new one. Toyota rental service offered here too.

Experience was awesome...my appt was for 7:00 am....@ 6:45am they all came out took their positions and the garage doors rolled up...everyone took their places and they functioned like a well oiled machine...they were really on point....some places you go to it seems like nobody knows what they should be doing....not this place I was fully impressed...the inside was even more impressive.

Prices are a little above bluebook on used cars. Staff are nice but if your not ready to buy they dont really want anything to do with you. If your looking for a good deal I suggest looking at another dealer first.

This is by far the best service department I have ever used. They are professional, polite and the actual service to my vehicle is always spot on. Transportation is available for free and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Coffee, water and snacks are available. I actually look forward to my visits

Service can be a little sloppy and at times unapologetically slow, even if you have an appointment. But the waiting area is generally clean and checks off all the modern creature comfort boxes (coffee, bathrooms, magazines, projector screen tv with theater seating). So...if you live Savannah, purchased your vehicle from this dealership, need routine service, and you’re still covered under the Toyota Care service plan, then there really is no other place that I would recommend.
