I ordered from pottery barn online a $2000 bunk bed for my kids I waited almost two months because it was back ordered then the day before my scheduled delivery I get a call that a piece of my bed was damaged and had to be replaced. So I waited another month then get a call that my delivery driver was 15 min away when my delivery wasn’t scheduled until the next day! I quickly clear my kids room for the bed to be assembled the delivery people get here and there’s a huge crack on the main bed component they tell me they can’t assemble it and take photos and leave they left all the other bed pieces all over my kids room and I’m told the new piece will be delivered in two weeks! I’ve been offered NOTHING for all the hassle and now my kids are sleeping on mattresses on the floor for two weeks since I had sold their beds expecting their beds the next day. I will NEVER order again they don’t even attempt to make things right!
The sales associates have been politely generous with their time and attention the two times I’ve been here looking for something.
I would give 0 stars if possible. They have the absolute worst customer service ever. Ever. We will NEVER buy anything from them again. I tried to return some thing we had received as a gift during Covid and they would not allow it several times and recently told me it’s been too long so now I can’t do a return. We also had purchased a rocking chair in anticipation of our new baby and they kept pushing the date out farther and farther, we finally had to cancel it and buy a chair from somewhere else which is better quality anyway.
Denise is one of the best salespeople there. Ask for her if you want great service. We love how helpful everyone from the warehouse to the managers were with us. Pottery Barn is great.

Great selection and staff
Arrived. Looked around. Walked out to find that I was blocked in my a delivery truck. While the store employees were unloading the truck I was not acknowledged. No attempt was made to address me or apologize and I ultimately sat in my car with the motor running for 27 minutes before asking the folks about how long I would be stuck (maybe I could call someone to come get me?) before one of the employees moved their cars so that I could get out of the parking lot. Love walking through the store- which I do often enough- but that was disappointing.
Found a lot of great furniture my wife and I are thinking of remodelling our house and that is where we going to start at
Purchased a glass display candle holder and the cashier told us there was a “flaw” in the one that we brought to register. She grabbed another off the floor, bubble wrapped it since we were traveling, checked us out, and we left. Drove 5 hours, unwrapped, and realized the top was different and would not hold a candle. Called the store who told me all they could do is exchange if I drove 5 hours back!Pottery Barn Corp will NOT assist as they cannot seem to pull up orders made in store!So buyer beware! Horrible customer service.
Excellent staff. Beautiful items and furniture
Sadly I want to love this store. Bought a couch that was supposed to be one size; turned out upon delivery to be wrong size. Really bummed that they assured me of the size (twice), they got it wrong (twice), and now I’m stuck with something that doesn’t fit. They won’t take it back or exchange or do anything. Kinda shocked but lesson learned I guess?This is the first time I’ve ever left a Google review. Hope it’s the last.
