Salesman messaged me on Facebook Marketplace and said he wanted to look at my car. I waited about 30 minutes at the dealership and he offered 10k less than what I had on my listing. What is the point of reaching out to someone to look at a car when youre not even going offer anywhere near what I had it listed for. Then the salesman proceeded to say that I was asking too much for my car and that I had more into it than it is worth even though I have quite a bit of equity in it. If you thought that then dont contact me.

A few disappointing experiences have me relieved that our business with this dealership will soon be OVER 👐👐👐 How did the love affair come to.an end,you ask? Word of caution...IF you decide to purchase a Zurich plan, have it explained to you thoroughly, carefully, upside-down, inside-out, forwards and backwards. Bring a copy of it with you to your maintenance appointments, if need be. Otherwise, you will end up paying for services that Zurich covers, and chasing a refund. And believe me, it is exhausting.

By far, the best service I’ve ever experienced, at a service center!Had nail in tire and was patched by another Honda dealership/service center (in which I won’t return)due to their lack of care and concern for customers... Jacob at Southern Motors informed, and showed the patch, where tire had not been sealed properly-by the other service dealer. Un-fortunately for me, I had to buy a new tire, as “you cannot patch, a patch”! I wasn’t expecting this, but THIS staff at Southern Motors Service Center, gave me wonderful, fast, courteous, and knowledgeable advice and service! Couldnt ask for a better place. I never felt pressured and they went out of their way to make sure I understood everything, so things were very transparent instead of the typical gimmicks and tricks so many other places have. That doesnt happen here, and their management team was super friendly! My suggestion: dont run away from truths and buy into all the tricks other places play just to get you to go there. Southern Motors Honda actually places your best interests above all else!

At the end of the conversation, said he would send a gift card to help cover the gas and time wasted with the trip there. I HAVE YET TO SEE THAT GIFT CARD. Again, more lies!Don’t trust a word that these guys tell you. Spoke with Tom, who assured me that the used vehicle we wanted to see was in great shape. He assured me that the vehicle had been fully inspected and was “ready to roll”. We drove 2 hours to see it only to find that the battery was dead and the windshield was cracked and needed replacement. Waste of time! Don’t trust these dishonest swindlers!
