Went to pick up my front bumper absorber, walked in to 3 people at the desk, spoke to all 3 with no response. Went to one for help and she instructed me to go to the next person, all in all the customer service was not there. On the phone they sounded nice but when I walked into their place of business I didn’t even want to get my part but needed it
Will buy almost all my parts from here now. they are awesome

I ordered my bumper yesterday and was promised it would be here this morning. I had a 10am appt to have my car fixed. I went to pick up my bumper and it was not ordered. This was horrible customer service I will never shop here again.
